Misty and her team are FABULOUS! Simply awesome customer service. My car was hit while away from my home state and they executed repairs unbelievably well. I do not want to return but IF your vehicle gets damaged, take it here . you will be extremely satisfied!!

I had a small scratch on a bumper of a car that I was driving. From beginning to end this was an 11 on a scale of 10. I drove the car over they gave me a fair appraisal. They were able to fit me in right away. They were able to do the job and have it ready on time. Looks great. From beginning to end this business is well organized, customer centered, with a commitment to a high level of quality and efficiency. Gold standard in bodywork in my opinion. Highly recommend . Will let friends and colleagues know as well.

Good experience! My aunt recommended them to me when someone hit my car. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, set expectations for me so I was aware of where they were throughout the whole time they had my car. Misty was great! She was a great middle man being insurance wasn t really communicative with me, Great customer service! Got my car back this morning and it looks good as new. Thanks again guys!

Nobody wants to say they have a go-to auto body repair shop, but if my car needs body work done, Fine Line is where I'm going. After getting in a wreck during the Friday evening commute surprise snowstorm, I called the following Monday to see if they could take my car. I was fearing the worst -- you know, the horror stories you hear about parts shortages, being without a car for weeks or even months. But Fine Line said to come right in, gave a very reasonable estimate, said it would be ready in 4-5 days, and arranged a rental car. Everything went without a hitch, and I picked my car up Saturday morning. It looked great, and I'm completely satisfied with the entire process. And on top of it all, everyone there was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Definitely a five-star place!

Today I picked up my Genesis G 90 that had approximately $10,000 worth of repairs done there. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service provided by the Fine Line Auto Body on Bethel Road. The staff was informative, very cordial, my and accommodating. Trust is important and they were knowledgeable, realistic, and well-informed about what was required and They beat the projected completion date. When I pick the automobile up it looked as though it had been detailed inside and out. In fact, it looks better than it has since I took delivery of the car when it was new. I will be most happy to recommend their services should it be needed in the future? Thanks

I was very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the team at Fine Line Bethel - as I weighed the auto body options and my initial experience when getting quotes it led me to choose them. The trust was rewarded. They were very responsive as needed and other issues arose once they got into the repairs. Ben explained everything very well and Misty is exemplary with her cheery spirit and quick responses. I highly recommend this auto body shop!

They did great job with my car, I needed to fix the front and rear bumper on my car after I got into an accident. And they fixed it and made look brawn new. I m extremely satisfied with their work, and their communication is great. They fixed my car on Time and their price was honest and upfront. The manager Sam did a great job with helping me and making sure I m taking care of.

They were able to get me in and seen quick. As soon as my insurance company cut the check they immediately got started kept me updated throughout the process. Pleasure to work with. Made an unfortunate situation much easier didn t have to do a thing. They communicated with the insurance company and rental car company to make the process streamlined and smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend them over and over again. Thank you Fineline Bethel Road

Fine Line Auto Body is hands down the best car body shop I've ever been to! Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is top-notch. They not only fixed the damage on my car, but they also made it look better than ever. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Over the top customer service.Misty was very good with communicating throughout the whole process on my cars repair period. G.M. Benjamin Morris went above and beyond when I went to pick up my car on a Holiday and banks were closed he offered me a rental car at no charge.Highly recommend Fine Line Auto Body to anyone considering looking elsewhere.If I could, I would give 10 stars.Thanks again Misty and Ben.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. From the initial call, to picking up the vehicle, I was amazed at how well we were taken care of. The reassembly was flawless! If you need this type of work done, do not overlook this place. The reviews are stellar for a reason. That s what brought me there and I see they are not bogus.

The staff at fine line body shop are exceptional people. Very kind always going out of their way to help me. I have been going there for minor things since they opened, they did an excellent job fixing my car. I couldn t have asked for a better service. They go out of their way to help. Could not recommend more! So helpful!! I called with an emergency fix and they were able to get me in and fix my car within an hour. Tanner was very helpful and kind. Very professional and organized as well.Edit: Came back a second time after my car was stolen and damaged and they once again got me in right away and fixed my car! They did a fantastic job again, and they have been so kind and understanding throughout the process. Could not recommend them enough.Service: Body & Trim

All the employees are very friendly and keep you in the loop as to when your vehicle repairs will be complete. Throw them your car keys and they handle the rest. My car was complete in less than three weeks and it looks brand new. I highly recommend them for all your body work needs.

Wish I could give them 6 stars. I went to a few different auto body shops and they all never called me back or acted like they didnt want my business. A friend recommended fine line to me and I went in there with low expectations, which were then blown out of the water by the amazing customer service Misty provided me with. They were communicative and prompt and fixed my car above my expectations. I'll never use another autobody shop again.

I highly recommend Fine Line. I hit a deer on my way home from work and had damaged my headlight, bumper, and fender. Took it to Fine Line and they had it done by the end of the week. They even managed to finish working on my car a day earlier than expected. Vanessa was fantastic and she kept me up to date with my car. I noticed they cleaned my car up for me and I really appreciate all their hard work.

Had a really great experience at Fine Line on Bethel Road! After crashing my new car, safe to say I was very scared and nervous about where to take it to get fixed. However, I would definitely recommend this place if you ever need repairs! Vanessa and Ben went above and beyond to help me out throughout the entire process and were as nice as can be. The end result turned out perfect. I have no complaints! I really can't thank you enough Ben and Vanessa!!

Fine line will always have a repeat customer. It cone to any type of bodywork!!! Misty was amazing at communicating with me on my vehicle and always keeping me updated!!! Where to start with Fine line Auto body on bethel rd in Columbus, Ohio they are absolutely the best. When I got into a wreck In October 2023 my insurance company suggested all these other body shops to me and I was so overwhelmed, I stopped in line and spoke to Misty And she immediately told me that she could take my car. They would get it done. I didn t have to do anything with the insurance company she would take care of all the footwork and man did she make my life so much easier with this whole situation. She called to update me about my l car I didn t have to worry at all. All the staff at fine line they are absolutely the sweetest. They reassured me They would get my car done and that it would be just as new as it was before the wreck.I recommend fine line autobody on Bethel Road 1000% seriously I will be a forever customer (Even though I hope I don t have to see them again for The same reason)Thank you so much fine line and all your staff. SHOUT OUT TO THE FINELINE TEAM!!! From the office, to the technicians, they did an AMAZING JOB!!! Our Volkswagen was hit twice, right rear, & the front end pretty much smashed up beyond belief...not only did they help us fight our insurance trying to total our vehicle out, they gave us 2 great quotes, got everything approved timely and quickly (Shout out to Misty!!), Made sure we left in a brand new loaner vehicle which didn't cost much for almost 2 months...and our vehicle looks better than the purchase date, literally!! We've fallen right back in love, thanks to FineLine! DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND GO HERE!!!
