They did amazing work on my car and got it done quickly !! Even when I first brought in they were able to cover up the markings that I had on it from hitting a pole in Kroger parking lot. Danielle is awesome there with working with you on what would work best on what you want to get done. David was also easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. They also are willing to work with the hours that work best for you to drop off the car and pick it up.

My car was stolen and they trashed it, I had it towed to Gormans, David was very nice and understanding they did a great job ,it looked better than it did before,I highly recommend Gormans the next time you need work done.

I hired Gorman's Body Shop to perform repair work on my brand new 2020 Subaru Legacy. I was rear-ended three weeks after purchasing the new car, so I wanted to try to get it back to its original condition. Gorman's had come highly recommended. I have referred many people there for other services, but this was my first opportunity to use their auto body service.I can tell you the high praise deserved. David and his team did a fantastic job of restoring my car. There is no way you can tell it was in an accident. The work and attention to detail are just top-notch. David was terrific in assisting me in dealing with the insurance company and rental car company while my car was in the shop. He regularly checked in with me to let me know the status of my repair.I highly recommend Gorman's Body Shop; you will not be disappointed.

The staff at Gormans is extremely knowledgeable. Dave is an honest businessman that truly wants to do right by his clients. Their work is tremendous and their prices are extremely fair. The folks at Gormans are amazing. When I dropped my vehicle off for repairs I requested an Uber to take me to the rental car location. Uber took forever, so the Gormans secretary assisted me with canceling the Uber and had a family member of theirs drive me to Enterprise. They did top quality work on my vehicle. It looks great. When I picked my car up they let me leave my rental there and called someone from enterprise pick it up. In transferring my belongings, I didn t realize I left a cordless drill in the rental. I got a call from Dave at Gormans who went and picked the drill up at enterprise and took it home so I could later pick it up from him. Thank you Gormans for an overall excellent experience. I would absolutely & highly recommend them for any body work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I used Gormans after someone hit my car. Dani Gorman had exceptional communication and follow up. She arranged a ride for me to get a rental car once I dropped my car off to Gormans. She advocated on my behalf to the insurance company that was paying for the damages and made sure I was kept in the loop as to the status of my vehicle. Almost a year after having my car worked on by Gormans my significant other went back for an estimate and Dani remembered me by name and made sure to ask about my car and me. You can tell they care a lot about their customers. I would recommend Gormans to anyone who is needing work done to their vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

Gorman s Body Shop did awesome work on my vehicle!!! All of the staff that I encountered were very nice & friendly, especially David and his daughter, Danielle. They were extremely helpful throughout the whole process! They handled everything with my insurance company and even with Enterprise for the car rental. I am very pleased with their work and how everything was handled. They have my business from now on & I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Gormans body shop is always very willing to help. It is family run, and there is always a sense of welcome whenever you walk through the door. The little yappy puppy always provides a loud yet warm welcome to everyone who walks through the door. I can honestly say, that when I received my car back, it was in perfect condition and I couldn t have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company!

Went to Gorman s to address a few scratches on my truck. The scratches on my bumper we re taken care of on the spot for FREE, and after telling Danielle the remainder of the scratches were break-in related from a year ago, she is now arranging to have the repairs covered under my insurance. Excellent service!

I am leaving a 1-Star rating for now and will update after my vehicle is complete. There have been at least a dozen missed deadlines over the past 8 months (1.5 weeks shy of 8 months). I understand parts may be difficult to get, but I was told all of my parts were there and damage is not extensive. Truly no reason to be waiting 8 months and knowing that the work still is not complete. This isn't good David..Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

I had a side mirror replaced on my wife's new car. They were honest and did not try and price gouge me. They done quality work at a fair price and I will definitely give them my business in the future. Someone backed into my car hard enough to knock some plating loose, big chunk just dragging on the road. Called my mechanic and they recommended Gorman's. Gorman's ordered the parts needed to fix it, and clipped the peices up off the road for free in the meantime while we wait for the parts to arrive. Fast and friendly service. Helped me out quickly and efficiently with a good price. Best bodyshop I've been to in Columbus, will definitely be coming back next time I have an issue.

You cannot get any better than Gorman's! They treat you like family and they are so knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable from the moment that I walked in. I was so emotional (pregnant) about wrecking my husbands truck and the first thing that Dave did was give me a big bear hug and let me know that it would be okay and he would get everything taken care of. Danielle is a gem, she keeps you updated and does a great job communicating with the insurance company. I hope to never need collision repair again but if I do this is the only place to go.

