Exceptional experience. My car battery died today, and Firestone made this crisis so easy. I called 3-4x to confirm availability/logistics for my warranty replacement and every single time someone answered to assist and help me. That alone was so helpful and easy. When arriving, Justin was kind enough to call the warranty company on my behalf and provide them all the information for replacement. Albeit my warranty actually didn t cover a battery, he still went above and beyond to help. I was in and out in less than an hour. Could not ask for better customer service and execution. Thank you Justin. My only feedback would be to advise customers ahead to verify what warranty covers and realistic steps/timeline for processing, so customers can plan accordingly for transportation in crisis situations. Had this been a bigger issue, or needed towed there, would have been very disheartening to know that warranty only operates during certain hours and potentially not cover certain work. That can be interpreted as misleading and lead to a very negative experience when customers are already stressed. Grateful that was not my case.

This is famous chain of auto care store for all the auto needs. They have amazing staff to take care of your all the auto related issues or concerns. They do oil change to all weather checks. They have good packages on the tires, repairs and maintenance. They will make sure car is running without any issues. This store is on Orion place next to round about. The staff are very friendly and explain you all the issues with car if any.

I asked for them to check my fluids in my vehicle to make sure everything was okay while they were doing my oil change. They told me no that they were too busy. They only had 4 cars in the building. And no one was waiting outside. They told me to come back another day. I ve only come to Firestone for my car. Won t be coming back again.UPDATE: I just had to go to another Firestone in a different state because my car broke down. I call the Firestone and asked to speak to a manager and all they could tell me after not checking my car was their sorry. These people do not care about your safety. Go someone else

I ve been going to this Firestone for years. But the last two time they have tried to take advantage of me appearing as a female with no knowledge on cars. Do not go here. They will try to run you for your money. I only came for an oil change, strictly only. Watched them pull on the under body of my car, no where near the oil pan. Then front desk guy was talking to me like I was a kid with the differences between oils. Took 50 min for a SCHEDULED oil change with my car visibly in the shop with someone working on it . Never again.

Firestone is a great place for quality tires, alignments and honest inspections. The man who helped me at this location, Miguel was super helpful. All of this being said don t go to firestone for anything else other than what was listed previously because the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Also don t go here if you re on a time crunch, no firestone I have ever been to has gotten my car done by the time they said they would.

I was recently traveling and had a bad tire sensor/tire and stopped by this Firestone location hoping for some help. Miguel was at the front desk and was very helpful and attentive and helped to get us fixed asap. Theo was the technician and immediately got us in the bay and fixed within 30 mins and was extremely professional. I ve never been to a better tire place in my life and cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you both !

I am new to the area and I am apprehensive as to where I take my car to get repaired because I am afraid of being ripped off. This was not the case at this place! Miguel was awesome and he was able to get my car in right away and take a look at my tire that I needed patched. He was able to patch it that day which I was very thankful for. Highly recommended, this will be my go-to place from now on!

This was my first visit to Firestone for any services,I had the pleasure of working with Miguel & he exceeded any expectations I had. He was very confident & provided exceptional service! The price was affordable & the service was fast. I needed to get a new wheel hub & after speaking with him for awhile I truly felt that my car was in good hands. He kept me informed & made sure to answer all of my questions. Overall, I was very impressed with Firestone! Miguel is very professional & seems very dedicated to his job & his customers & provides great customer service! If anyone is thinking about trying out Firestone, I highly recommend stopping in & asking for Miguel!

Miguel was amazing. We pulled in with a flat tire on our BMW X7 rental. Tire couldnt be repaired and a new one was really difficult to locate. Miguel kept at it and located the tire and went to pick it up for us. They mounted the new tire and we were on our way. Cant say enough about his professionalism and ki dness. Thank you Miguel and Firestone.

