Everyone was super friendly. They made the process very quick and easy. Bought a used car that was priced very fair. Would buy from them again without any hesitation. Thank you all for your help and professionalism. My wife loves her new car!! Thank you Enrique and the super friendly funny guy that helped with all of the paperwork. I don t remember your name but every dealership needs an employee like you. Made the whole process super comfortable!

I can't say enough about my experience with Germain Hyundai. I am not a fan of the whole car buying experience because in the past I've had terrible experiences. This was NOT the case at Germain. My sales rep, Nate Li, was incredible through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, professional, not pushy, and extremely responsive to my questions via text. The finance department was thorough and informative. If you are in need of a new or new to you vehicle, I highly recommend you go to Germain Hyundai. You won't be disappointed.

I couldn t have asked for an easier or more smooth process on buying my first car. Will was very responsive with his replies via text and was always willing to assist. Will and the rest of the team were phenomenal at answering any questions I had as well as walking me through the overall process on the back end on the day of purchasing. It s easy to get nervous or scared when making such a purchase but when you have a friendly and understanding staff as such, it makes things so much easier. Overall a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend this location.

I was shopping for cars for a month a very stressful time I was referred to Jermaine Hyundai come a friend and it was by far the most professional car lot I experienced they where honest and straight forward showed me my options as my credit score was ruff to work with but still I found a great car for me and I m extremely happy and thankful and a special thanks to Enrique and Nate for all the support and assistance in this process also thank you to Jacob he was a pleasure as well!!!! I m a very happy and satisfied customer

I recently visited the Hyundai showroom and had the pleasure of meeting with Elliott when purchasing a 2024 limited model. Elliott was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process, providing valuable insights and guidance. Moreover, Ricky, the finance expert, did an excellent job working on the numbers, ensuring that I fully understood the financing options available. Highly recommend. Craig was our salesman and he was phenomenal. He primarily dealt with my brother regarding my vehicle but when I became involved he took the time to explain everything to me, no matter how small the detail. I don t remember his name, but the man who explained the warranty info was also amazing. He took time to explain even the minor details and was very personal and kind. Extremely happy with my purchase from them.

Our Nissan Altima died after the transmission failed with not even 100k miles on it. I searched for a car to replace it and landed on a 2022 Tucson from Germain. It was going to be a tricky deal because our current car was not drivable and we still owed on the loan. Jesse at Germain was our salesperson and he helped us navigate through it and was able to put together a deal with the car we wanted when we didn t think it was going to be possible. I love the new car it s beautiful and has all the features you could want . Thank you friends at Germain, we will be coming back for our next purchase but hopefully not soon

really have absolutely nothing but positive feedback towards the process and service I received from Germain. The first thing I noticed immediately was the attention to detail regarding presentation the moment I entered the dealership. I noticed immediately that everyone I came into contact with was working diligently, there were no idle bodies. I was greeted with respect and a kindhearted smile by my sales person Craig, who educated me and fully answered all of my questions and concerns without disregard or sales pressure. As much as I already knew I wanted this car and had previously test driven one, he insisted on me test driving the vehicle to make sure it was what I really wanted. and I chose to bring him along on the test drive where he provided even more detail about the features and specifications of the car that only solidified my decision and impulse to make my purchase, once again- without any sales pressure or persistance in trying to sell me things I didn't have a use for. My sales person showed great integrity during the whole process and solidified my impression of germain and hyundai as a brand. I had previously had a poor experience at great lakes on morse road, and he even went as far to do everything in his power to remedy their mistake(most noteably regarding the trade in value of the car I just purchased from them last week). Dealing with Jacob, my finance manager was also a tremendous blessing. He really had such great form in his presentation and was able to help me comprehend the value in the added features he proposed, as well as being reasonable and upselling me with further benefits like increased time or mileage on certain purchased features. The attention to detail represented by my interactions with everyone at the dealership was what left me most intrigued and won me over as a customer. Im looking to purchase more hybrids for my business fleet, and would be entirely thrilled to hopefully do business with both individuals again. I have nothing but the highest praise for Germain Hyundai and definitely plan on hopefully purchasing a my next new car with them. They really went above and beyond, and fully represented both Hyundai and Germain in the way that i view them having been a loyal hyundai customer for practically all of my adult life.

