I had the pleasure of working with Adam when purchasing a car from this dealership. Fantastic experience. I called in advance and they had the car ready when I arrived both washed and completely filled up. Adam took time to get my wife and 2 young children settled in the lounge while I completed paperwork. I received more in trade than I expected. Car was listed for a very fair price. Adam followed up a couple days later to make sure we were happy. Can t ask for a better experience or salesman. Germain group has always been good to my family over the past 10+ years. Great people!

I recently purchased a Cadillac from Germain Cadillac. I worked with Mike Perkins. I initially called and inquired about the status of the car I was interested in.Mr. Perkins said to me "I'm on it". Turns out he meant it.He held the car for me to make a 3hr 45mindrive from Michigan the following day. Mr. Perkins was a pleasure to deal with. He is professional, and a man of his word. He always responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process.I ended up buying the car the day I drove there. Mr. Perkins made all of the arrangements to have my car delivered to me in Michigan.The car showed up looking great. Overall I'm very pleased with the professionalism that Mr. Perkins and Germain Cadillac displayed.I look forward to doing business with them again.

We recently bought a vehicle and it was a great experience. We worked with Mike Perkins and he was very patient with us, as we had our 4 month old baby in tow. He made sure we had all of the information we needed and that we felt confident with our decision. The process was quick, low pressure, and enjoyable thanks to Mike. The facility was also very nice with tons of space to relax and be comfortable with our daughter. We would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I purchased a used vehicle from Germain Cadillac. This is the most professional team I have ever felt with, making the buying experience so much more pleasant than what is normally experienced at car dealers. There was no pressure from the salesman or the Business Manager to close the deal. There were a couple of relatively minor repairs done without any hesitation. Since I had experience very high reliability with previous models of the same vehicle I opted out for the service contract. But before even getting the vehicle home it demonstrated serious transmission problems. I called them about it and they immediately said to bring it back in for diagnosis. It was sent to a shop to reprogram the electronics but this didn t fix the problem. The General Manager then got engaged in the process and authorized an $1800 repair, at their expense. Unfortunately, this didn t fix it either. The transmission was going to have to be removed and completely disassembled to fix. Again, the General Manager stepped up and assumed responsibility and authorized the repair. The vehicle is performing perfectly now.Thank you all at Germain Cadillac. It s easy to see how you have been in business for so long.

I just purchased a 2020 Grand Cherokee Summit from here and with the assistance of Mike Perkins I truly was impressed. Mike and the rest of the group made this my best buying experience. Being 61 I've bought many vehicles. Matter of fact leading up to this purchase I had been treated rather poorly at two other dealerships. Thank You Mike and (Zach?). When I'm ready again for another purchase I'll be back and will definitely be doing my part to send more customers to Germain Cadillac.

I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from here and had a great experience. I worked with Mike Perkins who was more than helpful in facilitating the purchase. I live in Texas and was treated like a local who was sitting in his office. He was very responsive to all of my inquiries, which were frequent due to it being a long distance purchase. He was very honest in all regards to how he represented the vehicle s condition. He really did go above and beyond in helping me through the process. Zach in finance also provided a great customer experience. All in all it was an incredibly seamless experience.

I took my Cadillac into Germain Cadillac of Easton because the heat quit working. during their inspection of my car, they also noticed a oil leak, which I was unaware of instead of just fixing the problem that I went there for and sending me on my way they went above and beyond and fixed my oil leak as well. This was all covered under warranty, so it was at no cost to me. Then they arranged for me a rental car because the parts were not in that they needed to fix my car and to top it all off when I picked up my car it had a fresh shine to it. They nailed it. It was amazing. I cannot thank Chris, Ryan, Maliah,(I know I messed up that spelling but you know who you are) and the whole service staff enough your excellent service earned a customer for life. I highly recommend Germain Cadillac of Easton for buying or repairing a vehicle of any make. Thanks again guys

