I have been coming to this Firestone for a couple years and I love the staff at this location. They are always so friendly and personable, and I never feel like I m being taken advantage of. They will add air to my tires free of charge and actually once fixed my splash shield under my car for no charge too. My car battery died recently and they were able to squeeze me in the same day for a somewhat tricky battery change. Not to mention, they always find discounts to apply to my bill. They are a little understaffed, but that s par for the course. You just have to have patience they will treat you well.

The work done was fine. But why would you offer scheduled appointments if you are not going to staff your locations to get through oil changes in a timely manner? I shouldn t drop my vehicle off for a 10:00am appointment and have the vehicle not looked at until after 3pm and not ready until after 5:30pm. Get your locations staffed to meet your service offerings or don t offer appointments you re unable to meet. It s a waste of my time as a customer and puts your employees in a stressful and awkward place. I would rather be told it s first come first serve, then be lied to about an appointment . Treat your staff and customers better than this.

got my car service 1/27/24 oil change tire rotation. found out who ever took care of my car did not tighten my lug nuts on all 4 tires. *Going to this location i would check everything they do for you.* i have lost all trust in this location. and i will not go back there for anything. they will try and force you to get the more exspensive fix done and they will make you wait a long time due to staffing issues. this place has trouble with staffing and communication. they found a light out on my car and instead of calling me to see if i can approve on the work. they called me to pick my car up and told me i can get it fix another day. idk what is the issue at this location but i will no longer trust work here. they cant even get the BASICS done and keep the customer safe. i could of lost all four of my tires down the road

Fixed a slow leak while I waited because I needed it quickly. Showed me the rim corrosion so I understood the cause. Then fixed it. Would recommend.

I had been driving for thousands of miles with a rattling noise coming from a loose steering wheel.My car was old so I didn t want to put more money than necessary.Firestone mechanics found my steering controls were rusted out and near failure. They replaced the system, probably saving me from injury or worse.Thanks Firestone!

My experience with this Firestone was amazing! After catching a flat before 7am arrived here and Kelby the store manager was more than accommodating and helped us get back on the road to continue out trip even dealing with a staffing shortage. I had a appointment at 8:30 am on a Saturday to have 4 new tires installed on my my truck.I purchased the tires from Walmart online dropped my truck off with the tires at 8:15,they called me 4 hours later trying to sell me new lug nuts I said no just wanted my tires installed ask the gentleman if my truck was on the rack he said the have the 2 back tires on I called back at 5 asking about my truck he said he would call me back never did I had to go down there and check they finally got my truck done 5 minutes before they closed no explanation and no discount for making me wait for 8 hours to install 4 tires terrible service and slow I will never go back plus I will tell anyone I know not to go down to the South High St Location

Wouldn t recommend this Firestone went there to get new brakes and tires and was treated with rude customer service by the man at the front desk he seemed irritated and upset because I asked questions terrible customer service will not be coming back

I definitely recommend this Firestone location. Kelby, the manager, is the man! He is the best thing to have happened to this location. He makes sure his customers are well taken care of and happy. With how close and conveniently located this Firestone is, I'm glad to say I will consider services from them again in the future.

I went to the Stringtown Rd. location and they kept messing up my alignment.I took it here and the first time they did, it was spot on and perfectly aligned. Shout out to Bill for being an awesome employee for firestone!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I was here to turn around because Walnut Center is such a pain to get in and out of, and the businesses across the street only have exits to the right, unless you remember and go all the way back down to the other end to the traffic light.

Update: I received a call from the shop manager for more details and how they can earn my business back. Upping my original 2/5 star to 4/5. To take the time to call me and listen to my experience meant a lot. I hope my next visit can make this a 5 star review.Original review:Rude, poor communication, and extremely slow service for two minor tire leaks. Two stars because it is a convenient location, and they did actually fix what I needed fixed. My hood was left though when I picked it up. So now I'm worried about what else they overlooked.The other guy working the store area was knowledgeable and friendly. Wish I got to work with him. Unfortunately, the guy I worked with was so rude I wont be back.This was for a company car/fleet vehicle, They didn't seem to know how to process it correctly at first, they did finally figure it out. I'll head elsewhere next time.Service: Tires

It's conveniently located and all the company accounts are already set up for servicing my fleet vehicle here, but last time I dropped it off for a scheduled appointment it didn't get serviced and it cost me a day. The next time they wanted to schedule 2 weeks out. And this latest time I called and was given nothing but excuses about only having one lift that could handle my vehicle... I know for a fact that this isn't true. They said that they'd call back when they found an available appointment... I have yet to get a return call. Very disappointed.Update: I went to a different Firestone in Lancaster. Best experience I've had.

Wow I never thought I d write a review for an oil change but that just shows how exceptionally Kelby, the manager, is running this place. He was a pleasure to chat with on the phone while making my appointment and introduced himself when I arrived. They changed my oil and gave me a service check and I was out quickly with no issues. I will absolutely be back, big thank you Kelby and his team!

We had car trouble driving through Columbus. I am so grateful we broke down here. Everyone at this location was patient, honest, and kept us updated every step of the way on the vehicle repairs. They inspected the car and were able to fix every issue same day; there were numerous issues to address. They had us back on the road by 5pm. Would come back for every car issue if I lived in the area

I called for an appointment dropped off the vehicle on Thursday and they we done Monday morning. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly speedy service. I will use this place again. Thanks for the service on my vehicle.

I had Kelby the Manager walk me through all my options even though it was busy and even stayed open later for myself and at least 3 other customers so we could pick up our vehicles, still kept a smile and had a great attitude during about 10 interactions I saw. Had an excellent and quick experience! Alex provided amazing service and great conversation while I waited for my car. I am constantly surprised by my experience at Firestone because I assume they will try to scam and trick me but every time they are so nice, attentive and caring. I will always give my business to Firestone!
