I went here on December 16th 2023 to look into getting my first vehicle (2011 Honda CR-V). The entire process was very smooth and easy. Mimi was the sales associate who helped us and she was incredibly helpful and nice. She was able to help me right away and after calling ahead to see if the car I was interested in was there, they had it pulled up to the front by the time I got there. Jacob helped us with the financial side of things. He had a great personality and was able to get a wonderful deal for me. Before sending the car home with me, they filled up the gas and gave it a car wash. I left there very pleased with my experience. Unfortunately that night I had noticed a couple of my taillights were out and my headlights were not working correctly. I called, let them know, and they told me to come back in. The service manager Jordan helped us right away and fixed the issue with no cost. I have had the car for about 3 months now with no issues. Overall an amazing experience and I definitely recommend anyone to come here. Best first car buying experience. :)

Went and looked at a 2021 Dodge Challenger SXT. Mimi was the salesperson that showed me the car. She was very helpful and is super to work with. I purchased the car and worked with Jacob Higgins in Finance to finalize everything. He was also great to work with. Very happy with the whole process!!! Thanks Find Your Ride !

The people at find my ride are very nice and patient. Caleb Bare was our salesman and did a great job he brought several vehicles up for us to look at until we found one. Zack Henery in finance was awesome as well. Zack is very honest. I would recommend going to Find my ride in Columbus to buy a used vehicles

The Find Your Ride team were all amazing to work with. The online team was very responsive, and helpful. Brandon was our sales associate and he truly was amazing, and made sure all my questions were answered. Brandon walked us through the entire process and made everything extremely easy. We were able to find a used vehicle for my college kid. After our wonderful experience we will definitely be repeat customers in the future.

I wish I never got a car from this place. I got a 2017 Chevy trax from them. Two weeks into having the car my car started jerking and sputtering and I immediately knew it was the transmission. I went to a local mechanic shop and paid $200 for a diagnostic and they told me my transmission is bad. So I go back to your ride and have to get a rental car which was another $400 and they run a diagnostic and told me the car is fine and I m just probably not use to driving a car like this. As if I m stupid or something. I ve been in there several times and they just won t help. The car stalls at 30 mph and I have to pull over and stop and try again. I ve only made two payments! I ve gone into this place happy and nice and yelling and angry and sad and crying. My mother wrote a review and the general manager reached out to her with his phone number and when you call the number it s some random lady. Don t ever buy a car from here!!! I ve given them so many chances to fix this and they just won t. Again do not shop here!!!

Buying experience: Quick, easy, no snags. Great.Getting the title: Apparently impossible.I was already into the buying process when I saw the several negative reviews on getting the title. Some people had to go to the dealership to ask for it and I m starting to understand why. The communication from the sales manager, David Dowe, is less than professional. You ll get one sentence, at best, and it probably won t even be complete. After sending an email and a follow-up email about the title, I was told it takes three weeks. It s been three weeks and still no title. I live four hours away and refuse to drive to the dealership to pick it up. I d be happy to update this review if I receive it before my credit union loses their minds, but if it isn t received by the end of next week I ll be contacting Ohio s attorney general in regards to this. I can t seem to get an answer on when/if it was sent. They were extremely fast to sell, but not so motivated on the back end of things.Whats further interesting is I noticed that some of their employees left 5-star reviews for the business. Conflict of interest? Biased? Seems a little odd. Trying to offset negative reviews because of people experiencing several titling problems?

Got my car monday from Mimi at Your Ride!! this was the 3rd shop around that i went to. Got me a 2014 toyota corolla for under $13,000 and less than 70k miles! I am so excited to be driving this around now! Mimi and Fish were very very nice and helpful! Before you drive it off the lot, they fill the tank AND have it detailed! the fees are put into your monthly payment if you finance, i thought the fees and taxes were due today on top of down payment but it s not!

Was ready to give up looking for a used car, until I happened to stop here...Saw a beautiful VW Atlas, connected with salesperson LISA HART. This lady is an absolute PRO. She did everything for me, I took a test drive and before I knew it the vehicle was mine! I've never had such an EASY experience. I literally was there twice during the day, maybe 1 1/2 hours total!If you are looking for a great used car (& they have ALOT) and dont want a big hassle, just go look Lisa up.The finance part took almost no time, JACOB quickly got me signed and I drove away with the nicest vehicle I've ever had.Thank you Lisa and Jacob@ Your Ride, I'll be back soon for a car for my daughter!

