I called the day before to make an appointment. They told me on the phone it was for 4:00. I went at 4:00 and they told me it was actually for 3:00. I had to wait until the next day.Expect long wait times, there was rarely someone willing to come out to the registers from their garage. They told me my water outlet was bad and quoted me about $650 after the inspection and taxes to fix it. I had a second shop quote me $200 to fix it. When the second shop fixed the issue, they noted that the dust/dirt on the part was completely undisturbed. The car was towed to the second shop, so there was no opportunity for their work to be recovered by dust/dirt. They seemingly never even touched my car before asking me to give up over $400 more than another shop in the area.

They had the battery for my car in stock and were able to replace my battery quickly. I was able to make a same day appointment and they were still able to work on my car when I showed up to my appt. late. I was happy with this firestone location

I felt listened to from the moment I called to when I dropped my Jeep off. Craig communicated every step of the way so I had no surprises, except for one! When I went in to pay, I was informed they already uploaded coupons to my bill so I didn t have to bring my phone out to show them. It was easy, and I felt like they knew what they were doing.

This location does good work and car is always ready in a timely manner. Prices are comparable to other shops but always have coupons on the Firestone app.

I went with Firestone because of the tire alignment program I have with them. They are definitely not the cheapest when compared to other shops. Three stars for the cost and the fact I had to escalate my concern and return a second time to get the issue resolved. For the record, I had to orginally rate 1 star to get any attention and moved it up 3 stars after getting resolution on my issue.

I watched a woman be treated like trash at this location by a person who was working at the front desk at 5pm on dec 11th. She had her care towed in with a flat tire. There was no attempt to plug or repair the tire. They simply put a tire on and charged her for it. Then they charged her for a disposal fee and handed her back the tire. I was waiting in line for to get new tires for my truck. After listening to this grown man talk to this woman like he did and make her feel even worse claiming she was attacking him for just asking questions I wouldn t buy anything from this place. There is no excuse for what I witnessed. Craig Abbruzzese should get a better handle on the employees representing his store. Having people like this interacting with customers is not the way to run a business. I will be making calls to Nashville very soon

TLDR: hole in tire, suspension issue that I didn't know about and rotation. Only the tire was fixed and charged for all of it.I had a hole in my tire and that was the main reason why I went as well as a tire rotation. They were able to plug the hole which was nice but they charged and said my tires were rotated and for a courtesy check. When I got to my vehicle, I didn t think too much of it until I got home and noticed my dirty front tires were still on the front. They did not rotate my tires and if they had done the courtesy check, they would have noticed my very noticeable suspension problem. Charged for all of it and passed it off like they did it.

I am part of the Avis rental car program for rideshare. I pay a lot of money per week to be able to keep this car for this program. I haven't even had the car just I just had it a little over 2 months The expectation that I would have 6 hours to be without the vehicle so that you can figure out what's going on with a tire is a bit of it's. It's something that my schedule and my necessities cannot handle. Furthermore, it should have been done right the first time that I came in there also didn't get any proof that the repair had been done. No receipt . because every Uber driver is spending money gas every time It's not a trip that's gas. On top of that we need our vehicles to make the payments to keep the program running. So I brought my tire in there with a valve stem cap covering it. I'm not sure where it got left or if it just came off, but there's not one on there now and maybe the issue would have been less impactful if the valve stem cap have been properly replaced. As I said, I'm not sure that it happened here but there is the factor that I have to return when I had already taken time out of my schedule today and I would have appreciated some courtesy. As a person who's disabled who is trying to work, I would have appreciated some courtesy towards it being properly fixed and properly inspected before I was sent on my way because a disabled person who is a woman who is 50 years old stopping every 4 hours to fill up a tire and changing tires is the second most ridiculous thing that's occurring, regarding this issue and not to mention that everywhere in the city is charging for air. You get 4 minutes for air. You're paying $1.50 up to $2 and a disabled person can't get around to all their necessary tires to get the air filled up. The pump various pumps throughout the city are uncalibrated which causes over feeling of PSI apparently This is is showing me how unaccommodatable things are in Columbus, Ohio for people who have disabilities, I guess our tires aren't supposed to get flat, or we're expected to stop driving because we have a disability well. The system doesn't recognize everyone's disability the same and makes it way harder for some of us than others. Therefore, since things aren't working, I will be reviewing everything as a person with a disability who is being forced to have to deal with these situations.

