We had a great a great experience at Genesis of Columbus. Cole assisted us and was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. And everyone else we spoke with was wonderful too! Even though the dealership hasn t had a chance to be upgraded yet, we still felt like we received premier service without being hassled or put on the spot to buy. And I love my new Genesis GV70!

This isn't even my local Genesis dealer. I traveled here to get the exact car, exact trim and color that I was after. Genesis of Columbus made sure I was getting the best possible deal and helped with my logistical complications. They ensured I was making the right deal for me. Everyone from the sales specialist, to the sales manager, to the finance manager made me feel comfortable with me purchase. They made sure that the car buying process was an exciting event, not the nightmare that people tend to think. They understood that car buying was a big decision. They knew that getting a Genesis was fulfilling something for me. They congratulated me and seemed genuinely happy for me. I purchased my car a couple of months ago but Wendy still called to wish my family a happy Thanksgiving. Fast forward to today; I had a question about my vehicle tags (this is the first time buying a car in Ohio). When I called, to my suprise, Wendy picked up the phone and she recognized me immediately, remembered my kids names and recalled what I'm passionate about. She was able to answer my question to my satisfaction and is going to follow back up with me. Needless to say, I'm satisfied with my purchasing and after purchase experience.

Wendie was amazing! She came on the lot to greet us, invited us inside to get a warm beverage and asked how she could help. She was on top of the process and kept us informed throughout the buying experience. She helped get my new car set up so that we were ready to go when we left the lot! Our salesman Cole was phenomenal when helping us with the purchase of our GV70. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Even after we brought the car home we texted him with a question that he wasn t sure about, researched it and got back to us right away. He also came into work for us on his day off! Financing was quick and thorough. Cole continues to help us regarding questions we have about scheduled maintenance. Can t say enough good things about our experience in buying our new car

My experience with Genesis of Columbus was wonderful. I went in with the general anxiousness that accompanies going through car buying. I was greeted by Cliff Curtis, and all of that went away. Mr. Curtis was the definition of a Gentleman throughout the process and was completely accommodating to my Wife and newborn child during the process. From start to finish Mr. Curtis answered any and all questions I had and made me feel like a priority, respected, and like I was being navigated by a friend. I highly recommend this dealership, and I hope you are lucky enough to have Mr. Curtis as your salesman!

We had an excellent experience with Genesis of Columbus. They gave us a competitive trade-in price on our old vehicle and a very reasonable price on our new purchase. I cannot say it enough. The genesis vehicle/brand provides such a great bang for the buck. Name aside the features you get in this vehicle for the price are bar none!

Always comes down to service. Bought a vehicle here, and the process was painless enough as to not warrant a negative review. However, one has to be careful who they deal with.Brandon the sales manager, is the sharpest tool in this shed . Deal with him.

I went there just to test drive a car I m still car shopping the sales men Brent was very knowledgeable and nice was not sure if I wanted to lease or buy yet I drove car and then came back the dealer was just going to get some numbers for leasing before I left! Be aware cars are over priced the sales manager is very very disrespectful i have never felt so disrespected in my life from a company he came back with over a 1,000 dollar car payment for a 36 month lease ! The sales manager came out and said he likes Audi and the one he likes cost 180,000 dollars but he cant afford it the manager basically told me I couldn t afford a gv70 truck and knows nothing about me I did not come there to buy just to test drive ! And the one I test drove was used dirty with over 20,000 miles on it . I highly recommend not to shop here and if u do be very knowledgeable and don t let them know your next move and make sure your car is not overpriced ! I have never been so discriminated against in my life . Little do they know I could have bought my car in CASH!

Don t waste your time with this dealership!!!I called the dealership and spoke with a salesperson. The salesperson called me back three times asking for information I had already given him. Each time he said that he had a lot going on, and this is why he couldn t remember the information I had previously given. He seemed clueless about everything.It s been 3 weeks and still haven t heard back from him after he told me he would connect with me later that day. After reading all the negative reviews on this place, you should see a trend.Even worse is the standard template response given to these reviews from dealership management stating they do value customer experience. From the amount of negative reviews and lackluster responses to them, it s clear you don t. Might want to consider attending some basic customer experience classes.To Genesis management, I bought another vehicle from another dealer and it was not a Genesis product. I had a G70 before, but this dealership helped me decide against another Genesis vehicle.

