Was in town for work during the Arnold Sports Festival, blew a tire on my way into town. Marilyn was great to work with. Ended up needing a new tire and she referred me across the street because they didn't carry the brand of tire I needed. High class customer service.

Had a great experience today at the Goodyear location downtown Cbus on Spring St. Great people, even put the wheel lock back on after repairing my tire! ( 1st time for that attention to detail)They met the time frame @ a very reasonable price.I ll definitely go back!

Marilyn was extremely patient, helpful, and kind throughout my experience with Goodyear. I unexpectedly got a flat tire and she and the team at Goodyear were really amazing. If you are having car troubles I highly recommend them!

I had a kitten under my engine block that had been in there for days after multiple failed attempts to get it out. Goodyear on Spring St helped get the kitten out within a few hours and had the car ready for me same day. And one of the technicians even adopted the kitten after it was rescued. Great experience and service!

Assistant Service Manager Rod Barrett went above and beyond for me and my wife this week, and I wish I could articulate how much I appreciate it.We were almost exactly halfway into a 13 hour roadtrip when, 20 miles outside of Columbus, we ran over a tire in the middle of I-70. Our little Prius C took it hard, and after pulling over, I attempted to assess the damage. Large pieces of the car were missing or hanging off the underside, and it seemed pretty bad, but I m not particularly adept when it comes to cars. I looked up auto shops in Columbus and Goodyear was one of the best/closest options, so I called. Rod said his technicians were off for the holiday, but he would personally look my car over if we could get it there. We took it slow and pulled in, and Rod immediately dropped everything and got down on the pavement to get a close look. He helped remove some of the pieces that were hanging off and dragging along the ground, and told me that best he could tell, the car s vital parts amazingly seemed to be intact. He said he couldn t tell me it was safe to drive, but he advised me to use my best discretion and if I chose to continue with my roadtrip, to proceed with caution. I desperately wanted to get to my destination by that night, and to have someone who knows cars look over my situation and give me their take was invaluable. What s even more incredible was when I tried to give him some cash for his time and labor, he repeatedly refused, saying he couldn t accept anything, that it was just the right thing to do. I was blown away.My thoughts of Rod and how he helped me out of the goodness of his heart stayed with me long after I safely arrived home that night. What if we all treated people with such kindness and generosity in our daily interactions? I don t know about you, but Rod inspired me to be alert for my next chance to be a Rod Barrett for someone else.Thank you Rod and thank you Good Year! I can t thank you enough for helping me get to my destination safely and on time.

Today, I purchased four new tires and an alignment at Goodyear Auto Service. I have had a terrific experience!! John and Mike have been professional, kind and completely transparent on what service my car needs, and what service it doesn t need yet. I don t live in the Columbus area, but I chose this store because I had a meeting downtown today , and this store had an available appointment (and I booked it online yesterday evening!) I am so happy this worked out. I will absolutely return here for service, even though I have a 50 minute commute here. I wholeheartedly recommend this store! Thank you so much for the great service!

We are out of town for a tournament and this Goodyear was able to get us in and completely repair my tire which had a nail in it. The staff was wonderful and they did a quick and great job with my car. I was so thankful for the quick work and also the peace of mind I now have driving home.

I was able to drop off my tire late in the day. It was ready the next morning when I came to pick it up, they mounted the repaired tire on my car and stowed the spare. All that for far less than I expected to pay excellent doing business with them. Great experience!

These guys explained everything they would do with my car and didn't treat me condescendingly (you know the type, ladies) but with respect. fair pricing, clear explanations, quick turn around time, safety oriented.

We went to Goodyear last minute with a nail in our tire, and the service manager Michael was absolutely fantastic with helping us out. He was able to get us in and out despite having a busy schedule, and was very friendly (as was the rest of the staff). We will definitely be returning here with any future car needs. Thanks again!

This business has no website so I can t check their price and availability online. I went in to the shop to get a quote of oil change on my car and they almost got me (had to give thumbs-up to their sales person who was very friendly and convincing) by telling me how my car is a luxury car (it s not) that needs more of a higher end of their oil change to validate their price, which is 20% higher and is $6 more expensive than their across-the-street neighbor s quote (both are more expensive than most places). They suggested me to make an appointment and drop off my car by 7:30-8:30am to get it done before the end of the day. What a hassle to oil change services in downtown Columbus. If you are looking for regular car oil change and maintenance, drive a few miles further to the north. They have more affordable and efficient service.

I took my car here to have a screw removed form my tire and have it patched. I also scheduled an oil change. They ended telling me they cant patch my tire and that they can sell me a new one for a few hundred dollars. I told them to leave the screw in the tire and got a second opinion. It turns out the screw didn't actually puncture the tire. I am not sure if they didn't actually check my tire or if they were trying to take advantage of me by selling me a tire I didn't need, but either way, it was very unprofessional and a waste of my time. In addition, they ended up doing an oil change and charged me $30 more than the price listed online when I made the appointment. They did not tell me the oil change would cost more before doing it. I am very disappointed with this establishment and wont be going back.