Omg this place needs to be shut down. My husband just got a new set of tires, was driving home, stopped thinking he had a flat and all the nuts were loose on both back tires. I had forgotten how awful this place was, this was my review from last year:"Don't bother getting warranted tires from these guys. If they don't lose your warranty they will take hours to fix a tire and definitely won't bother putting it on themselves unless you want to wait several more hours. 2 hours to plug a tire and then said it would be 2 more hours to put it on, so we did it ourselves manually in 15 minutes. Any other place would have had this done within an hour plus filled my tires with air. Save your time and money for a more friendly business."

Unfortunately, Firestone quotes me more repair work than other service centers. (This time around, they said I needed all 4 brake rotors/pads replaced, while my second opinion location only quoted to replace the rear set.) While they do good work, I will not be returning.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Came to do diagnostics on ABS and brake light, as well as TPMS light. Later they called and offered to replace the TPMS sensor and said they would price match another company. When the bill was received, they did not price match the part and charged us for 3 hours of labor when the car was only worked on for 2 hours. Very disappointed in this criminal behavior, will never give a single penny to this scam company ever again.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Was very disappointed with the service. I received an oil change, alignment and a vehicle inspection. I am not certain if checking the fluids on my car falls under a vehicle inspection but they did not look at my wiper fluid because it was still low, as well as my radiator fluid.Perhaps this was a miscommunication on my end? Every other place I got my oil changed they looked at my fluids and took care of any issue.Granted, I realize I could easily take care of the wiper fluid myself. However, I believe a complete vehicle inspection should reflect that. It was not completed, and I was walked out very disappointed with the results.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Amazing customer service and work. I've taken my vehicle to Firestone for preventative maintenance a couple times and each time, they do a great job while charging a reasonable price. Recently, I had a brake issue that another mechanic diagnosed and tried to fix unsuccessfully. However, when I brought my car to Firestone for spark plug replacement, they called me to notify me of my engine shaking badly and offered to diagnose it for a great price so I agreed. They told me I needed to get the VVT valve replaced and I did which fixed my brake issue as well as some other issues. I'm very happy with the service and professionalism of the store, will definitely be coming back.

This had been my go-to place for general auto repairs; however, the last two times I went here they kind of burned me.I recently had to have my car (2003 Cavalier) towed here due to a bunch of electrical systems failing/car not starting after shutting down. A complete vehicle inspection and battery and electrical system test later, they told me my car had zero issues/they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it.I was already planning to bring it in for issues unrelated to what caused me having to get it towed there, and the fact that I had to get it towed there kind of indicates there's an issue. So, it was surprising they came back with "We have zero feedback as to what might be wrong with your car and zero suggestions for proceeding."When talking to the mechanic over the phone, he seemed extremely reluctant to test drive it and I'm not very convinced they actually did a "complete" inspection until I kept pushing for info on specific things. When checking out, they even didn't communicate to me that my tires were bad (though I did eventually see it written on the paper they gave me).I ended up having to get my car towed a second time after it died again while I was driving it. Took it to a different mechanic and they immediately recognized my alternator was bad, which they replaced. They also soldered a new headlight wire for me (as a headlight was out and replacing the bulb didn't fix it) and actually let me know that some alignment issues I was having were probably because my tires were down to 2 and 3 mm, super dry, and are starting to crack. They also identified that my brakes were 80% good and are likely squealing when driving slow + braking due to some rust that was on them. Overall, this other mechanic was far more informative and completely fixed the major issue the car was having. She's been driving fine since.Prior to this situation, I took my partner's Subaru in for a brake check because they were starting to squeal. They told me I needed all new brake pads and rotors. The price seemed high to me, and I've changed brake pads before, so I hit up a friend of mine and we determined I could just buy the parts and he'd walk me through replacing my stuff myself. The brake pads did indeed need replacing, but the rotors were absolutely fine with zero issues (smooth, no rusting, etc). Had I gone with this Firestone, they would have charged me for labor and parts that I didn't even need.Essentially, I've historically had good service through them, but mostly for things like oil changes or simple tire fixes. The communication from them was pretty poor the last two times I've interacted with them, though I'll note it had been better in the past.

