The concierge service was very convenient. They scheduled a time to pick up my car from my home and dropped off a rental for me. There was very little paperwork to sign just providing valid ID and insurance. They brought my car back timely and even called ahead to let me know the time they'd be back. They also cleaned the car which was nice. Service was 10/10.

I wasn t in a need to purchase a car however the price was so competitive, I ended up buying one for my wife. Sales person was easy to work with & manger took time to thank for the business.

With a busy schedule, having the valet option is a game-changer. My valet person was awesome too. Friendly, respectful.Service itself, my service advisor kept me updated on the appointment, when car would be ready to be driven back to me. The ability to view service details from the Genesis app is nice too.

The serv. mgr. (forget her name) was wonderful and the service advisor I had was also warm and friendly. These 2 were much better than my experience with the sales team (Matt).

I was a day off in coming in to get my car serviced. They were able to get me in so I wouldn t have to come back the next day! Very accommodating

Went in for an oil change and recieved great service. I'm assuming he was the service manager, but he was very welcoming and attentive.

Timely service although it took several weeks for an open appointment. Oil change and whining noise that supposedly couldn t be duplicated. I now have to come in to accompany an advisor for discovery.
