Speedy service, quality work and friendly customer service. All this at a very competitive price. The mechanic technician explained, as he showing me the work to be done, in a way I could easily understand. The job was completed in a timely fashion and to the fullness of my satisfaction. I can hardly hear my car s exhaust now. Wade, the owner, made me feel like I was part of his family. He is truly a man of his word.

Honest and very knowledgeable people and work were done faster than quoted. They took care of what i needed and at a much better price than I was expecting. I will definitely go back and have anything done that they are able to do.

They were very fair priced and I had excellent service at exhaust Work! The waiting room was in poor condition but that is how they keep the price down is making it a auto shop not a grand lounge to get coffee and relax all day! I will definitely be back to get more repairs on my truck done! Thanks Guys at Exhaust Works! You did right by me!

I had exhaust service done here on November 19, 2021. I came here because I read the reviews & I read that they only do what needs done they don t try to overcharge you for other services. My experience was the same. I went in looking for to get my exhaust louder & the owner asked me what I was looking for sound or appearance? Because I watched many YouTube videos and I was gung ho on getting the duel exhaust & the man bluntly told me It would sound nearly exactly the same if I simply stayed with the 1 exhaust coming out instead of duels but cost a lot more So this guy could ve fully taken advantage and got several hundred more dollars off of me but was honest & sold me on what I wanted. Sound. Very cool guy to talk with. would recommend doing service with this company. A+++. Honest is hard to come by these days, but it s exactly what I got here. So instead of 700 dollars I got what I wanted for 195.00. Thx so much. Check these guys out!

Probably the worst place in columbus! Dropped my truck off and got it returned with a smaller pipe than I started with. Returned it and all was fine for about 2 years. My exhaust just broke at the weld and fell off the truck!!! This guy's runs a garbage business and his employees are mediocre welders at best! Now I have to go and find someone to fix this guy's screw up!

I'm so impressed with Exhaust Works! My brother recommended them. He said they will fix only what needs fixed and the prices are very reasonable. OH MY GOODNESS, that was putting it mildly! My heat shield was loose on the catalytic converter. When I asked if they could do a free check, he told me absolutely. I told him I wasn't sure if I could get it fixed today because money is tight. I was told, "If it's something they can just pull off and throw away, there will be no charge." The guy that checked it was Mike. He went to work looking, and before you know it he was torching and pulling off the heat shield. He got it all off, tossed it aside, brought my car down, drove it outside to me and said," There ya go!" I asked him how much it cost and he said, "Nothing, just send people my way." Wow!! I tipped him $20.00. This place is like the good old days of helping people without trying to gouge them. I highly recommend Exhaust Works and won't go anywhere else ever again! I am not only one highly satisfied customer, I'm still in shock for what they did, and for no charge!!

Excellent service, James was the technician who fixed my exhaust, he did an excellent job. He cut out my broken flex pipe and fitted the new flex portion in seamlessly, even fixing the exhaust hanger. I cannot hear my exhaust at all now, great work for around a hundred bucks. Thanks guys, new lifetime customer.Edit: Also to those who may not know, welding metal creates smoke.

They know what they're doing and won't upsell you on unnecessary things. If you are really bothered by cigarette smoke have someone follow you so you don't have to sit inside to wait.

So far so good. Got me in for an estimate within 5 minutes. Every one was very nice and proficient at their jobs. Very nice atmosphere. (The jokes on the pop machine were just an added bonus! Lol) price was very reasonable and service was quick! I would recommend this place!

Got in at around 330 and they still was able to put my downpipe on my 2020 ecoboost they know what they doing and dont charge your pockets heavy and they stay till they get you right highly recommend nice people

Said it would be an hour to get me in and exactly 1 hour later they had my truck on a lift, showed me personally what was wrong, quoted and fixed with a warranty. Great customer service and decent prices. I'll definitely be back for future repairs

They got straight to the point. One of the employees took me to the back and showed me where my exhaust had rusted away. They welded the exhaust in less than an hour and sent me on my way. Use to go to this shop all the time because of quality and price. Now they want $185 for 4 inches of pipe and ten minutes of welding. Ridiculous price would not recommend

I cannot begin to say what an amazing experience I had at this place. The owner and the worker truly do not know how much of a blessing they were to me the day they fixed my car. The service was amazing, the professionalism was amazing, the atmosphere and energy was amazing. The owner has an amazing personality, he made me smile and laugh and truly brightened my day. Although he did not know what I had been going through. His kind heart made a big difference and impact on me that day. Truly good hearted and authentic people. He said they are here to fix the problem and that s exactly what they did. I left with a huge smile on my face and a grateful heart and a car that sounds brand new. Extremely fast, friendly service and I mean friendly! No high pressure sales, the plan for my exhaust work was well discussed. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable about the work that they do. I m a big fan of humor and being able to laugh, these guys have great personalities to go along with the high quality work. Price was more than other shops but they offer warranty on their work. friendly employees. The mechanic even welded washers to keep my heat shield off my exhaust. Overall of the work holds I'd go back. It was close and convenient

Exhaust Works will likely save you thousands on your car repairs. They saved me a little over 2k. The owner is a great guy with a stellar crew. The idea behind their business is to find what pieces of your exhaust system need replaced and only cutting and replacing those, rather than selling you a whole new exhaust system. And since most cars come out of the factory with parts that are supposed to last 10-20 years, why replace it with some off brand parts that a big name car repair shop wants to put on to make money off of you, right?

Very fair pricing, and they took me out to the garage to SHOW me what needed fixed beforehand, and then again afterwards to show that it had indeed been fixed. I feel this shows honesty and integrity. Will definitely use again.

Exhaust Works on South High is theee best shop ever!! Customer service is top tier they kept a smile on my face from beginning to end very friendly and down to earth. It was a relief to work with Exhaust Works. They fixed what was needed and were reasonably priced. I appreciate the gentleman's matter of fact candor and appreciated his straight shooter attitude I left feeling I had my issue addressed without paying for something I didn't need. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to return should the situation arise...

Don't go here. I called repeatedly needing help with my vehicle and they never answered the phone. When the phone was answered they pressed buttons in my ear and hung up on me. They don't want the business so go to someone else.

I have been going to this place for about 20 years - it was right around the corner from where I worked and the company I worked for highly recommended them to me. I have always been pleased with their service and their honesty and the price has always been good in my opinion.