For quite awhile, I ve been looking for a decent, fuel-efficient car to drive to and from work, to give my gas guzzling truck a break nothing too fancy, because I do road construction, and often come home from work dirty. But still wanting a nice quality vehicle.(and over the years, I ve had very good luck with the Honda brand.) I came across a Honda Accord at Germain, on Autotrader s website, and kept looking at it on my phone for a couple days. I decided to visit their Germain Cadillac Easton location and check out this car. After arriving and seeing the car, I was very pleased and surprised by the condition it was in. This dealership does not carry any junk on their lot! The condition of their used vehicle inventory is top notch. I was a little apprehensive about entering their building to speak with a salesman, because most of the inventory on their lot is way out of my league! Anyway, I went in and was greeted by Cory McNair. By the way, thank you for your military service! Cory, professional, but friendly, spoke with me about the car that I was interested in and set me up for a test drive. The 13 to 14 year old, low mileage Honda Accord was in immaculate condition inside and out. Also, a Carfax report on their vehicles definitely gives you a piece of mind. After the test drive, my mind was made up. All the paper work was smooth sailing. Cory took me to their Land Rover/Jaguar dealership, next door to get my paperwork all finished up with Mike O Brien. Mike got me in and out in a short period of time, handling everything in a fluent manner. Even discovering that Mr. O Brien had some family ties to my small community, about an hour away. So, to wrap it up, I am very pleased with my purchase experience. And I am very satisfied with these fine young gentleman and how I was treated, buying a used car at their upscale dealership. The service department at this location is horrible. I live in Easton, and I drove all the way to Dublin Joseph Cadillac to get an oil change or any other service. This place has a reputation for fixing one issue and creating another issue and I agree. This place is only about a dollar $$$$$$ no customer service at all. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you re looking used cars that aren t Cadillac I d walk away. Bought a car being told the wheel bearings were replaced. A month and a half later the only bearing they replaced had a part fail. Find out they used an aftermarket part and not an oem part. They are willing to replace the parts at zero cost however are going to use the exact same part that failed in a month and a half.

The entire team is amazing at Germain Cadillac of Easton. They have handled every one of my first-time buyer anxieties, from maintenance to finances to literally everything. Lynn is amazing. Sold my the car back in March, walked me through the process and followed up with me. Helped me out when I lost my title, and made sure I had access to another in the Knick of time. Also is a young woman who has phenomenal skills in selling and giving 100% guarantee customer satisfaction. Troy is the service manager at Germain and services my vehicle to make sure it was safe for me to use, especially as a young driver. Helped me out when I needed it because again, this is my first vehicle. Leah (pretty sure) works at the service desk and helped with every part of my anxiety, from giving me direct numbers to talking me through different services. Thanks girl. Zach works in finances and walked me through my contact, even stayed after closing to explain everything to me further. There were many others that have helped, but I appreciate everyone explaining how the entire system works. To explain, I m 21 and this is my first vehicle. The entire team has respected my process, helped me figure out the next steps and continues to work with me to this day. had a great experience buying a truck from Germain Cadillac of Easton , worked with salesmen Robert Redman, who was fantastic, funny, and worked hard to make sure everything went perfect and smooth as well as being super quick with the whole process. usually buying a car takes a few hours but we were in and out in about 30 min. when doing paperwork we worked with Zack Nugen who was also great, worked quick and was not pushy at all. all together one of the best buying experiences iv had yet. truck was as represented, and delivered clean as can be. Great team. if you are looking to buy a car here id highly recommend buying with Robert Redman and Zack Nugen.

My daughter purchased a ford focus ev on 15Jan@ 1930, while we were doing the paperwork Corey charged her car for over an hour. We live in Pickerington, my daughter went 19 miles and the car died, the ev fast charger is not compatible with her car. She called our insurance company and was on hold 45 minutes due to weather and was two hours before a tow truck could get there. Luckily there was a sheriff having dinner and graciously agreed to give her a courtesy ride home. I called Corey and let him know what happened and he said cold weather was a contributing factor to the battery issue, yet he never told us that she probably would not make the 19+ miles home. I spoke to Dan and his remedy is for me to wait 45 mins for a tow in 12 degree weather. My advice is do not buy a used car because as they all admitted they don t know how exactly they work.

