Needed 4 new tires on my Honda Odyssey due to a full blow out (meaning the tire could not be patched, this I unable to drove my car). Called ahead to make sure the two I looked online were available. Was told they were both out of stock in the entire state but they could be ordered in, should only take a few days. No problem. I leave my information. A week go by. I call back, check the status. This is when I was told they forgot to order the tires. Sigh... Accidents happen. Another week goes by and I call again. They still don't have the tires but now have different tires at a comparable price.I arrange a time to drop the van off and explained I needed the van back by no later the following Wednesday (5 days) to travel out of state on the following Thursday. They assured me this would not be an issue. End of the day Tuesday I get a call the Tie Rod is badly bent/broken and needs to be repaired for safety reasons. I give the go ahead to fix but right now my only concern is getting my vehicle back on time.Wednesday afternoon I called to check the status. Car is ready with all repairs and brand new tires. And for all my trouble they included a free oil change and knocked 5% off. There may have been lots of speed bumps along the way but every single person I worked with and spoke to was very kind, helpful and took accountability if a mistake was made. Overall I am happy with the work and would use them again. Happy to support a Northland business.

Cassandra was so helpful when I called in for service for my car. I feel she went above and beyond to assist me with my car issue. Very pleasant customer service. Also Kyle was nice letting me know what was wrong with the vehicle. Both were a blessing to me on this beautiful Sunday. 11/12/2023.

I've only taken my vehicles to Firestone since 2017. I care not to go to anyone else. They do excellent work and are always very courteous and respectful, explain things very well, and honestly the Firestone Card is really great finance option.

Needed new wiper blades that the store didn't have in stock. Cassandra was able to get them in her store by the time I arrived. Normally I install my wipers myself but these were difficult but Mike was great and helped me figure it out. Great store and great staff!

Cassandra was so kind. She squeezed me in to check a slow leak from my tire. It turned out there was a nail in the tire. The repair person made the repair and I was on my way! Thank you so much!

I went there to get my tires replaced on my 2021 Kia Forte gt,, they re fairly low profile tires at 225/40/18, after a few days my tires were a bit low so I topped them off and noticed two of my wheels have deep scoring on the lips in the same exact location, and they were definitely not there before, as I am a car guy and pride on not curbing my wheels, now I probably have to jump through Hoops to have them fix this

completely rude and ignorant not only to me but every single customer that walk in to the point where I was uncomfortable. Everyone in there was rude EXCEPT the actual mechanic doing the work. I honestly am surprised this location doesn t have 1 star. ridiculous. hours for an oil change, it doesn t make sense. I wont be back to this location again and I wouldn t recommend it to anybody

I was very thankful for these guys getting me right in 1st thing in the morning (7am). I needed 5 new tires on the van but they only had 4. They gave me a $30 discount on the lifetime alignment which was nice and I was on my way as expected by 9:30. Thanks guys for a job well done.

Purchased a battery from Firestone a year ago and it exploded. It's a battery, it happens. For some reason there was no record of my purchase or account info in their system. Shannon and Cassandra, the store managers took control and was able to make things right. She happily solved my problem and fixed the mistakes. She had a great attitude and could tell she loved her job. She has made a customer for life and restored my faith in humanity and customer service. Thanks ladies!

They seem to always find something wrong with the car that other mechanics don't. Said they did a visual inspection of the cabin air filter which is behind the glove box. All the contents of the glove box were undisturbed. Did need a cabin air filter but replaced it for about 1/4 of the cost

I pick up a nail after work going home. Went several places and was told it is close to 6 and I had to wait next day, even if my tire could no longer hold pressure. Talk to the Manager Chellie and Eric. Not just they took me after hour, but made me feel very welcome. They check my tire and did not charge anything more than $21. I was ready to pay a new tire for more than $150. This is above and beyond just serving a costumer, it' helping and caring for someone in need. I will definitely come back.Service: Tires

There was some miscommunication however Aaron expressed to me that he was going above and beyond in helping me get my car serviced. This gave me reinsurance in Firestone professionalism and care towards their customer. This place has great customer service. They performed repairs on my car and one month later the car broke down. After diagnosis, they concluded that it was a fault outside the warranty, but they went and fixed it anyway without any extra cost. They are amazing. There was some miscommunication along the way but it was resolved.