I give Your Ride 4 out of 5 stars, for many reasons.1) Lukas Sparks is the best salesman I ve ever had the experience to work with. Not only did he go above and beyond the call of duty, but he took it upon himself to make sure everything that was promised to me came to fruition.2) I bought a 2018 Nissan Maxima (which I love by the way) in late November 2023. It was blowing out white smoke from the exhaust, and come to find out it had a faulty engine. Your Ride did get the repairs done that needed to be done, but there were challenges along the way. The car was sent to Germain Nissan, whom had terrible communication. Germain told Your Ride my car was done on 12/21/2023-a month after I bought the car. I drove across town, to Germain Nissan, to go pick up my car and put gas in the loaner to find out it hadn t even been touched! I was livid.3) On 12/22/23, I went into Your Ride demanding answers. After Lukas and I couldn t get an answer, we got Paul Germain involved, since he was in the office that day. This was the best thing I did. Not only did he escalate the work on my car and I got it back on 12/23/23, but he also ensured I was given a gas card and was reimbursed my first payment, since Germain Nissan had my car for a month and had me driving across town/wasting my time on miscommunication.4) There was a slight knocking sound when I got it back, but I took the car in and got the upper motor mount tightened after work through Toyota West on 1/4/24, and we re good to go!At the end of the day, I d probably go back to Your Ride, but I d definitely be more careful about the inspections that were done. And if my car does need worked on, where it goes to have the repairs done.

Dealing with David and the rest of the crew at "Your Ride" has been the worst experience ive ever had at a dealership. I bought the vehicle in December and they took two and a half months to fix a problem with it before delivering it to my house.....even though they had told me twice before that it was fixed and it broke down AGAIN ON THE WAY HOME FROM THE DEALERSHIP!! TWICE! This was all before I had even gotten to drive it more than an hour. Then they waited another month after that to tell me that they were unable to get the title from the auction house, at all, and I would have to give them the car back! After I've already made 3 payments and paid for the vehicle maintenance for months! BOOOO!

Buying this car was a nightmare. Within 2 weeks after buying it had problems. Went to a shop that ran a diagnostic and said it needed a transmission. Took it to them and they said they couldn't find anything wrong but charged $160.00 for a diagnostic. Took 4 weeks to get the title and had to go pick it up from them. Then had a flat tire and realized we needed a key for the lug nut and there was none with the car. Now they want to charge us for the key! I will NEVER buy from them again

What s the point of having an appointment if it s first come, first serve to try and buy something? I did not leave with the vehicle I was interested in but they offered a more than reasonable price to buy my vehicle outright. Everyone was extremely nice. Please go see Mimi if you re looking for a vehicle at this location! She deserves the commission she lost out on today.

So my husband and I had been talking about purchasing another vehicle and this past Tuesday (Jan 9th.) We stopped by Find Your Ride to ask a few questions, I walked in an spoke to Lukas Sparks the sales consultant and him and his team worked wonders!! I also spoke with Jacob Higgins the financial manager and he and Lukas Sparks and the sales manager David Dowe made a Miracles happen and just 4-5 hours later we were leaving with our new car!!! I'm beyond thrilled with our experience!! If you are having trouble getting a vehicle DON'T hesitate to contact any of these 3 THEY WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN! We're in love with our vehicle and so thankful for these guys hard work and making it happen. Definitely a 5 out of 5. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. My experience initially was fantastic. Sales team was great. I m currently scheduled to take my car to the mechanic for a 3rd time since getting the vehicle. They let me leave the lot with bad breaks. After a back and forth the dealership fixed the issue. No big deal. Second time I had to take the car due to a check engine light that came on. Mechanic thought we would change O2 sensors due to a P0420 engine code. This code had been active as recently as two months before I purchased without remedy. After doing some research I ve come to find I have three active recalls on the vehicle that were never taken care of one of which causes this P0420 engine code to pop because the recall regards issues with the Catalytic Converter. Wouldn t be a big deal if they hadn t bragged to me the entire time how they re affiliated with Germain Kia. I should have realized the type of place I was dealing with when my sales person told me through text if I wanted a car without issues I shouldn t have bought used. Go elsewhere for your vehicles and save the headache.

I recently purchased a Lexus IS250 from this Georgesville Rd. location on November 20, 2023. Now, upon entering and initially purchasing the car I was greeted with nothing but niceness and professionalism but my-oh-my was I fooled. I purchased the vehicle and went ahead and added the Vehicle Protection Plan, Car Care Service Plan as well as the PermaPlate coverage (totalling $3,360.00). I knew I could cancel in the first 30 days for a 100% refund but what I did not read is just how much I would be lied to (by Germain staff including management) and given the runaround along the way.UPDATE:At the time of writing this it is Sunday, December 3, 2023 and I received an email from Paul Germain (VP, Director of Operations) and he apologized on behalf of the Your Ride staff and assured me he will personally be seeing the matter through and that my experience going forward should be nothing but positive. I have taken down my video that corresponds with my original review out of respect for the prompt reply by senior management. Though I don t trust the YourRide staff I do trust the Germain name as a whole which is enough to keep my business for now through one of their many other dealerships.
