I received excellent service here. I had never bought a new car before but the people here made me feel at ease and not pushed into anything at all. I worked Craig in sales and he really helped with any questions I had and was patient with me as we worked through the process. Thank you to everyone who helped me get a new car that I love.

I took my car in for an inspection at Great Lakes Hyundai Dublin and had amazing customer service/care. The service and tech team were extremely professional and took amazing care of me while I had my car in the shop being inspected. Hal, my service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best and that the car inspection was thorough. Brent at Hyundai Genesis on Morse road (my original car salesman) also went the extra mile for me to make sure everything was okay with my car. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a caring and professional team of people. Thank you Hyundai Dublin!!

My last two experiences were no bueno, but this was under Dennis Hyundai ownership. Unnecessarily long service delays, incorrect pricing, and miscommunication among staff for scheduling. Fast forward to this most recent regular maintenance service appointment, and it was flawless. Evan was great checking me in, service went quickly, and I was in and out as expected. Of course the free car wash was great, too. I m giving four stars out of optimism that the new Great Lakes ownership has improved personnel. My previous two incredibly poor experiences keep me from giving a 5-star review.

I went in having a few things done with my car. They didn t have a rental car available, so I stayed there waiting in the waiting area. They estimated it would be about 2 hours and it was. When I paid for the service and left as soon as I started to hit the gas to go onto the freeway, my service engine light came on and the car started running quite hard. I called them and explained, Hannah was excellent in handling my situation. When I got back she explained it just needed a minor adjustment and it wll be fine to drive. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road. Thank you Hannah and the service team. Maybe a little heads up the next time that things like this happen might help!!!

Honest, genuine people and a company that stands by its cars. I have a 2014 Santa Fe Sport. It amazes me how Hyundai services this car. In 2023, they gave me a new engine because some defect in the original engine caused it to stop working. I ve put very little $ into this car for repairs over the years. I m at 96k miles and now needing basic repairs like brakes/ball joint/tires. The Great Lakes staff like Hannah helped me prioritize the ticket items and spread the work over time to make it affordable. They were very careful to be sure the car was driving well before I had it back. I can t say enough great things about the knowledge and integrity of people here. It s so rare.

Mark was exceptional. From the time I got there (for an oil change) to when I was driving away, he kept me updated with what the technicians were doing and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Great Lakes is lucky to have him. Thanks!

Management has resolved my problem. I'm satisfied. Thank you.I'm very upset to learn that the Lifetime Alignment that I purchased is voided because of the new owners! I don't think it's right or fair that I should loose something that I paid for just because new owners. I have been very happy with everything from the Dealer and Service Department up until now. I don't this is right or fair!

Some of the worst service I ve ever received. They had my car for about four months and never called to keep me updated. When my car was finally ready they gave me a dead key, not very courteous or caring to details. When I drove it, it didn t feel how it did before and so I took it back. I got it back with a new hard rumbling that wasn t there before. They told me it was the tire rods, although is probably true, I have to pay to fix although this didn't seem to be an issue when my car first went to them 4 months prior. They also gave it back with a plastic piece popped out and missing. Also, while they had my car for the four months they let a stick of deodorant melt in my car and rather then throw it out they moved it to another seat to melt more and left it. None of this is to mention the fluctuating prices they tried to add on after telling me one price.

My Sales Rep, Herber Luna, did a careful job of being informative and precise about every aspect of the process. Rick the sales manager did a good job of keeping his original promise of beating the competition on price. The leasing representative seemed to know more about selling insurance than leasing but we eventually got it done. The service center was able to install the added trailer hitch but was unable to charge the car while they had it. Electric Vehicles are new to most of us and there is a learning process for us all. Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin has been honest about their has taken full responsibility to make things right as we all learn together. I would purchase from them again.

Had a terrible experience. I scheduled an oil change, wiper replacement, vehicle inspection; the whole works to be done before I drove to Florida. I called twice and asked if they could ALSO put on my new tires (needed to just replace the old tires with my new ones that I had in my trunk.) They said yes, so I added "tire replacement" to my service and added a note to it. This was all scheduled online. Dropped my car off in the evening, went back and got it next day around noon when it was done. They did none of the service or maintenance, and only replaced the tires. I didn't have time to wait another 2 hours for them to now do the oil change/maintenance when that was the entire reason it went in for service in general. Took my car to a Jiffy Lube and was in and out in 20 minutes - plus was much cheaper. I will never be back.

The service was great. Their high quality with decent cost is highly recommended. I brought my 2nd car even with different motor company s model for regular check up and it was took care of well with lower cost than original dealer shop.

Halbest worked to fit us in the day we arrived, even without an appointment. Our engine light had come on and I didn't feel comfortable driving it without determining the cause. As it turned out, it was a faulty sensor, which was covered under warranty. The dealership provided us with a Santa Cruz truck to drive while our vehicle was repaired. The entire event went flawlessly, thanks to Hal and the maintenance department's staff.

Worthless time spent today. Apparently you have to wait 30 minutes for Kona heater to work luke warm at best. And headlights are so dim at night that even on bright they are dim.Tried to charge us for car still less than 8 months old.Who wants to buy my car!?

Overall experience was good , all personnel was great , mark was very professional . The only thing was my waiting time. Oil change and tires rotation took 2 hrs.

I had 2 Hyundai Sonatas (still have 1) and took them to the service dept at Dennis Hyundai at this location for many years. Today (Oct-2023) was my first time using the service dept after their major facility remodel and ownership change.The service advisor on my case was not there when I picked up the car. Instead, the service advisor who processed my payment was irritated that I had declined some of their recommended services. They did not offer the vehicle status report that I used to get without asking. When I mentioned it, he printed only one page and when I asked about one of the findings, he would only say that I had declined the service (which I don't think was even true for the item in question).I went to the Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin website afterward and asked for a copy of the vehicle status report to be emailed to me. Whoever handled that message just referred it to a new car salesperson as a "new lead."Seems like the personnel completely turned over with the ownership change. Location is convenient for anyone in NW Columbus, but it was very expensive and tried to sell me whatever service they could possibly justify rather than evaluate the condition of my actual car and advise accordingly. Unpleasant and trust-eroding experience.
