Took my car here for simple fender bender and this guy condemned my vehicle. Said it was hot glued together when it was seam sealed on top of an actual weld. Told me my car needed a whole wiring harness when it could be repaired. Also said he had to do work on my hood and door when nothing was wrong with my hood at all and the door was half hour worth of work at max according to another accredited collision repair shop. These guys were trying to not work on the vehicle at all and for that they totaled out my car instead of just saying that. Don t go here please try a shop that will be honest with u on repairs and value you your time and hard earned money

One window was broken and it took about 3 weeks to fix. First they said it would be a few days . Then added another week for materials. When I called on the day they set they didn't return my calls or update me till I called multiple times again next day. When it was finally done there was still broken glass on the passenger seat. Antenna was detached and laying on wipers for some unknown reason. Just a nightmare.

Edit: I worded with another location and they repaired the work through their warranty. The Westerville location is the location that has been fixing the issues which I do recommend. The original work was specific to the Grandview location, which I do not recommend.My vehicle had to be fixed 2x (still shotty work) it also took 1 month it and my wiring was chewed on by rats. They fixed it with electrical tape. I have rat feces in my engine bay. Now it s a new insurance claim on my dime. Horrible!!!!!! Save yourself the troubles. *Jose the customer service guy was nice, that s all that was decent about this place. Zero stars.

I got hit by a drunk driver in my brand new 2022 4Runner and they were able to get my car repaired within a week and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. The staff was absolutely incredible to work with and Jose kept me updated every couple days! More than impressed and very happy with the service I received!!! I feel like I m family lol Jose is who I always deal with and he s so nice and professional. They ladies at the front are also nice and courteous. Every time I take my Jeep up there for work. They always try their best to get me in and out. They do outstanding work as well. I hit a deer and messed up my whole front. It took some time for me to get my truck back. But that was only because they sent the wrong finder back. But when I did finally get it back. I was very excited and pleased. They did a fantastic job when it came to my body work. So every time I need any work done. I will definitely take my Jeep back to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My car ended up looking great in the end, but communication overall could ve been much better. They had my car for a month and it was not communicated to me until the end of the process that my bumper was on back order. One of the body shop workers also tried to convince me that the stains on my trunk that were not there, were there previously. With the entire process being time sensitive, I would ve appreciated timely, transparent communication throughout the entire process. The work done however, was quality. Upon further review today, my license plate light sockets are loose and not functioning and my rear reflector lights are also not functioning.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Update- Hi Alberto never reached out to me after my horrible experience of you keeping my car over a week, outsourced it to AAA, and still didn t resolve the issue. I dropped my car off on full fuel and when I received my car back it was at 1/4 tank, my driver and passenger seats reclined, and change in my cup holder! Claimed my car was washed but dirt was visible by wheels and doors, told me my car runs smooth so that tells me they had joyrides, and called multiple times to see when my car was going to be ready for pick up after a lady said he will call me but didn t. Your service was unacceptable and will never be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My entire experience was pleasant. They keep you updated on what is going on with your car the entire time it s being worked on. The staff in the office are very friendly as well. 10/10. Would recommend this place to anybody looking to have their car fixed. Thank you again! :)

Gerber Collision & Glass really came through after a recent altercation with one of my car windows.In an attempt to fix the window, I reached out to one of their main nationally known competitors to inquire about their price and availability. Not only was Geber 40% less the price of the other guys, but they committed to getting it fixed 4 days sooner. They also came out to me to fix it. The guy who fixed it was super quick, about 40 minutes. He was also super chill and easy to chat with about the process.I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

Everyone there was super nice and very professional/knowledgeable. The repair process was simple and easy and everything happened a lot faster than I expected. When I got my car back I literally couldn't tell that anything had ever happened to it, it was 1,000% perfect. They had also cleaned the interior which was a very nice surprise. I couldn't be more satisfied.

If you are looking for a place to take your car to get it back in top notch shape Gerber is the place to go! They do incredible work and they do it with care in a timely fashion!I took my vehicle in a few days ago and was met in the lobby by Melanie. The first thing I noticed was she had a smile on her face! She took her time to answer our questions and to help us get going in the right direction. Even making sure we we're set up with a rental car.Albert Maya who is the GM for this location was phenomenal! He was extremely professional, understanding and patient. He really took the time to explain in detail the process of what needed to be done and the time frame. Albert went out of his way to may sure we felt comfortable with leaving our car in his hands!He 100 percent delivered! Not only did our car look brand new but they got it done ahead of schedule! He walked us through what had been done,where it had been done and made sure we were happy! And we definitely are! We could not be more pleased!A plus service!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were super thorough, took care of everything for me, kept me updated about my car and what they had left to do, and were flexible about pick up and drop off times. Overall did an excellent job with repairs and were very accommodating. They even vacuumed the inside of my car! This is the best shop have ever used and I will definitely return with any future collision repairs.

Very friendly and fast. Made sure parts were to excellent standards. This was my first repair of any kind to my car. Gerber was very helpful and professional. They sent back the parts that were to replace on my car, because it was not to their standards, which I really appreciated. I will trust them for any future work I may need done to my car.

My car was hit by another driver and that driver's insurance sent me here. I was extremely impressed with the company's attention to detail and care about my car. They called me often with status updates and explained each step of the work to be done before anything was final. Last but not least they clean the car better than most car wash shops! I was very pleased with my experience.

