Hello everyone, I would say 100 % recommended to others, highly recommended. We got to deal with Scott, he was so so good with us, his way to deal customers is extraordinary well. Also special mention for their finance manager and the person who came and taught us about how to drive ford car and then that person also came to put all the carpets in our car was really really impressive. Our hearts touched and would love to say please come to Germain Ford Sawmill Rd, they are amazing.I m gonna attach our Ford s picture, you can see the car in red color, we are loving it and if you buy the Ford Escape, I m 100% sure you will love love love it

This was, by far, the best experience I ve ever had at a car dealership!! I ve always been anxious at the thought of having to deal with car salesman and this time around was compounded by the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the demise of my old car. Brynden was an absolute sweetheart and seemed to genuinely care about my feelings. For someone whose job is customer service, this made a huge impact! Everyone at Germain Ford made me feel at ease and almost made the experience too good to be true almost. Amazing thing is, it was all true and those guys were better than good they were great! 5 out of 5 across the board!!!!! Thank you all so much for making my experience of buying my new car amazing!!!!

Coleton was an awesome sales associate. Straight-forward and to the point on what it would take to get me into a 2024 mustang GT. A beautiful car is now sitting in my garage. The last Mustang I bought was from here 16 years ago. Much better experience and great support. Will see how the service is moving forward but hope it s the same as sales.

I want to thank Germain Ford and Jaydee my salesperson. JD went above and beyond dealing with this crazy old man who wanted a unicorn. Although it took a year because of Covid and supply constraint they put up with all my questions and I am now the proud owner 2024 Atlas Blue Hybrid Maverick. Thanks again to all the people at Germain for working with and for me in this quest.

The entire team at Germain Ford were fantastic to work with and made this recent repair go by painlessly. I had the pleasure with working with Tyler during my recent visit and he was on top of everything with letting me know if there was a delay with a part shipping because of severe weather or making sure that I wouldn't be blind-sided by anything unexpected. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Just picked up my new, custom ordered F-250... Justin Ellis and his team were all great and made this a low pressure experience. I'm a grumpy old man with a precise list of what i wanted/didn't and Justin LISTENED. He didn't push or hard sell anything, had quick answers to all my questions, and was PATIENT. My wife would tell you its no small feat to make me smile, and on day 4 now I've been smiling so much my face hurts. I've had less successful experiences talking to other brands and dealerships, I'm just sorry it took me so long to try Germain Ford. I'm a fan for life! Also, order to delivery was 7 weeks... way faster than the "maybe 12-24" they warned me or the 9-12 MONTHS another Ford dealer quoted. Delivery was painless, abd the team helped me connect my phone and explore all the settings. Thanks again Justin and team!

This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Germain. Justin Ellis was knowledgeable and always returned my calls. The only issue was a 1 year and 5 month wait to get the truck I ordered but that's fords issue not the dealer.

I recently had a dreadful experience with this car dealership's service team. I brought my car in to address a recall issue, and when I received it back, the airbag light was turned on. I immediately called the dealership and returned my car to have the issue fixed.The service team denied any responsibility for the airbag light, insisting they hadn't done anything to cause it. After an argument, the manager grudgingly agreed to diagnose the problem. They determined that the seatbelt latch was broken, as if someone had forcefully sat on or twisted it. The plastic on the buckle was shattered.Despite the fact that multiple employees had been in my car sitting in the drivers seat. Driving it to and from the dealership, they continued to deny any wrongdoing. To add insult to injury, they quoted me nearly $600 for the repair, claiming it was not their fault.It's absolutely ridiculous that they expect me to believe the damage wasn't caused by their team. When I handed over my car, it was in good condition with no lights on the dash. Now, they want to charge me a significant amount for damage they refuse to acknowledge.I strongly advise against using this service team. They caused additional damage to my car for a recall fix and shamelessly denied responsibility. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reputable dealership for your automotive needs.

Just bought a used Mazda6 from Germain Ford of Columbus and I am extremely happy with the car and the way that I was treated. My sales consultant, John Durand, was extremely professional and went above and beyond what any salesperson is required to do. I can't say enough nice things about John. He is the main reason that I am writing this review, something I never do. From my experience, if you want a quality car and first class service you should consider Germain Ford. Thanks again, John. Stopped by on a busy Saturday. William was professional, listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and wasn t pushy at all. He was kind to my kids and didn t push us when we had to leave. William followed up by phone and email and provided the details and answers I was looking for and we were able to make a deal. Great experience with Finance as well. Everything from start to finish was about 90 minutes to get me in the vehicle I wanted at a great price.