Took my car in for a TPS sensor which they fixed. I also had the ABS light on with a code of C1155 - Left Front wheel speed sensor. They replaced the rear sensor. When questioned about their mistake they said they did the best they could. If I wanted the Left front wheel speed sensor replaced it would be additional $240. My ABS light is still on. Will not spend anymore money with them.

The Firestone on S. Sunbury Rd. next to Harry Buffalo has reputable mechanics and employees who demonstrate integrity and care when working with customers. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this Firestone location if you want an honest diagnosis. They showed me empathy when realizing I'd been sold a lemon for my teen son's first car and gave me advice on what to do. They also waived the diagnostic charge of $100! I was super grateful and surprised because I never expected this kind of treatment. I had been carrying around so much stress for the past 3 weeks trying to discover the cause behind my son's vehicle breaking down when we'd had it for less than a month, and Firestone's response helped to alleviate some of that stress in the moment. THANK YOU FIRESTONE! I wish I remembered the names of both the mechanic and front desk person who helped me. I believe the mechanic named on my paperwork was Billy.

on 7/13/2022 I received a "4 wheel alignment" on my 1989 Buick Reatta, which had just had the suspension, brakes, and steering restored. (all new parts). I received the vehicle back and the only thing that was adjusted was the Front Toe. I raised issue with this, and was told that all they adjust on the Four wheel alignments is 'toe' and not camber nor castor, and typically not the rear. The rear was not adjusted at all, with a hand written note stating "will not move".I spoke to the gentleman, and he listened to my issues, took my FULL payment, and left a note for the General Manager to call me back on Friday morning. Now, 5 days later, I have had no call. I have had repeated issues with this store skipping steps on alignments, and discussed this with the service writer prior to dropping off the car. I paid full price, but I only received a fraction of the service.Right now, per the report provided to me by Firestone. My front Caster is .4 degrees out of specs on both sides, my camber is up to .5 degrees out of specs on the front. My Rear right Camber is 1.5 degrees negative out of spec, and the toe is .5 degrees out of spec. Looking under the rear, i can not see any witness marks indicating that there was an attempt to adjust.I am completely dissatisfied with this service, and it has been a reoccurring issue. I was told the Manager would call to review, nothing. Please explain to me why I am paying full price for this service if I am only going to receive a portion of the service which I paid for.Service: Wheel alignment

Superb! They were BUSY busy. Geese. But they got my alignment on my 17' Toyota Tacoma quicker than what I thought it would be. My Toe was the only thing really out of alignment. Awesome experience. Just make sure you schedule your appointment.

Took my car in for an alternator replacement first thing when they opened. I was out the door in less than 2 hours.Their service was faster than expected, and was affordable too. The person I was working with was kind, and professional. Firestone wasn't able to install custom headlight bulbs, but that wasn't the reason I was there. The folks at this Firestone will be the first I call if I have any automotive issues.

The service attendant working the front desk was very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. However, I do not recommend going here for tire installation. I set an appointment for 5 pm and was not told about the status of my car until I approached the front desk after waiting an hour and a half. I was told it would be another half hour. Then 10 minutes later, I was told that my car would need an alignment. This implies that my car was not even being serviced until the last 30 minutes. I do not understand the point of making an appointment at 5 pm if my car won t be serviced until 6 pm. A tire installation that should not take longer than an hour took 2 hours to complete. Since I value my time, I will not be back to this location.