Long story.. I will make it brief... On 5/20/23 my 2006 Accord's right back window got stuck half way, Germain Honda of Dublin Service Dept did a diagnostic (paid $118) and was quoted $1500 for fix. Decided that's too expensive and not an emergency, so took car back... but now they messed window completely and it was falling to bottom...so they taped it to door have it up. I called and asked, could they kindly just have it up without the tape (safety issue) or if they can't, just have it back in same condition they took it. After some argument, they took back car, next day called and said its back in same condition, stuck at half way.. but when I got it, basically they just did nothing except make it not fall all they way down.. not same condition before diagnostic. At this point I could not deal with the the lack of INTEGRITY. So decided to take it elsewhere.Took the car to Firestone Complete Auto Care at Polaris (Orion pl), they did their diagnostic and had the window repaired for $400, now that's INTEGRITY.You always do a great job with INTEGRITY, I have never had issues taking my car here.Thank you for your great customer service.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Management never got back to me when i had an issueThey dont know how to lift cars on frames so they just lifted on the rocker panel instead where it was not stable, called twice to the customer service line and both times they said the area manager would get back with me NEVER DID*UPDATE*Store manager called me back 2 days after posting this, i let him know i wasn't looking to get anything out of it just that I wanted his techs to take the time and care in lifting peoples cars. he agreed and was glad that he had a teaching moment for his techs.Thank you for the call back BarrAnother update,They took care of my other car and gave me some tires at a hearty discount, upping my score now

Took my car here for a tire that needed plugged due to a nail in it. Asked if I could drop it off for a bit and they could get it done? Guy says no problem, and they were going to do the full vehicle inspection as well.I said I d be back by 5 and he said it would be done. I made a point of telling them I had to have it by 5, so I could get back to pick up my wife and the kids from daycare at 5:30.5:10 a guy is finally starting to out a plug in the tire. 3 plugs and an hour later, and the tire is finally mounted and balanced.3.5 hours after dropping it off, I finally got my car back at 6:30pm .The kid doing the plug, mounting, and balancing seemed like he didn t know what he was doing at all. Which is okay, but somebody should have helped him.There was no sense of urgency, no updates were given to me. Nothing.Very unprofessional and slow. Would not recommend, and will not go back.

These guys are literally saving lives! Made an emergency pull off after hearing strange wheel noise and Sid and Miguel dropped what they were doing and check the lug nuts on my vehicle and found several loose! They are hero s and open on Sunday. I am so grateful they were there!

Absolutely VILE, PREDATORY business. After your "Estimate" of $2800 was taken to an independent inspector, it was concluded that ABSOLUTELY ALL of your so called requirements and "system failures" were COMPLETELY FALSE. You. Are. Despicable. You will be turned into the BBB for this. I can only guess that you saw what you thought was a single, ignorant female in an affluent neighborhood and thought you'd try and make some stupid, easy money.

Took my car in Sunday morning @ 8am after being told on Saturday they could get me in Sunday and be done with it Sunday knowing it would be a 7 hour job. I received a call Sunday @ 2:15 saying they wouldn't be able to finish it but would get on it first thing Monday. I had to miss work due to this and still had to call them @ 2pm Monday to be told that no one had done anything to it but they would get on it next. I then received a call saying that in fact it had been ready for an hour but they hadn't had time to call. They definitely need more help there just like everywhere right now but they need to be more realistic with their time.

Where to Begin, lets start with the Sales and Service Specialist. He over charged my invoice, and tried to double charge me for sparke pluges, tried to charge me for services i didn't request. They did not have my car done on the agreed time in which i was promised it would only take 2 to 3 hours. didnt' even give me a courtsey call on progress of my SUV after i called them 4 hours later. then was promised repeatedly that it would be done before they closed. arrived and my SUV was still not done. they were going to charge me 1000 dollars for labor, outragouse. and when I wanted my SUV back, he refused and they didn't even do any work on it. Now for the Service Manager, didn't even want to pick up his phone, and tried to avoid me. told him the issues and he said that he would give 10% off on my next visit and left. what I have been with them for 5 + years and this is how they treat me. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT go to store #315843 there is another one around the corner with a more respectful staff. BBB will hear from me.

