Your mechanic broke it, you should fix it. Took my car in to get the ball joint and stabilizer bar replaced based on a friend's recommendation. After being there for over 3 hours, I finally got my car back and a bunch of error messages and warning lights come on the dash display. The mechanic admitted that he broke the sensor, he said he ALWAYS breaks the sensor when doing ball joints. The owner plays it off that the sensor was already broken and it's old. I just had the sensor replaced last year so it's not old, plus I didn't have all those warning lights going off when I came in. The sad thing is the part only costs $13. The owner is willing to throw away business over a 13 dollar part that THEY BROKE. Just be mature enough to own up to your mistake and fix it. Heed the warnings of all of these bad reviews.Response to the owner's reply. Not a fake review and you know it. Real men own up to their mistakes and correct them. Cowards hide from their mistakes and make excuses.

Bought 2 tires from there, which were bad had to bring my car to the shop because it was making a noise after they repaired the tires. Asked for a refund was told They would give me 2 more tires. But can't guarantee that they are good tires. Do not recommend this place at all. I understand they were used but significant high lows. Now out of 80 dollars, Merry Christmas to me.

Wish I could give negative stars, it ah be -12344455540498474839293833828833838 and some more. Bought 4 tires, allllllll bad and bald. To add on, not even the right size. Then my dad got my brakes done, I pulled to the shop, got a diagnostic for $120, and they said I needed brakes all the way around. My dad insisted I don t do it, so I didn t. Then I was told I needed tie rods get them, bad. Then I was told I needed control arms, bought two they did them, bad. Then told I needed two for control arms. Did them, BAD. After all the money I spent I decided to reach out for help, so desperately because I needed my CAR. So I pulled back up and asked for a paper stating an approximate cost for everything that needed to be done, they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay $100. Left livid, pulled up to another shop and they did the estimate within 5minutes for FREE. These folks are all about money and don t care if your car works or not. They don t care if their duck up costs your life, they want their MONEY. I ll let God and karma handle them. And the fact that I m sitting next to other customers and they re complaining and or coming back saying something wasn t done properly. Yeahhhh I d rather catch the cota for sure, than to let these folks work on my car ever again. On the bright side, they do offer water .

I was there this morning got lower ball joints put on. Drove ok I went straight to tire discounter because they owed me a free alinement. The mechanic told me they installed my brand new ball joints with out the boots. I went back to the shop they took off the tire and told me it had boots but they were defective or low quality because they were there but squished up in the ball joint. They used a torch and melted some of the rubber parts on the sway bar assembly i just had put on left out cotter pins and I had loose bolts. My son called cussed them several times they take no accountability.

The second week of January 2023 I went to Gina's Tires because of a loud banging sound that came from underneath my 2015 Honda Accord LX.After paying Mehdi $25 for a diagnosis he told me it was the front right ball joint. I agreed to the repair and when it came time to pay Mehdi suggested I pay in cash to avoid the credit card processing machines extra fees.I obliged and did so. Soon as I left the tire shop I heard the same loud banging sound and returned on my next day off a few days later. I was then charged another $25 dollars for a diagnosis and told by Mehdi that the ball joint he ordered from O'Reilly's was defective and he would repair it immediately for FREE.I agreed he did the repair and before he came out of the office I overheard his father Bob yelling at him that Mehdi did not have the authority to tell me the repair was free and that I needed to pay another $120 for the same repair they did a few days prior. I was upset because of I knew that I would have never agreed to the repair. I only agreed because it was free and the right thing to do.Mehdi reassured me that since O'Reilly's was at fault that they would reimburse them and Mehdi would reimburse me. He said O'Reilly's would take 4 to 6 weeks to investigate the claim and get back to Mehdi.I asked Mehdi for their information so I could keep up with them and Mehdi refused. He said he talks to them daily and they can't afford to loose his business.Needless to say I had no choice because O'Reilly's corporate office told me several times they can only speak with Gina's Tires and no one else. After I left the shop I continued to hear the banging sound and returned to Gina's repeatedly to have them fix it. I even let Bob the owner drive it and he agreed that something was wrong.$2500 dollars later the original issue was never fixed. Bob the owner told me he refuses to keep working on the car. I left voicemails and they never returned my phone calls regarding the $145 refund and since O'Reilly's refuses to talk to me I'm screwed. It is now almost May 2023 so Bob and Mehdi should have heard something from O'Reilly's by March 1, 2023.Although I could probably sue Bob for $10,000 I believe escalating this to the Better Business bureau is the best first step.