Absolutely top notch experience all the way around! Adam was quick to respond to our inquiry, had the car ready for a test drive as soon as we arrived, and even had directions printed out for our test drive (we weren't familiar with the area). Very low pressure and laid back. Financing was seamless with Zachary, he took his time and answered all our questions. By far our best car buying experience to date. The whole time we felt comfortable and relaxed. They were respectful of our time and didn t drag things out. My Daughter was in the market for a good quality used car. Mike Perkins with the Cadillac Team at Easton did an amazing job communicating and showing my daughter a few vehicles that fit what she was looking for. The team at Easton was so excited when my daughter told them she wanted the car in her name because she was paying cash for the car. Mike Perkins and Zach in finance made her feel so special for working hard and saving her money and being responsible for a girl her age. Thank you Mike for the great Customer Service.

My overall sales experience was pleasant. I had found the car I was interested in online. It was a fairly seamless transaction in a timely manner. However, before my first payment was due, my rear brakes began grinding horribly. I had to dish out over $1500 in maintenance on new brakes, rotors, calipers, etc. I understand that buying a used vehicle always comes with a risk. What I don't understand is how this vehicle passed their service inspection. Shame on me, I guess. Make sure you have someone you trust do an inspection before making a purchase from Germain. Single mom out an extra $1500 in this economy is hard to swallow. Please do better!

The only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 is because of the price. I was interested is a jeep they had and came to look at it. I first asked if they were firm on thier price. I was told "our price is our price." After test driving it and them off the least for my trade then any other dealer I decided to wait. The next day they lowered the price. I reached out the next business day and made an offer with NO REPLY. I reached out again the next day and finally received a reply. It simply said "no problem, if something changes on our end I will let you know." I had to ask if that mentioned they would not except my off of $600 less then there asking price. He confirmed immediately they weren't interested. 3 hours later I replied to him asking to provide me with a purchase agreement and provided all needed I fo. I have never heard back. You have a customer asking to buy a car AT FULL ASKING PRICE and you don't get a reply. 5 days later.and the car is still for sale.

Wesley and Zach made the buying experience so much better than previous experiences I ve had. They were able to beat my banks APR and work the numbers to make GAP Insurance and Extended Warranty purchases while still staying within my monthly budget. They fed us lunch, topped off the tank and detailed everything including the engine!!

I spoke with Adam about my interest in a used vehicle. He was very helpful and professional, he even offered to reduce the asking price $500. I requested a $700 discount on the vehicle so we were unable to make a deal at this time due to the $200 difference. Even though the deal couldn't be made I was treated with respect and the communication was great. Thanks again!

Another great experience from Mike Perkins. I Bought my car off of him and now looking for another one. He remembered exactly what I really liked and brought me a car to my work for me to look at. The car had almost everything I wanted even the exterior color and it s a trade in so once he saw it come in and knew it was in my wheel house he contacted me. This dude is on it and never pressures me. This is what will sell me the next car! Feels good to have a guy there that is looking out for what I really want and stays on top of it till he finds it!

Purchased 2017 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum edition from Germain Cadillac in September as a Certified Pre-owned vehicle with a 172 point inspection. We also purchased a separate warranty that included road hazard coverage that would repair or replace tires and wheels that are damaged by road hazards. On or about 10/5/2020 we started experiencing low pressure in the right front tire, and since we had appointment with Jake Sweeney Cadillac on Tuesday 10/9/2020, I let Jake Sweeney know that I must have gotten something in the road lodged in my tire. Later that afternoon Jake Sweeney Cadillac called me back and told me that not only did I not hit something in the road but that my tire had been plugged and was unrepairable. I asked them if my warranty I paid for would cover it and they said no. I then called Germain Cadillac back and spoke with general manager Kenny Quinn and he told me there is nothing he could do. He said it was not his or the dealerships responsibility to do anything. I will respond to Kenny Quinn. I paid extra for a warranty that covered wheels and tires, I called you as soon as I had an issue with the tire because of said warranty. Your warranty company refuses to cover tire because of plug that was done before the purchase of warranty. You don t stand behind the product you sell. We will never come back to any Germain dealership and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid your business too.
