Got bad parts 2 different times. These reviews on here are legitimate. Don't waste your time and energy here. Picked up a seat today. They claimed it was "insurance quality". It's been sitting in the mud for a while. The seat is in absolutely horrible condition. Get it together Fenix

Look at the bad reviews before you do business with these guys. Call before you go and make sure your stuff is ready. I wasted a 2 hour drive like so many others. Promised it would be ready by noon. Got there in the afternoon and they said it wouldn't be ready for a day or two. Confirmed on the phone when and where and that was made up. I asked if they could call me when it was ready. He confirmed my cell phone number. No call. I followed up 5 days later and they said it had been ready for a couple of days. Whatever. They had the doors I needed at a reasonable price. Got the doors. However, didn't notice until after the rear door was on that they snipped the connector off. Front door was fine, but had to splice a dozen wires to get it all hooked up. What a nightmare. The price was not worth all the headaches. Will never do business here again.

Don t buy parts here!! They will tell you they have all the parts you need just so you come and buy whenever they have, then make an excuse the other parts are on the way.

1 star for a couple of people working here. Each person has a different price.Changed the quote price on delivery. Stay away.Never delivered on promised dte

Fenix staff were professional, efficient, and helpful. I experienced zero issues during my query, purchase, and pickup. They even have cool vintage machines in their lobby that were fun to check out while we waited for the clerk to check on our item's status. Highly recommended.

Great business. They gave a good offer for my crashed car. Mike guided me through the process of what I needed to do to complete the deal. They waited three weeks till I was able to get my tittle. When I got all I needed, I called Mike. He took care of picking up the car, prepared the paperwork, and handed me a check for the same offer as we agreed on day 1 over the phone. The whole process was very honest, they made it very easy, so I will be dealing with them in the future for sure.

By far the cleanest office from an auto recycle I have ever stepped foot in. My part was ready and waiting when I arrived. I already paid over the phone so I was in and out in minutes. The quality of the part was as described and the price was on par with the other places I looked at. I will definitely try here first the next time I need parts.

This company is not worth the time and hassle they charged my account for part that they said they would be able to pull off the same day within a couple of hours and never did called me back just before they close it's only they could not do it said that they refund it haven't sent a receipt won't give me a letter head so I can get my money back from my bank the have a attitude since the 1st time I called they're not worth the hassle of going through I deftly would not recommend it I would definitely recommend going somewhere else their staff is ignorant and have an attitude they will never get my money again and if I don't get my money back I will be sueing them. Even other people that have felt with them told me after all this is happened they would not go back there again Because they've also had problems with them.

I had a thief break my car window. I called at least six places before I found a replacement. The price wasn't the cheapest but not the highest either. My interaction with Graham and the guys was very professional and easy. I would highly recommend this place. I know they will be my first call from now on.

Danny is the man . He makes sure I get the rite parts In All the rite places , some parts are clean and some parts are Dirty , I like the dirty parts . Because I know they have experience and work just fine .

Ordered 3 parts from them and 3 were the wrong color and 1 was damaged. Also quoted me at 1 price and then charged WAY more than the quote was when I got there to get the parts. Wouldnt recommend at all that is just poor business practices

Very disappointed in this place! Made a 4+ hour trip to pick up a engine for my BMW. I called the morning of pickup and told them I was on my way to pick it up so they could have it ready to go when I got their. Was told on the phone that the engine was grade A and ran well when tested and removed. The price was good so I made my trip up their to pick up the engine. They was busy upon arriving so I had to wait for a few mins when I arrived. Normal for any business they guy I spoke with was nice and helped me out on the core price. So all was going well. Pulled around to get the engine loaded. When I got to the pick up area the engine was not ready even though I called a few hrs ahead of time. I waited 25-30 mins or so and the guy comes out to my car and says " you are aware of the engine damages correct"? I said absolutely not!! So I walk in the warehouse with the worker to find 90% of the oil pan busted off and missing. 10-12 bolts sheard off in the block. The lead guy for receiving comes over and says that it was damaged on the shelf not on the car. I'm not sure I believed that but it was definitely possible. I did not want to waiste a 4hr trip so we worked out a new price and proceeded. Then I noticed something sticking out of the oil pickup in the broken oil pan. It was full of shredded rubber! This engine was completely junk and not possible for them to have ever seen it run well. Completely lied to me and waisted 6hrs of my time and offered absolutely nothing to me for wasting my time!!! Not even tried to line up another engine through anyone else. I will never buy anything else from this location nor would I recommend anyone else too.

Initially, I went to one of their locations after speaking with someone on the phone. They confirmed their location, and informed me that they had the gasket in Stock so that I could head over and get it. After arriving there, the shop was closed, and there was a note on the door saying that they moved.My second experience with them was today. I gave them a call to ask about a few different parts since I was recently in an accident. Offml the bat, they said that they could not get any used/ recycled parts, and then the rep informed me that he would not cross reference his database when I asked about 3 other models with the same engine. Steer clear from these guys; you couldn't hand them your money if you wanted to!!

What a great place. Good customer service. Very clean. I have 17 years in the auto repair industry and this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a used parts company. Special thanks to Danny and the guys that helped me load the parts in my suv.

It s 2:20 pm Tuesday Feb 1st.I Make a mistake went to get a cap for coolant form Mazda 2014. I went to pay for it and apologized many times to everyone that I met for getting it myself.(JUSTIN)closed the gate first checked my car if I stole something (I was okay with that)After that they charged me $16.13 for used cap (which is $6.99 at autozone search for yourself.TOTAL THIVE (JUSTIN) so disappointed.

It took along time to get my part, the counter worker told me the person pulling the part was getting back from lunch then he will pull it. I'm thinking he's the only one. I must have waited close to a half an hour. Or at least it felt like it. When the part finally came it was not complete. After a few requests from me to lower the price, the counter worker left then came back and lowered the price for me.(my husband)

BUYER BEWARE! Bought Duramax from them for 3000 dollars installed in 2 days to find out the head gaskets were blown pulled motor same night in 8 hrs to return next day to be told first it wasn't same motor when it was cause I had already gave my core from my truck then when they finally acknowledge it was in fact their motor to be told they did not have 3000 to refund me and I would have to come back another day to get my money because the owner also wasn't in and personally signs all checks. Sales man told me to place stop payment on my company check and when I told him the bank said it was to late they already had money he said well can u call your bank and let me talk to them which he did lol to be told I couldn't do that. So needless to say 2 hours later I got check for refund.
