Great experience and great selection of vehicles. Customer focused and knowledgeable sales team. I worked with David (10/10) who took his time walking me through all of the features of my selected vehicle, as well as the sales process in general. Would definitely recommend and return to buy my next car here.

David was 5/5 his knowledge and patience was fabulous. He went through the entire car and I was thrilled. Besides David all the people sales and finance who worked with me were excellent. Mike our salesman was amazing. We looked at the crosstrek and then he found me the perfect outback that was just the right one. Everyone stayed late to finish the purchase and were so nice. Mike even filled my car with tennis balls for our rescues!! Thank you

My car purchase experience at Germain Subaru could not have been better. Clay was my sales person and John handled the finance end. My purchase was atypical as I was an out of state buyer and they both worked patiently with me with all of my questions about the car itself and then with the hurdles and hoops littered throughout the finance and state tax navigation. I purchased a 2024 Outback Touring XT and this trim level comes with lots of features that were fully explained and demonstrated. The car was also fully detailed and the gas tank topped off before I drove it off the lot. Big purchases are anxiety provoking, Clay and John put me at ease.

I recently purchased a used 2015 Subaru Legacy for my son from Germain Subaru. This had to be one of the easiest haggle-free car buying experiences that I have ever had in my life. The process was super easy and fast. Germain Subaru is also probably one of the nicest dealerships that I have ever stepped foot inside. I worked with Lori and she was absolutely fantastic to deal with during the entire process. If I purchase another vehicle I will definitely be contacting Lori in the future.

Friendly staff went above and beyond to not only get me a deal within my budget, but to source and prepare the exact car I wanted. They didn t pressure me at all. Leo Dy, Larry, Clayton and Matt all treated me (a woman in the dealership solo) with respect and didn t talk down to me or my car knowledge. Highly recommend this dealership.

Everything was great, from the moment I walked into the sales room I was completely comfortable. Lori, Nate and Clayton made the entire purchase process easy. I felt no pressure, my options were explained to me and my choices were not questioned. I love my new Forester!

Sales associate Val and finance manager Matthew provided valuable assistance in facilitating the trade-in of my old car and the purchase of a new 2024 Forester. Already knew the car I wanted and the way to purchase it, Val adeptly accommodated my needs, ensuring a swift completion of the entire process within a few days. Thank you so much!I drove home in a 2023 Legacy Touring XT sedan. It handled the snowy roads wirh ease. Im really glad I went with the 2.4 Turbo (XT) I was able to finance with zero down. I was met with professionalism and respect at every turn. I love the chai machine. Clay, Matt, all the managers and staff were great. No pressure GREAT sales experience.I will buy my next car from them as well.ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new car from Germain Subaru!!!

I inquired about a car online and made an appointment to test drive. I met with Phillip and completed the test drive. He discussed all the options with me and really wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the car. I loved the car and purchased. The process was very easy, everything was upfront and clear. Nothing hidden. Phillip my sales person and Nate with finance were all very professional and made the car buying experience easy and fast. I wish I could give Phillip 7 stars for his outstanding customer service. Anyone looking for a new or used Subaru please go see Phillip!

Very positive experience with Lori and Jon. They are quick to response and very knowledgeable about the car and the industry/ market. Jon is not like your normal sales guy, he s very direct with what he can offer and what he can t. I would recommend anyone working with these two, you won t regret. Love love love my new Subaru!

Went in thinking about a new car and walked out with a Subaru Outback Onyx Edition. Phillip was low key, no pressure, explained each step of the process, and made this all very easy. Everyone at the dealership was equally laid back, making for a very nice experience. I would highly recommend them if you are seeking a new car or SUV.

A great experience from beginning to end! I could not have asked for a better salesperson than Aaron Woodburn. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very patient (as I had lots of goofy questions I m sure!). Matt, my financial manager was also great, helping explain everything quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend both and everyone at Germain Subaru. I love my car!

Nick truly provided a wonderful, pressure-free experience. He listened to my wants and needs, spent the necessary time to review the car fax and service information on a pre-owned vehicle I wanted to look at though really wasn't looking to buy that day. However, Nick's ability to provide an experience where I truly felt he was more interested in my satisfaction than making a sale was the key to pulling the trigger. The bonus was the detailing and follow up call the day after I drove it home to check in. I'll be back!

Val was great and the whole team and Nate got me into the Ascent I wanted even with my weird situation. I tried to buy one a few months ago but there was an issue with my old car and me needing to return it to the old dealer. They helped me through it and waited patiently for me. There were other ascents I liked from other places but chose to pick one from them because I felt like I could trust them. Would recommend!

Came in about 3 months ago to look around and considered several dealers and brands. Michael spent time with us and stayed in touch over the months, he was the only sales person that did. He was not pushy but offered much information and was extremely helpful. Came in the last week of the year and took advantage of great pricing advantages and low interest rate. Those two things made the difference plus Michael's professional help. We were treated very professionally by the Sales and Finance Managers also. Germain Subaru is the best dealership out there, hands down. No one likes used car shopping it s something you dread and put off for as long as possible. The staff at Germain Subaru made it such a seamless process. I worked with several members of the team (Clay, Jon, Nate, and Leo) and everyone was incredibly kind, personable, and humorous. My experience was completely no-pressure, and I even ended up looking a few other places before ultimately deciding to buy from them. My salesperson went out of his way to hand-detail and fill up the car before I drove it off the lot. Incredible customer service, super knowledgeable salespeople. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
