Staff is amazing! Very knowledgeable and personable. Took care of me every step of the way. Chuck is an excellent technician! He made sure my car was in perfect condition when I got it back. He does great work! Go Chuck!!!!

Bill is fantastic! He really worked with me on getting my car done and getting it done right. After bringing it in my fenders, bumper, and left mirror they were replaced in a day. Wonderful service! I will definitely be bringing my car back here and highly recommend coming to the location at 640 alum creek drive to get your car fixed up!! You won t regret it! This is easily one of the best places to go, with reasonable prices and the friendliest people. When my car needed repaired after some damage, I was distraught. Between a moderately high deductible and the cost of rentals, I was panicking. I usually use a body shop in my hometown, but one of my friends suggested Fine Line, and their Alum Creek location was close to me, so after talking to their rep on the phone, I stopped in a couple days later, and as soon as I began talking about my problem, Bill in their office says 'You've got the [my car model]?' - the rep had already phoned ahead and Bill had already readied everything even before I'd set a drop-off date.Long story short, what I thought was catastrophic damage only took them a couple weeks to completely fix, they set me up with a loaner, and they helped me with my deductible. When they told me everything they were going to do for me, I literally went outside and cried because the stress relief was so impactful.Look, I know we've all come to expect business as usual, so even the slightest thing seems like great customer service these days. When I say Fine Line treated me with WORLD CLASS customer service, I mean it from the standpoint of any period in time. I'm still stunned even days after picking up the car, and decided to sit down and type this out to fully give credit to the best customer service experience I've had in decades.Thank you all, truly.

Needing collision repair is not something anyone wants to do, but Fine Line made the process bearable. Katelyn at the front desk communicated regularly and did so with kindness and empathy. Bill the manager made sure every detail on my car was taken care of. When my car was finished, it was spotless inside and out. The technicians who worked on the car made it look new again.

My experience with everyone at the Fine Line Auto Body on Alum Creek could not have been better or easier! Everything was explained to me in detail, I was given options, the part was delivered very quickly, the cost was better than any other quote I d gotten, and the work was done exactly when and as promised. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone needing auto body repair.

I went to Fine line on Alum Creek, Columbus Ohio. They damaged my car fixing it. I was given an assortment of excuses. My insurance company looked at there photos and determined it is the body shops responsibility. I also have my own pictures. My advice, don't take your vehicle there. I'll be contacting my attorney and the better business bureau.

After a car accident I took my car to this shop in Alum Creek . My car was hit in the back , they need to fix the trunk of my car . They took 3 months to fix my car and they do a cheap job. They charge 13000.00 to fix a trunk if my car , the trunk of my car is not done right , I call they to take a look and fix again they told me they will call me , because they don t have a rental car in the mean time . I never Received the call.. after all that my car insurance canceled my policy because they charge too much to fix my car , at the end I lose my insurance and my car not look good anymore,PLEASE DONT GO THERE, they will still the moneyService: Body & Trim

I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for all car needs. Inside and Out they do a great job. My car was damaged due to the KIA Boys and they got me right. They have great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and communication was never lacked. I had to take my truck here to get fixed due to a whole in my bumper and they made my truck look brand new!!! I can t say enough about the staff here, the employees that worked on my truck, very professional and very efficient!! Their work speaks for itself!! These people over here are wonderful. They took good care of me.we had a car wreck and I choose to go with fineline. They finished working on my car in less than 2 weeks and I have no complaints. Vanessa and kaitlyn helped me through the process. They did all the hard part for me. So I didn t have to deal with any insurance issues. Very professional, very informative. Highly recommend this shop. I hope I don t get into a wreck But if I do I am going through with them again.

The people I interacted with, Brett and Katlyn, were sweet as pie and I felt at ease handing them my keys. They got me a quote within a minute and a half of pulling up in front of the shop and began speaking to my insurance within 5. They had me fill out some paperwork and assured me that they would take care of everything. And they did not disappoint! Once it came time to pick up my babygirl from the shop, she was looking good as new! They even took the time to detail the inside :)Service: Body & Trim

I was having issues with the side of my rear bumper flaring out and not completely connected to the car. I have a long drive coming up and was concerned about it. I took my car to Fine Line on Alum Creek dr. after receiving a recommendation from a friend. They kept me updated on the status of my car every week and explained the process to me throughly. After I got my vehicle back I noticed an issue with the Alignment of two parts. I called the shop and told them about it. I work in close proximity to the shop and they offered to come pick up the vehicle and adjust the two pieces. Can t recommend these guys more. Great experience.Update: I wrote me original review at the beginning of the year. I was out to lunch today and noticed that my number was starting to sag, I pulled on it and it was able to be moved easily. I called Fine Line and they asked me to bring my car in to be looked at and they found that I had actually hit something and that pulled my bumper down. They readjusted my bumper and got it looking good again same day. Just another reason to take your business here. Excellent customer service and fast too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle for estimate of a lower panel replacement. They were cordial and professional all the way through. They advised me they would order the part, paint it, and have it ready for installation when they contacted me. They were true to their word. They called, I brought my vehicle, and 45 minutes later, I was on the road again with my new panel in great order. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. My experience with Fine Body was absolutely horrible. The work I had done was half done, had to take my car back several times after words, so they could fix it when they said it was finish and it wasn t finished. They gave me four different pick up dates, without a rental. The Manager Bill is Very rude, and unprofessional. I asked bill, why my windshield wiper fluid was still leaking, he replied, and said it was the hose took it back in the back, and said he fixed it. 2 days later had to bring the car back cause he never fixed it. Fine line is trash. Paint is chipping and I haven t had my car back for a whole month.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Few weeks ago, my oil and air filter changed at jiffy lube. While jiffy lube replaced the air filter, jiffy lube company damaged my dash board box, knocked off track and unable to close. I was using tape until time to fix.I stopped by Fine Line to replace , or fix. Fine Line was wonderful, without charging me, they quickly took a look, aligned and popped back in alignment. Wow, the honesty and happy to look at attitude of company was real and refreshing. They could have charged for time, they didn't, and as good as new.Bottom line, I trust Fine Line based on honesty and kindness. You should to.
