By far best experience with a body shop ever! With 4 newly driving teens, we are frequent flyers are Fine Line and the work is wonderful with great service to add. Bryan provided excellent customer service and always has our vehicles repaired on time!

Fine line team did an amazing job on my 2018 Chevy equinox after my car accident. It came out better than before, they found more issues underneath the body of the car and took care of it. They set me with a car rental that was a smaller suv in pristine condition. Communication to check in with my car was established immediately the day I dropped my car off with a text only number, response swift and timely. Everything was super smooth especially thanks to Melinda my point of contact from the beginning to the end. She was relatable, kind and able to answer my questions . I recommend them to everybody!!!

Wow! Fine line turned a stressful situation, to a very manageable situation. We got into a fender bender. I was hesitant to get this fixed right away because in the past I ve gone with my insurance companies preferred shops, and waited forever for parts and services. Fine line made the process easy. They communicated with me from the beginning. They turned into the middleman for my car rental, and for the progress on our Buick. We always knew when things were happening and when the car would be completed. The body work done was excellent, can t even tell it was in an accident. Customer service to the T. If I m ever again in this possibility. I m going to Fine Line Autobody.

Do not recommend. Poor communication, shoddy and sloppy repair(s), did not want to honor their warranty when it was done incorrectly the first time. This review is copied to both the Lewis Center Fine Line and Twins Buick Fine Line as my car was bounced around between both locations as neither wanted to take responsibility for their poor repairs. Lewis Center was the location where I dropped off my car, submitted the insurance check for the repairs and picked up my vehicle. They transferred my car to Twins Buick Fine Line as they were too busy, and "they are the same company with the same quality work." My car had been backed into, and everything was fully covered under the insurance of the responsible party. Fine Line returned it to me with the door completely misaligned (so the front and back door scraped when they opened), which caused further paint damage/repairs needed, the window and door seals weren't re-done properly causing a windy/whistling noise when driving, the car was disgusting on the inside (something smeared on the steering wheel, smelled like smoke, dirty inside, glove box and console had been tossed). Lots of promises made by Nick Verbitsky (GM @ Lewis Center) that they would get everything taken care of and fixed properly. Trying to shorten a long story, but Fine Line had my car three times between August and December, and the repairs still aren't correct. I had to threaten legal action for them to honor their warranty repairs and not try to charge me for them or a rental car. I had to escalate the situation to Art Koulian, the regional manager, who also does a good talk and makes lots of promises and then will completely ghost you and not follow through on any of them. Fine Line NEVER contacted me proactively; I always had to reach out to them first. Eventually, Twins Buick Fine Line corrected the misaligned door and paint issue. There is still the window/door seal issue that has not been corrected, but I don't have the time/energy/desire to ever deal with this company again. I plan to have someone else look at it on my own dime. It's a real shame to have such a negative experience as I was a repeat customer and had previously recommended this place to others. (I have since made sure to rescind those recommendations and have told everyone about my most recent experience with this company).

Fine-Line is like family to us. No matter the location we are always taken great care of! The last location kept track of everything and as soon as they were given info they contacted us immediately to keep us updated as the work was being done. I have been using them for years. They are the only people that handled my car Midnight after any collision. They always had great customer service! I will always recommend one thing. I miss that they don t give roses out no more for the ladies.

My vehicle was in an accident, and I chose fine line for my auto body work. I got my car back within about a week, give or take a few days.The car was missing an emblem, which I pointed out and they put it back on, slightly crooked, but nothing really noticeable.A day or so later I realized my daytime running lights did not work, I took it back in and they fixed it.A few days after that I noticed the paint that was done started to bubble, called and got warranty work done, took a week to get back to me, and I was told it would only take 2 days.The detailing of the car was pretty good, and the people were fairly mannered, but I could tell when the manager was frustrated that I kept coming back with problems. My paint is bubbled AGAIN in the same place as before, and now the clear coat on the bumper they painted is failing.Avoid this place. Your car will always have issues.

Exceptional service with Fine Line at this location. I had no issues dropping off vehicle same day and repairs were done quickly. My vehicle looks great, the staff is always friendly and professional as well! Would highly recommend this place for any repairs needed on your vehicle!

I dropped my truck off to have it repaired. The staff greeted me when I arrived and they were very friendly. Everything was explained to me about the repair and I appreciated the follow up phone call about my truck. My son and daughter have had their vehicles worked on at Fine Line and were very satisfied. I would use fine line again and again they treat their customers with up most kindness and compassion they are all very friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for everyone at fine line that repaired my car after being rear ended, they made the worst time of my life so much easier to get thru. They kept me updated on the progress of my car from beginning to end, answered questions that I had, took care of all issues that came up. They made my car look like it did when I drove it off the lot. I am very pleased with all the work that was done to my car. I can t say enough good things about them. Russ was awesome!! He quoted me a price and how long it would take on Wednesday, told him I couldn't do it then I will be back tomorrow. Thursday I came back he did it for that price and it didn't take as long as he said!!! I was completely satisfied with the work and I am definitely using him again for any body work needed for my car and I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Thanks so much!!! Rus and the team at Fineline Body Shop are some of the best. Very glad that I chose their body shop to handle my claim. They were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations.
