I had the best experience with Germain Toyota! I had Marcus Young who was very flexible and easy to talk too. I m usually not a fan going anywhere car related, but Marcus helped me through the whole process without any issues. He knows how to keep it professional but also build a personal connection, which I think is amazing when you re going through a nerve wracking time. I would definitely recommend Marcus to all family and friends and everyone I met there also. Everyone was super kind and helpful! I got a 2024 Toyota Camry straight off the lot :)

Luci was great in helping us purchase my daughter s first car. Her dad went to the dealership to look at the car and said it was really nice. I then did everything over the phone. They even delivered the car to our home which is two hours south of Dublin. Before they delivered it they put in a new battery, new brakes and changed the oil which they didn t have to do!!! It was a pleasure dealing with Luci and her team. I will definitely buy there again.

Had a really great experience working with the salesman Tyler to purchase my Tundra Capstone. He was very open and upfront about everything and worked hard for several days to get our deal done. We finalized everything with Demetrius(Mr. Incredible) to get the financial portion exactly where we were trying to be. Excellent service from these 2 guys.

I had an amazing experience with this dealership! I bought my first ever car (which can be a daunting task), but through assistance and guidance from Chaz, D Lacy, and Asher, I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. They were all very knowledgeable, transparent, informative, and incredibly patient with me! I asked a lot of questions and they all walked me through the steps from the very beginning delivery of the car and up until the purchase/financing. We looked for a 2023 4Runner for several weeks and found a couple we liked. Our trouble was finding a salesperson we also liked. We had one dealership tell us they wouldn t take our check from my credit union because they wanted us to finance through them. We then found exactly what we wanted at Germain Toyota and Tyler Norris made our 2 hour trip to purchase worthwhile. He is extremely professional and he communicates as well as anyone I ve ever dealt with. When I m ready for my next Toyota, I ll call Tyler at Germain. Thanks, Tyler!

Tyler was my salesperson and he did a great job dealing with me as I am pretty complicated sometimes. The crew cleaned and detailed the car as we were completing paperwork. After on the highway headed home it was noticed they definitely didn t detail the inside very well. Thus far it s been a great experience with Tyler. I will be headed back to have a roof rack installed all thanks to Tyler!

Our experience here was pretty amazing. Linda our sales woman exceeded all customer expectations and her boss AJ assisted through the entire process. We even managed to get the car delivered which was an added bonus. This dealership is definitely worth giving business to.

Had what I wanted, but the experience was less than stellar.Wasted a ridiculous amount of time trying to sell an extended warranty. When I informed them I was not interested and that I d prefer to not waste time I was informed the computer was locked with a timer and we couldn t proceed with completion of sale until time had ran out . At that time there was reportedly 24 minutes left on the timer .Was offered $2,000 dollars off sale to void my factory warranty, which was odd.Purchased vehicle on a Saturday. I text the salesperson requesting a call Monday morning. I also called the dealership directly and requested to speak to a salesman or manager and was informed that staff was busy and I could only leave a message at that time. Luckily I resolved my own issue after a few hours, but nonetheless, I do not believe I would have been taken care of had I not been able to resolve the issue on my own.On a professional standpoint, if a manager is making decisions regarding trade in value, you should come out of your office and speak to your customer directly rather than playing telephone game with a salesman.Look your new vehicle over very well prior to leaving the dealership in a well lit area. The truck I purchased was covered in dust prior to sale and was cleaned just prior to purchase. The truck was still wet with some type of cleaning solution when we purchased. After getting home the truck had dried and things were more visible. My truck was covered in a tacky substance that resembled scratches and had the consistency of backing left after ripping a sticker off something. Luckily I was able clean this off with some work and time (something I shouldn t have to do after paying over 50k for a vehicle).10/6/23 Update: They messed up the out of state title information and informed me that I have a fedex package on its way to my home with paperwork that needs signed and returned in a voicemail. Attempted to call back with no answers. Called until i received an answer as this needs taken care of and I m tired of no responses. Attempted to talk about this issue along with my frustrations of no one ever answering or returning calls. Response: no need to explain and nothing to discuss. We saw your online review. Paperwork is on its way for title paperwork completion. Please fill out and return.Highly recommend against doing business with this dealership.

