I was recently involved in an accident. Someone turned in front of me. I've never been in an accident so this was all new to me. I'm beyond happy with the service I received. I got updates the whole time about my car. When I picked it up I was extremely pleased with how my car looked. It was fixed like it was brand new I couldn't even tell where it happened at. My car was all shiny and cleaned. I got in my car and it was cleaned and smelled brand new!! Many thanks for the AWESOME JOB!!! Amazing service

Rear hatchback on 2020 Honda CRV damage was extreme. Original estimate for time frame was 2 1/2 months for repair. Repair was completed in 14days. Work was outstanding and beyond expectation. Highly recommend Fix Auto.

Friendly, helpful, timely, and did a great job. Very pleased with our experience work was completed ahead of schedule took care of dealing with the insurance company when they were hesitant to pay the full amount and I would definitely come again. And would recommend you. No, I'm not going to add any pictures.

Was recommended this shop for repairs after getting hit, initial estimate was 6 weeks......the repairs took 3 months. They only get quarter panels from one location hence the extended wait time, the time of repairs isn't why my rating is so low - it's becuase of the service and attitudes of the shop employees I interacted with for 3 months. You can do your job without being dismissive and combative, hope they figure out how to do so.

They had my car for nine days which I thought was really reasonable for the damaged that was doneLet me know almost every day how they were doing. Very polite and very helpful. Life time guarantee on the work that was done. Very Very happy with the results. I eould recommend them to anyone.Service: Painting

Overall, I had a good experience. I had one problem with my vehicle at pickup, but the issue was resolved after pointing out the problem. Took an extra day, but the staff was very polite and got the problem resolved.

They did an excellent job on the body repair, but I do have an issue with the fact that the interior lights aren't working properly. It isn't a fuse (checked that). Has something to do with the wiring. In the picture, you can see that my door is open, and my lights aren't on. So, thanks.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Easy to work with, friendly staff, and seamless drop off and pick up. They even detailed my car! When I went to pick it up it looked brand new. I couldn't even tell it was damaged in the first place.

My car was towed here thru AllState for repairs after it was stolen. I believe it was Lisa who called me. Very rude & unprofessional. Talked over me the whole time. Unbelievable how they treat their customers!

From the estimate appointment to the return of my vehicle, Fix kept me in the loop all the way. My repair was drama. They had to contend with precisely matching a tinted rim to the other 3... they were tireless in ensuring it was perfect. It took longer than originally anticipated, but NINE wrong rims showed up before it was right. They made sure. Not only that, Brandon went out of his way to return my car to me at my home and took my rental back to the garage where Enterprise picked it up. (This was offered when I had taken off work initially to pick it up and was unable due to the original issue with the rim color). I am BEYOND satisfied with my experience. Lisa is awesome too. Get your car fixed here. You won't be sorry. Thanks everybody!

I was directed to Fix Auto by my insurance company for a claim repair. They were great and have an awesome system for communicating, texting with updates and a chart that shows the progress through completion ! My vehicle had paint splatter (white on dark grey) and they took their time to work on it properly and even underneath. I would refer them if I know of anyone in need of service!

Best place in town hands down. They took care of me and my baby with great pride. They staff is amazing and super friendly. The work they do is phenomenal. Lisa, Jamie and the whole crew did an amazing job. If 11 out of 10 was possible that s the score I would have given. They got me in quick, they had an estimate done in no time and had the car back to me within a week and a half. They kept me up to date, and verified the work met my standards.