Left car there almost a week while waiting on parts - that they neglected to even order, and of course, didn t tell me the times I called for an update. And then they left my trunk open and killed my battery so it wouldn t start when I came to pick it up to take it somewhere else. Oh and they still charged me a diagnostic fee when I m pretty sure they didn t take my door apart to see why the window won t go up.Had to tape my window closed while I start the waiting process for the parts all over again. I was sent here by another Firestone location that wasn't appropriately staffed to handle my flat repair. They were reluctant to do it because they too were short-staffed, even though it was about 6:15pm and they closed at 7pm. I told them exactly where the screw was in the tire and waited. During my wait time, I overheard them trying to sell a customer a full set of tires because of a rim leak. The rims were alloy wheels, which will develop a bead leak over time if not maintained when changing tires. But it's very repairable, by a tire shop, and not expensive. It actually should be included in a flat repair.Anyway, once I was all finished up about 45 minutes later, the tire tech showed me a small piece of metal and told me I 'got lucky'. It didn't look like the screw I had marked before, but I assumed the head had broken off. I left since they were closing, thinking it was done. Two days later, the tire was flat again. I checked to see if maybe the repair area was leaking, but no - it was the same screw in the same place I had marked previously. It became clear that either there was another screw in the tire, and the tech COMPLETELY MISSED the very large screw that was leaking air, or the repair simply wasn't done and he showed me a piece of metal from a jar they keep showing why you should purchase road hazard insurance. Either way, this place is incompetent and/or shady. I'd avoid it if possible, as I will be from this point forward.

I've visited this location multiple times and am usually pleased with the service. However, my past two visits were less than stellar. On one visit (2022), I scheduled service online, and had an email confirmation, but when I arrived the attendant indicated there was no record of my appointment. Fortunately they were able to slide me in and perform the work. On my next visit (2023), the rep indicated his "expert" wouldn't be available for 2 days, but since I didn't need my vehicle and was concerned about driving it was ok. They called me the next day with a diagnosis and other recommendations. They proceeded with the work, but never called me to let me know everything was complete...I called them. When I went to pick up my vehicle they couldn't find the paperwork, took several minutes to find my key, and haggled me about signing up for their credit card (the way they actually make their money); I had to tell the young man, "No" 3 times before he gave up the sales pitch. This may be the last time I visit this location.

I cannot say enough about this location. Without question or protest, my vehicle was serviced.....as a walk in.....30 minutes before closing. Assuring me that I wasnt a total jerk for coming in so late, the manager and tech were very accommodating. Not only were Will and James professional (taking the time to explain what they were doing and why, along with things I can do to maintain my vehicle's performance), but they were super personable! These guys are GEMS! Seriously, the absolute best experience!

I was at this location for an oil change. They showed me something else that needed fixed. It made sense because of the creaking noise my car made occasionally. They took much longer than they said they would. Kept telling me another 30 minutes... another 45 minutes... I was there for 5.5 hours before they told me they didn't know how long it would take to get done. I usually don't go to these types of places (usually go to a dealer), but now I will definitely never go to a Firestone ever again.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I brought my car in because of some squeaking noises. They recommended that I change my brakes, my tires, and my battery. I had them change the brakes but questioned the rest so I brought my car to a second shop. The second shop disagreed and let me know that firestone was just trying to sell me products and services I don't need. I did have firestone change my brakes and my car still squeals loudly. I'm not sure if the $$thousands I had to pay them was even needed.

Highly recommend this place. The manager, Barry, is a great guy and is very honest and easy to work with. He has always done right by my husband and I and tried to help find coupons and money savings for us whenever he can. I just did quite a bit of routine work to keep my car running well now that it has passed the 100K mile mark and my engine is purring like the day I bought it. I drive a Mazda, and I prefer to use this Firestone because they take care to follow all Mazda guidelines without the price tag of the dealership. If you are looking to find a place that can get you in and out quickly and will not try to scam you, Barry and his Polaris Firestone shop are the place to go.

We had trouble with our Honda Odyssey on Sunday traveling through Polaris and this great shop was able to provide us a same day resolution to get back on the road in time for work and school the next day on Monday!

Absolutely grateful for their service. We got inspection to prepare for a road trip and they said everything looks perfect! Did not charge any extra except for $10 inspection fee and answered all of our questions with great care. Just the best customer service, great inspection with very detailed report. 100% recommend and would 100% come back. They are so honest and don t try to scam you. And they are happy to share some insights. Felt very welcomed and valuable. Thank you so much!

Steve & the tech Chase truly went above and beyond with their service today! Incredibly impressed by their customer service and for their ability to quickly diagnose and repair my vehicle so that I could get back on the road ASAP! If you re in the Polaris area, don t look anywhere else but here for a great auto care experience!