I traveled from Indianapolis and Wendi was amazing and very professional, she helped me greatly through the process of picking my perfect car. A 2024 GV70 white with red interior. Awesome and smooth process. I would highly recommend!!

I highly recommend working with Sales Concierge Brent Johnson and Sales Manager Gene Hilston. They were so great to deal with, and I will definitely want to work with them again when we buy another vehicle. I bought a 2024 GV70 and am very happy with it. Again, Brent and Gene were the best !!

Cole was very helpful and professional, after spending a few weeks messaging back and forth about a particular vehicle, my wife and i ended up driving 3 and a half hours to look at the car. even though it was a used car that was selling for a fraction of what some of the new cars on their lot sale for. Cole treated us like we were buying a brand new top trim Genesis. he even allowed us to have the car looked over by one of our mechanics in one of their garages. cant speak for anyone else there but if you want a good experience ask for Cole. now im only giving 3 stars because sadly there were some other employees there who treated us pretty bad and acted unprofessional. i wont go into it but their actions alone almost made me leave without buying the car. however our overall experience was fairly good. Now if i were writing this review on the salesperson alone and their service then its 5 stars. Cole treated us good. ask for him.

*Update 1.22.24 - the Co-Owner reached out, leaving a message to call him. I did, left two messages since, no more follow-up on their end.I happened to look on their website to see if they'd put our trade-in, in their inventory. Sure enough it's there ... asking nearly 3 times more than was offered to us originally and with my plates still on it. (Meaning the pictures used were taken before we even left the lot)I also received an email from their finance department asking me if I was still interested in a car. It's painfully obvious no one knows what is going on.*1.14.24We setup an appt. to test drive a vehicle about a week in advance - literally the 1st day my wife and I could both drive the 3 hr round trip. I was called, texted or emailed multiple times a day asking when I was coming in and when I mentioned I had an appt. the multiple people I spoke with seemed put off I couldn't come in "yet today."I understand they're building a new facility, but this lot was bad - at least sweep the floor. Side doors kept blowing open with the wind and the thermostat never got above 59 degrees.During the negotiation process I was very clear on what I'd take on trade in and pay for the vehicle. Not sure because I said I farmed they thought I was simple but I was told they were "shocked my credit score was as high as it was", told I couldn't figure simple math (seeing they were trying to change the purchase price after initial documents were being signed) and even asked if I needed help spelling and writing my check.Likewise the process was incredibly slow. We were there for a total of 5 hrs. While waiting we were told they were detailing and serving the vehicle. It was not serviced and simply run through an auto-car wash.Do better!

I totaled my Ford Edge SEL and was positive I was going to get another Edge.Out of curiousity, I looked at other manufacturers. The Genesis GV70 caught my eye. It's alluring. Luxurious, yet sporty. Fell in love with it during my test drive. The salesman, Tony Lewis, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles features and, trust me, there's many! You can't go wrong with the 10 year/100K power train warranty and the numerous complimentary services for 3 years. Highly recommend!

Braedon and Cole are the best! Not only did they help coordinate a repair for my vehicle they kept checking in until the service was complete! I highly recommend them when looking to purchase a Genesis!

What a joke. Scheduling is a nightmare for a New genesis. And after a month they still haven't fixed my car. And the concierge service personnel were extremely rude. And the place is a dump. Wear your kevlar if you're gonna visit this place. Possibly the worst dealership I have ever seen. Makes me really appreciate Germain Lexus.

Have been generally satisfied with customer service at this location. I did however just find out that the title work from my purchase in March '23 was never taken care of by the dealership and one of the sales guys said "Oh, I didn't we tell you that you have to go the BMV to take care of that issue?" Why, no they didn't, so now I go to the BMV for hours of fun.

SCRATCHED MY CAR DOOR - mechanic must've had something metal or sharp on his pants. This alone is ridiculous.AWFUL customer service, very unprofessional, they don't fulfill their promises on concierge, will tell you they have no loaner cars despite having a lot full of them, will reschedule you, take longer than estimated on repairs and leave absurd/unsafe amounts of GREASE on your steering wheel and leather interior.Go to ANY OTHER dealership!Edit: added more photos, not interested in calling you guys, I called Genesis customer service instead and reported your nonsense in hopes they close this place down for failure to comply with the brand standards.The pothole in the Genesis designated spot is ridiculous too. And you're not supposed to share lots with other car brands, they shut down an AWESOME dealership in Vandalia for this. Stick with used Hyundais, that's more the level of your service.