I just bought a new Hyundai Kona SEL a few days ago from here. I really hate car shopping due to previous experiences at other dealers such as pushy sales people, finances offers that fall through days later, vehicles that disappear from the lot, lots of waiting, etc .I had a very pleasant experience at Germain Hyundai. The salesman I was working with, Jesse Wise, was particularly laid back and very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the model I was interested in and was not trying to push me towards other provider models. Even the finance officer wasn't pushy with the other offers such as extended warranty and Gap insurance. He made it very clear he is only showing them to my because he had to. I did get the gap insurance- it's far better than what my insurance (and probably what most other insurance providers offer).The only issue I had was how long the prices took once I decided to purchase the car. There was a lot of waiting overall but that part felt like it took forever. I was given the impression by someone I had been in contact from there that it would be a 30 minute process. I didn't think to time it but it was possible close to 3 hours after coming back from test driving the car. The last part of signing the final documents and then paying the down payment was probably 30 minutes but definitely not the whole process in general. LolAll in all, I heard good things about Germain, and I can agree that it is a great dealership now that I have been there and I am very happy with my purchase.Let's hope some day that will get blinds for those windows though. That sun is killer.

Kiera was phenomenal! She was patient and let me check out anything and everything to find the best vehicle for me since I wasn t positive on what I wanted when I walked in. She got to know me and was able to show me a car that I fell in love with. The rest of the staff was great, very open and honest from both the manager and the finance team which was honestly a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences. I will definitely be sending people Kiera s way for help with their next car!

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe from Germain! Nathan Miller and the rest of the associates were very friendly, professional and helpful. The process was extremely fast and easy. We drove 2 hours to pick it up and it was a great experience. We will definitely be back for our next one at Germain Hyundai!

Customers are taken care of with what Id call "VIP service" for any and all customers. They took only the time necessary. My price was great but the real value is those dealer fees are impressively fair to customers. It didn't stop there either. Germain also helped me with temp tags to drive my vehicle home

We worked with Nathan to buy our new Santa Fe. He was wonderful! We drove down from Michigan to get the car and after contacting multiple dealers, we know we made the right choice to go with Germain. His communication with us the entire process was impeccable. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the vehicle we wanted, something we didn t find with other dealerships. We couldn t recommend Germain Hyundai enough. Our experience from start to finish was great!

The team here is great. Most of my interaction was with JJ and Galo. They were amazing with ensuring the vehicle I was interested in was thoroughly inspected to quell any concerns I had, gave no pressure at all to make a purchase, and were able to help ensure my financing was at a price I could live with and included more of a warranty than I expected. They turned a situation that had my anxiety really high into a smooth process. I definitely recommend them.

The Best customer service the last time I purchased a vehicle. The car had a few issues that needed repaired right after we took it home. Not only did they give me a free loaner vehicle, they ended up replacing the engine free of charge!! This purchase was also seamless and professional to say the least. I worked with Nate Li and Steve Looney. Nate is very down to earth and doesn t push you into a vehicle. Both of them genuinely just want you to be happy with your purchase. If I m looking for a used vehicle that they have on the lot or a Hyundai in the future I will 100% return.

JJ and Gerald were both fantastic. Theyhelped me test drive several different vehicles until I was sure which one I wanted. I couldnt get the original one I wanted, but they worked with me to get a comparable deal on another model. I am extremely happy with my purchase!!!

My experience with Germain Hyundai was was wonderful. My sales person was Kiera who did an excellent job in helping me find the right car to suit my needs because of the extensive traveling I do in central Ohio. She prepared each car I requested without hesitation along with a smile. This was important because I requested to test drive several vehicles. She was an awesome sales person I would love to recommend her to everyone. She introduced me to Brandon (sales manager) who really worked to get the car payments exactly where I needed them to be. They were a great team that provided impeccable service. I can t say enough about the service, professionalism and attention they provided me. Thank you Kiera and Brandon for your excellent service!

I had a blow out on one of my tires. I called service center they gave me a quote. Very good price! Transferred me to schedule spoke with Chad he told me come in immediately and get it taken care of he would fit me in to get off the donut tire! I love this dealership and employees they treat you like family! Thank you Chad!!