My car was dropped off on 01/28/2022. The parts were order in April 2022. Due to staffing shortages, my car was not dissembled until July 01, 2022. It is OCTOBER 13, 2022 I can not get anyone on the phone to update me about the my car. I have left 3 messages this week alone no response!!!! Do NOT take your automobile here. They do not have the staff to fix it nor do they have the staff to respond to basic inquiries. It has been the absolute worst experience!!Service: Body & Trim

Great team here who are all super nice and saved me a ton of money. How? By being honest. I took my son's Mustang in because the plastic piece under the front bumper had been partially torn off when he accidentally went over a large rock that he didn't see when parking in slightly tall grass. I thought for sure the entire front bumper would need replacing and it would have been very easy for Gorman's to tell me that's exactly what it needed and I would have been none the wiser. Instead they told me they could put the plastic piece securely back in place without having to replace the bumper itself. They not only did an awesome job repairing it, but they washed the car, inside and out, making it shine. They even shined the tires! Great job, guys, and thanks!

I had used Gorman's Auto Body for repairs after my collision. They did a great job and the owner David Gorman personally met with me to to walk me through the process of repairs. I really liked that they stayed in touch with me as insurance wasn't really on top of things. Their quality of work was excellent. Thank you everyone at Gorman's for a job well done.

Outstanding service! My van was scraped by a sweet older lady. I was trying my best to avoid claiming it on her insurance so I called Gormans. They offered to buff out what they can for free and give me a hassle free quote on any repairs. Turns out 99% of it was buffed out and the only damage was a few chips on the bumper. Gormans saved me and the sweet lady who had a mishap from a possible major headache. Highly recommended!

There are so many positives about Gorman s! They go above and beyond (even when it means putting in extra hours after hours) to get the job done right and to your satisfaction. They re a family Owned business that treats you like family from the time you walk in. Fresh hot coffee at the door and comfy waiting seats. They offer you fair prices and have so many extras like vinyl wrap for your vehicle or even customize banners for your kids graduation party. We had them make us some awesome shirts while also having had vehicle work done. Just can t say enough good things. Highly recommend if you re looking for a place you can trust.

They made frustrating incident so easy to handle start to finish. Everyone there was kind, helpful and responsive. The car looked perfect when we picked it up. If I need any future work done on my vehicles this is where I ll be taking my business!! Thanks Gormans!

I was very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism of everybody that worked there. They thoroughly explained how the repairs would be fixed through my car insurance (because of a car accident) and answered all of my questions. They were very knowledgeable about the whole process. I will be recommending this place to friends and family.

I rarely write a review but the level of service I received from this place was outstanding. Very flexible, worked to fit me in on my schedule and completed the repair faster than expected! Very responsive, no run around, no shenanigans. After experiencing several other body shops in my life, I will never take my car anywhere else.

I got my one way Penske moving truck through their location and the couple owning the shops customer service and care for others was amazing! They allowed me to leave my vehicle there due to the fact that there was no room for the trailer at the apartment complex I was moving to as well as they voluntarily kept it safe behind a gated area! Lovely people and if I ever need anything I know to go there for moving related or mechanical needs!

Dave is THE BESSSSTTTT!!!!Took my truck in just to get an opinion about my bed.Dave showed me bigger issues on myframe and cautioned me to not drive on the highway and then recommended Ferris frame restoration who is also amazing and fixed my frame and also told me, do not drive on the highway.My point is this ladies and gents, Dave did NOT have to come out and go out of his way to inspect my frame.He also gave me a guy who has new beds and Gormans will be installing it and painting it.This kind of PERSONAL Customer Service is what the world still needs.CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

I took my beloved 10 year old Honda Pilot to Gorman's after an accident, with high hopes that it could be repaired rather than totaled. Gorman's did the repairs, and with such great attention to detail, it now looks and runs better than ever!

Gorman's repaired a large door ding/dent on my silver 2012 Kia Sorento SX. They fixed the dent and matched the paint perfectly, you can't tell it was ever damaged. It took longer than I was told, 10 days rather than 3-4 days, but the delay was due to Covid 19 and an extreme heat wave. It was worth the wait.

This shop is a genuine treasure. Dave went above and beyond for us and our car. The quality of workmanship was excellent. If we ever have need of work again, we will go here and we will recommend our friends and family do as well.

Gorman s Body Shop is an excellent repair shop! When I say they go above and beyond they do 100%! My Car looks Brand New and I love it! Can t thank the guys enough for getting my ride back to 100% and looking great! especially Dave Gorman he looked out for me!If i would recommend a bodyshop it would definitely be Gormans! great customer service and everything! I love Gorman's body shop. They do body work on pretty much any type of vehicles. From semi-trucks to professional racecars. Dave Gorman is the owner and it is run by family. They also graphic work. They have 7 or 8 employees, not including the 3 family members who work there.
