Had the best experience at Great Lakes Kia! Had the most amazing salesman Zach, he made the experience a very easy process. He took great care of us, very kind and generous with his time, he listened to what our needs were and got us in the perfect car. If you are looking for a new car, come to Great Lakes Kia and ask for Zach.

Bambi and Mitch were AMAZING!! Super patient as we tried to make up our mind on which model we wanted, very knowledgeable about the features on all the vehicles we test drove, and no pressure as we took our time to make the best choice for our family. I absolutely love my new Sorento!! Thanks for everything!!

When I first seen the 2.5 rating on Yelp I honestly second guessed this dealership. I'm so happy I went forward with coming in!! The thoughts of a dreadful dealership experience vanished after meeting Zach. He was awesome, he was open, and lastly customer focused making sure the sale was everything I wanted. I'm very indicisive and he was so patient, which I appreciate. Lastly, Mitch (Sales Manager) and Dennis (Finance Rep) also made me #1. Explained everything in detail and took their time with me. I'm very happy with my experience at Great Lakes Kia they revamped my thoughts about dealerships. I would definitely recommend 10/10.

Marcos and Bart were amazing to deal with. We have bought quite a few cars from dealers over the years, but these guys went above any experience I've ever had. They got us the exact spec Telluride we wanted at a fair price, made the whole process simple, quick and easy. Everything was ready to go when we arrived, no games, everyone was honest friendly and upfront. I would recommend them to everyone and plan to do more business with them in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Great Lakes Kia, and I must say that it was the best car dealership experience I've ever had. From the sales team to the service department, everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. The people were some of the nicest I've ever met, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free.In addition, I had an after-market part installed, and they were very accommodating with that as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with everything, and I really appreciated their efforts. Overall, I would highly recommend Great Lakes Kia to anyone looking for a fantastic car dealership experience. They truly are the best in the business!

Start to finish this was a wonderful experience working with the team at GL Kia. I was able to handle about 75% of this over the phone and when I came in, it was easy as ever. Absolutely love the vehicle and the deal I was given. Thanks to the entire group and hope to do business again!

Kia always does my family good! We went there to just service our 2020 Kia Sorento and needed buying a 2013 Nissan Sentra for our daughter!!! I love a one stop shop! Everyone is always helpful and is very knowledgeable!!! Our daughter is sooo happy and that s what being a Kia customer is all about!!! Keeping it all in the family!!

My car was stolen in early August. It was recovered a day later after it was found dumped at an apartment complex with another car that had been stolen. Took several days for my insurance to get my car out of the impound. It is very important to know that this facility DOES NOT do body work. They will fix the ignition. I had my car sent across the street to Hyundai for the body work. I m not sure if that s something they usually do, it s just what I did. The main reason this place is getting the rating it is getting is the staff. The advisor assigned to me was Spencer. He s truly an amazing person that understood my frustrations and answered all my questions. I called him fairly often asking if they had an updates about my car. He was always polite and kind with me when I asked. That meant tons to me when I was feeling very down about the situation I was forced into due to terrible juvenile delinquents. I think it took almost a month to get my car back in all. This is including the body repair over at Hyundai which they did a good job with it. I am hoping I never have to go through this again.

I just recently bought a car from this dealership online. Since I purchased remotely from another state, I worked with a few different people and every single one was helpful and friendly. Pam L was the first person to assist me, she answered all my questions and then had Bryan in sales reach out to me.Bryan answered any additional questions and was my point of contact while also handing my financing questions and application to Jasmin S. He made everything simple and I respected that he was very direct without game, unlike many other salesman at inferior dealerships.I spent a lot of time on the phone with one of the financing managers, Jasmin. She took extra time to make sure every single document was flawless. Since I was purchasing out of state, she took extra precaution with my transaction and it showed how amazing she is with clients AND paperwork (Most people are amazing at one or the other).Since I purchased out of state, the car has to be shipped to me. I will update this review when the car arrives, but I absolutely RECOMMEND this dealership with your business. The purchase went smoothly and did not feel stressful like many other dealerships may feel.

I truly had THE best experience I ve ever had at any dealership. I had already done the research on which vehicle I wanted to purchase. I messaged the dealership to inquire about it, and they invited me in at my earliest convenience. When I arrived, I was instantly greeted by Lance and the vehicle that I was interested in, was pulled up and ready for me. Lance took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle, and answered any questions that I had. it only took me about an hour to get the deal I wanted and I was already back in finance signing paperwork. Easy. Convenient. Friendly.I plan to buy my future cars here, and I hope to get to work with Lance. Thanks Lance and Great Lakes Kia!

I went into Great Lakes Kia to explore my options as my lease was nearing its end. I was greeted by a very nice salesperson named Valerie. I had not yet made up mind on what I was going to do and Valerie was very patient with me and helped me with my decision to lease a new vehicle. She explained all the options and never pressured me to go in any direction that I wasn't completely comfortable with. This was my second time using this dealership and I plan on going back again in the future.

They were very helpful. Before going to Kia to see if they still had the car, and questions about the car, they took the time to even send me a video of the car. My salesperson Valerie was so friendly and professional. If you ever need a good running car I would recommend Great Lakes of Kia!!!

Got this in the mail. About gave me a heart attack. This was just some spam that this location sent me. NOT OK. You want to send me a piece of mail? That s fine. But you don t send it with threatening words on the outside that seem like some overdue bill. It s rude. I won t be shopping here. Ever.

Had the most pleasant experience with Thayne and Jordan in the service department at this location. They made a really strenuous situation an easy process to help me get my car back on the road! We started off bumpy at first but they made sure they provided the best customer service. And the manager was really sweet too! Thanks guys!

I ve got two vehicles from Great Lakes Kia I worked with Mitch, Wesley, and Olivia was our sales rep. She knew what she was talking about. She kept it very professional. Mitch went out of his way to look at better options for financing, and then for the icing on the cake Wesley went above and beyond I had to come back the next day to put down a deposit come to find out he was already working on getting me a better deal with a better warranty all included in the price I was already paying I would highly recommend anyone to go there from anything from a starter car to a high-end vehicle Thank you very much.!!!!!! a satisfied, customer

Had a good experience at Great Lakes Kia leasing our EV6. Olivia was by far the best sales professional to work with - communicative, enthusiastic, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful always. While the finance paperwork process took some time, that is always expected. Definitely recommend! (Ask for Olivia :)