Always the best deal on tires! I have gotten a full set of new tires on 2 different cars in the last 3 years from them. Tires come with great warranty! They expanded the inside space and can now work inside on more than 1 car. I like the owner. The crew are decent as well.

Bought 3 tires from them new.. had a bad shake from moment of install. Couple days later took back to them. Technician said tires were not balanced. Balanced tires then on the next weds. Tires still had a shake. Took it to 2 other repair shops and both stated tires were cupped. So meaning defective. Refuses to replace 1 week old tires blaming it on bad shocks. Car never ever had a shake prior to these tires being installed. Thought we had a better relationship as working together for years and recommended alot of people there ans made numerous purchases but doesn't seem to be. Will never return or recommend to another sole. Very sad to screw over a woman in distress.

They charged me to replace brakes and they didn t change the old pads they kept them on there and put some grease on to make the noise go away so you would think they were changed. 1 month later they went out again and broke the rotor. I went back and they tried to charge more to fix the rotor and brakes DO NOT GO HERE!

***Response to owner: Never even heard of "Taz" Bob at Gina's Tire Service is all I have ever dealt with.Edit* Will never go here again. 2 times now I have been sold defective tires. The first time a belt was broken and 2nd the tire will not hold air past 2 days. I think they take your defective tires off that you need replaced and just resell them as used.Fine to go here in a pinch but that's it.Prices seem to go up and down depending on who's there, what day, and their mood.Be careful that they don't try to overcharge you on different things. Also watch your tire size! They will try to put a tire on that's similar but not the same size. They also really don't stand behind their work. Tried to have an alignment done on two vehicles, but because the vehicles are too "new" they can't do it.If you're rolling on a flat or desperately need Something done and they are close they are okay in a pinch.

I had been coming to them for 10 years and usually stayed around to supervise since, I m also a mechanic. The owner always seemed nice and Jason always did solid work. I dropped of a vehicle to be done unsupervised and the only time I had ever done that. I brought parts and they called me the next day to let me know it was finished and I could pick it up. Everything seemed fine until the brakes started squealing loudly. I brought it back and come to find out that the new hardware for the brakes that I brought to be used was laying there unused. I paid for work that wasn t done and that is why it failed. The owner argued with me loudly and even threateningly. He became increasingly aggressive. I am done with this shop. DO NOT GO TO GINA S TIRES. WHERE YOU SAVE MONEY, YOU GET SHODDY WORK!!!

Left every lug nut loose. Forgot to put hub cap covers back on. Did an alignment and my car still didn't drive straight. Changed me then never told me why. When I went back they said they couldn't even do alignments on my truck

Small shop off Sulivant Ave. I have taken multiple cars there and they dealt with all my average repairs. If they feel like they can't do the job they will tell you. I like there honesty and integrity the shop owner and his employees have. Also the price is right. I first took my car to Midas and got an estimate on the brakes and the estimate was $806.14. I then heard of Gina's tires from a friend and took the Midas estimate to them to see what they could do. They beat it by over $500. I was shocked. Let's face it folks they are not your average repair shop that charges over $75 an hour to work on your car. They will get you in and out and the price is way fair.

I had a good experience at Gina's the owner gave me a very good price on new tires plus if you have a problem with the tires within the warranty period he fixes at no charge. The mechanic is very knowledgeable too. Overall a good honest place.

Was VERY rude to me when coming in for an alignment. Payed cash up front for the service, and when it couldn't be completed due to a bad bearing, they refused to give me my money back. They kept the whole charge of an alignment just for putting my car on the lift and shaking the tire. I HAD TO EVEN DRIVE IT OFF THE RACK.

I took my car In because of shaking and noise. They said my tires were bad. I ordered 4 new tires had them put on and alignment. Still was making noise. They said it was the struts. I ordered the struts took the car back. They put them on. The car was still making noise. They said it was the bearings. I bought 2 Bearings. I got my car back it was worse than when I started. They had broken a piece and tried to weld it back together. They did a terrible weld. The piece I need to buy that they messed up is 400 never going back there again. 1300 didn't fix my car and is not even drivable.