100% satisfied, all the way around.I was looking for a Red 2 Dr Bronco Heritage, which is a pretty hard truck to find on the lot. I stopped at Germain Ford to see if they could help me out. James Soto was super helpful and jumped on the case. Within 24 hours they were able to locate and secure one of the 3 available in the region.The process of buying it couldn t have been faster or easier and the price was very fair. Couldn t be happier!

So I finally bought my Bronco, which I have been wanting. The sales consultant (Brynden) was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. He showed me a few options that allowed me to narrow down my decision. Brynden and the sales supervisor (Jason) worked with me to get an affordable price. This was absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had with buying a car. The staff was friendly and the financial process was fastest process I have been through. Zach (finance) was great, making the process simple and Sasha walked me through the technical support. THANK YOU everyone for the amazing service and experience!!!!

What an unbelievable experience I had at Germain Ford on Sawmill Rd Columbus. I purchased my first F150 ever and my first Ford vehicle in 11 years. This is my 8th Ford I have owned. I could not have had a better experience. Josh Devore, my salesman, was absolutely fantastic. He was forthright with information, timely in his responses and carried himself as professionally as I have ever seen. He even helped me through an issue, by partnering with leadership, that almost every dealer would walk away from. They did not. They jumped right in and made it happen. That made my overall experience the best I have had. I will not hesitate when the time comes to go to Germain Ford again!!

I waited a while to write this review to see how I liked the vehicle I purchased, and how it really drove. Back in December I came to this dealership feeling defeated with my then current vehicle, along with feeling helpless in my search to replace it. I did not have a good experience car shopping until I came here. I want to also say, I wasn t the easiest customer to deal with. Having lots of anxiety, and lost hope in that people just flat out don t care to do the right thing, I ended up having an out of the world experience here. I felt like I was listened to, as I had many concerns with safety and reliability. The guys working with me never lost their composure. When I had a concern with my potential purchase, they GENUINELY CARED that if it were an issue, that it should be addressed. All in all, I feel like they took very good care of me. I trusted them completely, and they went above and beyond to please me, even when I knew they didn t have to. I felt like they actually truly cared if they sold me a good car or not that I was satisfied and felt secure in my purchase. I just want to say, it s now March and I m completely in love with my car. It s so beautiful, and was well taken care of. (The previous owner had all service appointments done here as well.) I can t thank them enough for putting me in something I was really happy about, no matter how much trouble it was to get me there. 5 stars, hands down. It might even be my favorite car I ve ever had. I will send anyone looking to buy here!

I had an extremely good service experience at Germain Ford of Columbus recently. They were able to duplicate an old anti-theft key for my "extremely vintage" truck, and (more importantly) they changed the spark plugs and wires (they spotted the problem with the wires), which got it running like new. My truck is an absolute pleasure to drive now. It hasn't run like this in almost 20 years. These people are good!

The accessory staff and finance team was also great to work with. I was told at the beginning we ll take good care of you , and every action by every staff member reflected just that. Your sales guy Ryan Towns made buying our new company van quick and easy! He was very professional and very easy to work with. I told him what we needed to be at to make the deal work and within 10 minutes he was calling me back to let me know the van was ours. Definitely keeping you on speed dial when we need another vehicle!

Communication was poor. Timely repair was poor. Proper repair was poor. Management follow up was poor. All around very disappointed in my service experience. Had Schedule for my repairs and was told tech makes him own schedule by importance of job. Asked for follow up calls never received. When picked up vehicle repairs had not been fully completed only partially. Damage from lifting vehicle improperly. Damage to other vehicle system occurred during repair and left for me to deal with. Service manager called and stated would send email follow up never done. Overall from beginning to end was very poor. Only 5 star would be the cashier. Very polite and attentive to timely check out process.

This was my first visit to Germain Ford of Columbus. Accommodating and friendly staff. Didn t waste time servicing my car and got me out of there in a timely manner. Service recommendations for my car were reasonable and they weren t pushy about the stuff that could wait. I will be back and will update if there is a significant drop in customer service. But so far so good.

I bought a 2022 Ford Escape from Germain ford 2 months ago on sawmill rd, Columbus, oh. The staff there goes above and beyond to help you. I recently had an accident and called Tom in the service department. He was able to get me a quote quickly and order the parts. When the parts came in and I needed to schedule an appointment, my schedule was busy and I asked Tom if there was a vehicle I could use so I didn t have to wait for the vehicle there as I didn t have anyone to come pick me up. Tom gladly advised that they could pickup and drop off the vehicle for no extra charge within 5 to 7 miles. The valet service was prompt, polite and always let me know when they were coming and when they are arrived by text. I would fully recommend going to Germain Ford for your next vehicle or service.Marsha
