Had a very good and easy experience with Fine Line Auto Body South. The people are fantastic and very very helpful. Rental place wouldn't bring me a car but Fine Line paid for an Uber to go get one! What great customer service! Keep up the great work you do...

Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done.Thank you guys in the back shop for all your hard work. As for the personnel in the office, you guys definitely went out of your way to get things processed and taken care of the way it should. my truck looks great! Without a doubt. Bryan and I believe is Jackie you guys really took care of me and you guys definitely took care of my deductible without a question. I have used Fine Line Auto Body several times. The have always done a great job. After the work is done, the clear up the car to look like new. The personnel is very helpful and explained the job clearly. I like the fact that they do not use after market products on my car. Very satisfied with the service I get here.

My experience at Fine Line Auto Body on South High Street was very pleasant. All the staff were very helpful and explained step by step the process of the repair/replacement on my vehicle. They finished in a timely manner and out the door l went.I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a reasonable repair job for their vehicle.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! After my car was hit I went to fine line auto body on S. High st. When it was time to drop my car off for the repairs, there was a rental, there and ready for me, they gave me some information about insurance payments, were always very informative on the process of my car and when I could expect it to be finished. Cody, Bryan and Vanessa were all so so helpful. Everyone at this shop was so kind and considerate. My car was finished before the estimated date. It looks fabulous and they even cleaned the whole car, inside and out! I highly recommend this group of people to anyone needing repairs done to their car. Thanks to all of them.

Absolutely blown away at the speed, accuracy, and professionalism as well as automotive expertise in automotive collision technology as well as the friendly customer service experience of this location. I had a very bad experience with another body shop in Columbus that I will not be mentioning but this location went above and beyond! They detailed my truck inside and out, had great communication, and just genuinely went above and beyond! I highly recommend this shop! Their office staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helpfully with every step of the process! They kept me well informed and updated me on every change that had occurred. I will be recommending this shop to anyone that has a collision need. Thank you again for everything! They even fixed my body line that was slightly off from the factory! Wow! Definitely come here for all of your collision needs. Thank you again!

Highly recommend this shop! Bryan and the team they have top customer service. Bryan is such a good guy, he always goes an extra mile. They have done the body work on my moms car, my son s cars, they fixed my Jeep when it got hit and my husbands car when it got stolen. Anytime I have a question Bryan always takes time to listen and give us the advice that we need. My family is very grateful for your customer service!

Jose and his team are SUPERB! I went in to get a quote on some scratches and smudging on my new car. Jose stopped what he was currently doing and immediately came out to inspect the damage. He quickly identified that the repair was minor and offered to do it for FREE! I was aghast. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and work ethic. Instead of just trying to make a buck, he made a valuable repeat customer. I will refer them to everyone that I know. I highly recommend Fine Line for any of your collision/detailing needs!!!

Did a good job on the fender but for the price I was expecting better workmanship. My truck was suppose to be done Saturday verified by 2 employees but I received a text the following Monday morning saying they messed up on something and the truck wasn t starting, I didn t get my truck back until Wednesday afternoon but when I got home I realized my passenger floor mat was missing so I had to go back up there. A few days later I pop my hood and see the computer just hanging there and a harness hasn t been put back correctly and a few other little tabs that wasn t put back. My air cleaner box wasn t put back right and doesn t has any screw in it. They tore up my antenna with a pair of pliers, this paper was stuffed in my glove box. Cool people ,I got to this place I was playing my music in one of the guys who work here name is bryan came out and started dancing to The remix of baby small.. And Nick is the other guy who worked here came out and did a favor for me by touching up. My car for me..good people to at Find line auto body

My car window was stuck all the way down and inoperable to get back up. We had bad storms and the interior of my vehicle got drenched. I frantically contacted Fine Line Auto Body on south high street and was assisted by "Nick". He assured me over the phone that he could get my window back up for me and told me to come on in. He got my window back up and at my request he quoted me a price on what it would take to fix it. At my convenience I plan to make a appointment for the repair but until then he relieved so much anxiety by just getting my window back up. And he did that at no cost! He was a total gem. I would highly recommend anyone who needs auto body work done to give them a call!

My car was involved in a collision and first needed towing to receive repair estimate. From the very beginning Nicki was on it and went above to make sure I was well informed on process and she also handled the insurance company for me. I must also say that Ms. Vanessa was outstanding as well and helped as much as Ms. Nicki. They are definitely a Great Company asset and a wonderful overall experience with them both. Me & my family loves it here! Been going to them for a couple years now & any problem we have had with ours cars they were able to fix them for very reasonable quotes! My car was wrecked and they did a amazing job to repair it! I would recommend them to anyone that needs car repairs. They had car rental for me and didn't take a very long time. There was one place I went and they said we can start in 3 weeks. I think I found a great auto body repair shop. They started the week I left it and was finished the next week. It only took 2 weeks because they waited on insurance to get with them.Service: Painting

I m not one that typically leave reviews, but for this place, I ll make an exception. Never have I ever encountered a staff, more personable, humble and kind. They go far out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and understand what s happening to your vehicle. Hands down some of the best service I have ever had for my car, and I will gladly go to this place again I couldn t recommend the more enough.
