Those guys they Very provisionally I bring my truck couple months ago they check alignment it was very bad my spring pushingThey told me to change spring pushing and they did with alignmentFrom that date up-to now my truck it s straight my truck wheels also they did straight my steering no one fixed before I visit deferents location for alignmentsRemember please don t look labor money look for the qualityThank you guys

Great experience here!!! Me and Roger the parts manager set and figured a solution to my issue iv been having for a long time with a kw t660 I purchased last August. 50k miles later I found a great place to get my suspension corrected. Couldn't be pleased more to come do business with them way from Oklahoma. Keep up the great work !

Had a vibration in my truck called talk to Roger he said bring it by he'd take a look at it find my bushings were wore out in my springs he recommend I recommended replacing both springs they got me in and out in 3 hours time five star service very polite. Quality service excellent work. I would recommend this business to anyone Superior job thanks Roger

The dealer had taken my truck here for an alignment. They told me alignment was good. My issue was front and rear bushings (truck had 750k miles). They gave me an estimate and recommendations, and told me up front what possible additional items they could find and estimated additional cost. When I brought truck in for repairs, they were very helpful and honest. During repairs they found the additional items were not needed to be repaired. Their final cost was a few thousand dollars less than an estimate at a dealer, and had it done a day earlier than expected. Roger in the shop and Valerie in the office were great to work with. Best service I ve ever gotten servicing my truck. The difference is clear when you call. These guy take a different level of pride in their work. Well worth the price. Would give 6 stars if I could. 5 stars, aligned my Kenworth perfectly after 7 months of it pulling on me. Very fast, only took a little over an hour, pulled it in the shop right away and got to work on it immediately, very kind staff and gave my dog water while we waited. Highly recommend if you need a big rig alignment.

I brought my truck for alignment and still pulling to the right side,I don't recommend to come here When I see still pulling my truck I called to them, they said t me we can t help you go to shop if you call back we don t care your call then very ver bad Machenic noDon't waste ur money & time here plus they will do some works on your truck without permission and charge u later-it was my first time and it will be my last timeThanks your reading & taking decision

South Pointe Logistics is grateful for Frame & Spring's trustworthy and professional service! We recently took one of our straight trucks to a large, well-known commercial truck dealer in Tennessee for a DOT inspection. The vendor failed the truck and informed us that over $3,000 in repairs were needed before they would pass it. We were suspicious of this estimate and declined to have the work done. Since we have always had excellent service at Frame & Spring, we took the truck to them in Ohio to have them look at it. The mechanics determined that the only service we needed was an alignment. Thanks to Frame & Spring's honesty and expertise, they saved us several thousand dollars! Thank you!

I brought my truck for alignment and still pulling to the right side,I don't recommend hereDon't waste ur money here plus they will do some works on ur truck without permission and charge u later-it was my first time and it will be my last time

if there was a option for a 6th star i bet I wouldn't be the only one to click on it. Very Very Very helpful staff and very very good on your wallet. Had me in and out in no time and couldn't ask for nicer people to deal with. this place is top notch.

They got me in when said did two front springs on my freightliner columbia go straight down road feels ride smoother with the double spring Vera's the factory springs thanks .