I came in to buy my first car and had a great experience. I worked with Tyler in sales and Brian in finances, and they were both fantastic and incredibly helpful. Tyler worked with me for 4 straight days back to back to get me a car quickly and he was able to help me get the monthly payment to fit into my budget. Brian was extremely friendly and trustworthy. Both representatives went above and beyond in service! Would definitely recommend.

I had a great buying experience with Germain Toyota! The salesperson Selena was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles, and went through great lengths to make sure I had everything I needed drive off with my SUV! She was a consummate professional, and gingerly walked me through a process I hadn t done in years. Kudos!The finance person- Brian- was also very friendly and helpful and explained all the options available. He was very thorough!Nice job!!

I m so happy and pleased with my experience at Germain Toyota and with Tyler Norris. I had been searching for a 4Runner since May/June and worked with 4 other dealers and none of them tried to work with me or seemed like they wanted to help. I called Tyler and he was so helpful from the very beginning. Got me everything I wanted and more with my 4Runner. I would recommend Germain Toyota and Tyler over and over to anyone that asks about my car.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and what made me pick this one compared to others was the amazing service Azaz provided me by going above and beyond to ensure I get the car I wanted with all the qualities I asked for! BEWARE!!! I purchased a new used 2016 jeep patriot as is from Toyota German on Scarborough in Columbus in December 2023. I was told the jeep passed there "inspection " .....now being rephrased by the dealership as a "saftey inspection " and that the jeep was good to go. After less than 1 hour of driving the jeep for the first time...the check engine light is on, the jeep is choking and finally cuts off at a stop light! This is my engine! Blown and needs replaced...After my many attempts to resolve this nightmare with the dealership, Toyota German on Scarborough in columbus has decided to washed there hands of the problem and continues to advise me to file a claim with the warranty they "strongly " suggested I purchase...wonder why!!!..just for the warranty to perform there own investigation for the claim and find that the jeep I just purchased had major pre-existing issue and than deny the claim..so i would be screwed! I was sold a lemon! I could have went to a buy here pay here if I wanted to be ripped off!

Left a message about upgrading my 2019 Highlander to a newer model on a Monday evening. Chaz Caldwell from Germain contacted us first thing in the morning to ask about the model we liked on their website. He had it all ready for the test drive by noon, and we closed out the deal in a couple of hours. The business manager, Tom Lombardo, was easy to work with and not pushy at all about selling us a bunch of extras. Very satisfactory shopping experience. This is the 7th Toyota that our family purchased at Germain, and we plan to keep coming back!

Righteous sold me a car and it was the best car buying experience I've had and I'm 66. He didn't do the high pressure thing. He answered all my questions and gave me space to think about my options. Yet he moved things along quickly once I made decisions. He is so welcoming and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a car.

Don t go here for a used car with decent mileage under $20k. Inventory is not kept very good track of and salesmen seem to know it. I often looked at a car online that looked clean and a reasonable deal, but after seeing it in person the car wouldn t even start or doors wouldn t even open or it hadn t been cleaned yet. Tyler was my salesman at the location I was at, and while he was very transparent and easy to work with, inventory was not. Bought the same day somewhere else.

Me and my family decided to switch from a sedan to an SUV and since I always had my eye on a Rav4 I came here. We had the most easy and stress-free experience at Germain Toyota. Kenzie and Amy assisted with the car I was interested in. Big enough trunk for Asseteague Island Beach supplies, heated rear seat, rear AC vents, and rear moonroof, for ol rescued dogs comfort while traveling, along with heated front seats for G-ma, and AC front seats for Me! The front powered sunroof will allow us to smell the ocean air, on our way to see the wild ponies.

These guys turned bad news that my 2020 Rav4 was totaled into a simple and positive experience where I purchased and financed my first car. My experience with Jared Merriman and this dealership has been amazing. The entire team was courteous, professional, welcoming and super engaged. I went in very cautious and suspicious because of the reviews, but I feel the need to dispel any negative comments.Jared was amazing with getting me top value for my trade in and made the buying experience very smooth and easy. The communication was open and thorough. When I advised that I had my own financing, I thought it was going to be an issue...but NO!!!