Had an emergency tire repair done on a Saturday morning. Did not make an appointment. Got there at 8am and was promised the car would be done in an hour and a half. It was done in 35 minutes. Outstanding service and workmen ship.

I have been going to this Goodyear location for well over a decade. It is clean, convenient to downtown, and I have never had a problem with any service they have provided. Having a woman, Marilyn, there doesn't make me dread taking my car in as she's kind and perfect in explaining what my car needs or doesn't need. I have never felt pressure to get services I didn't feel were needed. I definitely feel like an old friend there rather than as a dollar sign as I've felt at other shops.

While visiting Columbus- I had a flat tire and needed to get to a Ford dealership.The Goodyear manager was kind enough to have a Goodyear employee change the tire for me ( without charges).So I was able to get /drive the Ford owned management leased vehicle in for service the same day.Thank you for your kind service.

Mike and Alicia are wonderful wonderful people. They have helped me time and time again sort through confusing, frustrating, scary, and run of the mill car issues. They are transparent, kind, thorough, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient the list goes on. They are the first people I ve ever trusted when it comes to my car. Your car will be in good hands at this Goodyear.

I stopped by on Wed to have the gear oil checked and was informed that the men that check it leave at 4 PM. So I promptly made an appointment for today (Thursday) and was told I could leave it early if needed with no further instructions. I said great, I needed to be at work at the time they opened. I stopped by this morning and left my car for service. I did not get a call from the center all day. No new good news? ...NO. When I arrived there after work I was informed that they had just found my keys because I left them in the wrong spot. No one called when they saw my car in the lot all day, So if they had just found them. It took them 7 hours to decide that I must have left my key somewhere. Then I was told that everything on my car was so special it had to be ordered. And a guess price of a oil change and topping off my gear box would be over two hundred dollars. That sounded more like take your car and go pricing to me. I do not know what happened between yesterday and today but I did not get the feeling my business was desired or needed. Keep away from this place, needless to say I will not return.

I want to thank Mike and his team at Goodyear for going above and beyond to get my car back on the road very quickly, allowing us to avoid impacting a long-overdue vacation. I know they were busy and likely had to get creative to find time to work on my car, but they did so and we could not be more appreciative of their help and consideration of our situation. They exceeded our expectations and we will go back for future automobile service. Once again, THANK YOU!!!!!

Mike was friendly, patient, and transparent. He walked me through prices for different tire options. I never felt pressured or was being talked down to. Their prices are good for tires and services (coolant flush, check noise with turning.)

The folks at Good Year in downtown Columbus have been taking care of my families cars for years. I took my car there when I thought I ran over a nail and they checked it and there was no nail. It was just the change in weather causing me to add more air. I ve taken our other cars in and they always done a great job at a great price. Very friendly staff.

I dropped my car off here to get a brake inspection done and to get a minor tire leak fixed. My complaint isn t with the staff, pretty decent folk but my complaint here is due to the work done, or lack there of. Driving home after getting my brake inspection done pulling into my driveway I heard something Lose in my tire and as I inspected, my brake pads were completely lose and almost falling off of the car which was probably why I almost couldn t stop on a county road going 45. As my tire leak goes it was never fixed yet I was still charged for it and ensured it was a easy fix . My tire was losing about 1-3 psi a day and I came out to check it the next day after it being so called fixed and it dropped from 44 to 41, and After airing it up again 2 days later, it s still losing that psi. I ended up taking that tire to a family friend and he fixed it in 20 minutes claiming this tire was never touched by Goodyear. Came out this morning and I haven t lost any air. I tried to call Goodyear to ask why they didn t fix my tire but still charged me for it and they claimed it was too rusted to fix, even though I was assured 4 days ago it was. Very disappointed with the poor work done and being lied to, which is quite sad considering the folks there seemed very nice until I left and the problems started.

I have taken multiple cars here. They do good work and are always fair and honest. I ve worked with a dude named Mike in here multiple times and I always appreciate his knowledge and willingness to answer questions. Sometimes I come in for work. Sometimes I try it myself and come in to fix what I tried to do myself. They always get me right. I ll keep coming back. You should too. Ask for Mike.

This place is great! I woke up and was headed to work and noticed my tire was flat I slowly drove it over to Goodyear nearby @7:30am walked in, had it fixed by 8:15am! Perfect service

I have used this Goodyear shop several times over the past year. Super job with advising and installation of a new set of tires and alignment in preparation for my trip out west. Mike and all of the staff I ve had the pleasure of doing business with are professional, friendly and excellent at service and communication.

I have very limited knowledge about cars and my options when something happens to them. This can make the process very stressful and leave me feeling uneasy. Luckily this time that was not my experience! Mike was so helpful and kind! He got me in and out in under 30 min. I will definitely be back and recommending this location to everyone!

Cut your losses and take you car somewhere else; they ll return your car worse than you left it.Came in for a brake pad and oil change; and they changed my oil with the most expensive they could and managed to break my tire key. This makes it impossible to change tires or get new pads. After charging me and not helping my car be safer to drive; told me to take it back to the dealership .