Their communication is terrible! My insurance company made an appointment. I called to follow up. I showed up as scheduled only to be told that the Dublin Rd location doesn't take my insurance. They then instructed me to drive to the other side of town to an alternate location. However, they neglected to mention that the road to this location was closed. So after wasting 90 minutes I decided to take my car back to the dealership instead. When I called Gerber about it, they said that there is no line of communication between their locations-which is evident based on the service I received. So frustrating! Gerber, you only get one chance to make a first impression. You guys totally blew it.

I took my car in after an accident to get repairs done to the body of my car. It took about 2 weeks for the work to get done and it looked great however, when I went to pick my car up my battery was completely dead. I got a new battery last year and know for a fact I did not bring my car there with a dead battery. When I left they had to jump my car for me and then I thought it would be fine. But I stopped at a gas station and it died, got home and it had died. I had to have someone jump my car 3 times that day. When I called to give my feedback they said they had to jump my car numerous times, but never communicated to me that I would need a new battery. & then tried to make it sound like it's my fault and that they have no way of knowing if they killed my battery or if I brought it in with a dead battery. I think that they forgot to take a censor out while fixing my door and that is what killed my battery. My car usually will beep if the door is open and I was getting work done on my door. I am very disappointed in the customer service and they said there was nothing they could do for me. If you would have just admitted to your mistake I wouldn't have cared, but the fact that you let me drive off the lot knowing I had a dead battery is so unprofessional and I will not be going back to this shop for this reason. Rather not have another car battery get drained.

after taking the time to bash the place who hacked at my car I wanted to also give a good review to the shop that got stuck fixing that mess. I hate to give reviews right after I drive away but it's been a few weeks and my bumper is not popping from the frame and no more of the loud rattling so I am still pleased with my car. it means a lot to me to have my reliable ride back, thank you so much.

I would not recommend taking your car here at all. After an accident where someone else hit me, I took my car here for repair based on their insurances recommendation. I was EXTREMELY disappointed about the entire experience. I ended up having to come in 8 separate times over multiple months, wasting over 8 hours of my time. After the initial repair my door was unable to close so I had to return to have them fix it again. During the second fix they scratched up my car so I had to bring it back again for them to buff out these scratches. It took them 3 weeks to get me in this time and I had to come in before 1pm due to their buffer not being in after that, all after promising me I could come in whenever was convenient for me since it was their mistake. When I came to pick up my car the final time there was still a scratch on my car but I decided it was not worth my time to bring it in again. I would never return here for service and will highly recommend going else where to anyone I know. I hope all of your locations are not this terrible in both customer service and actual repairs.

Had a great experience here. They replaced the back bumper on my BMW 3 series in less then one day. The paint matched perfectly. I worked with Eric O'Brien and he even fixed some other minor things on the car at no charge. Picked it up the next day and they even washed it for me. Would recommend to family & friends

I was referred to Gerber Collision & Glass on the Dublin Rd location through State Farm to get my front bumper damage repaired. I was immediately impressed with the friendly, understanding staff and easy communication from my estimate visit to the communication and flexibility with setting up my appointment. Eric was especially helpful and kind from the beginning with my estimate prices and helping me cancel my State Farm claim because I decided at the last minute to pay out of pocket (because the price was much cheaper than other auto body shops had given me in the past). When I picked up my car, it was cleaned and vacuumed inside and out and the bumper looked fantastic. They even fixed my gas cap because it was slightly crooked when I dropped it off. That evening, I noticed the battery was dead and the fog lights and brake lights would not turn off. I called Gerber the next morning suspecting that a wire had been handled incorrectly by Gerber to cause this. Eric was surprised that a bumper repair could cause this light issue, so he went above and beyond to talk to the person who had worked on my car, and then called the local Subaru dealer for me and solved the issue within a matter of 15 minutes. Turns out it was a Subaru symptom of a low battery, and he kindly recommended replacing the battery and I should be good to go. I will recommend Gerber to all of my friends in need of collision repair and be back if need be- not only because of the excellent body work, but the way that Eric handled this situation and went above and beyond to help a customer in a stressful situation.

Had someone break into my truck and steal my radio. Tiny punch hole but still needed to get it repaired. Break in happened on a Sunday, was able to get into Gerber on Tuesday, and one week later I had my truck back. Work was flawless; paint matched perfect, metal work was unnoticeable. They topped off the experience by detailing inside and out which was unexpected but overdo for my truck and greatly appreciated.

alignment too, I would refer everybody to go to Gerber Collision. They were super helpful; and actually, they went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife got her car repaired there. Minor repair only took a few days. She picked it up and we got in and drove home. As soon as I got out I looked at the front bumper and noticed she had no plate or bracket. Her damage was on the back bumper but she called and left a voicemail since the place closes at noon on Saturday s. They called her this morning and said they reviewed the tape and the car was dropped off without a license plate on the front?? There is no way we could have been driving around with no front plate without getting a fine, seems pretty sketchy.**Update!!!! The owner/manager sent her a picture and said it was the only picture they had of her car. It was a picture of the front passenger side of her vehicle, again all of her damage was on the rear driver side bumper. He said that when she brought it in for an estimate there was no plate....how does that not get pointed out at an auto repair shop?? The estimate was early January, so they are trying to say she drove around for a month with no front plate!! Haha! Ridiculous
