This was my first experience with them. I was very impressed with the courteous and friendly employees. The facility is not like most shops I've been in. Very clean. They let me know when they began looking at my car and quickly texted me a quote. I really liked the format of the quote. They listed the items which I requested along with some suggested things to consider. I was able to request the ones I wanted and returned the text. They completed all work and let me know the car was ready. Overall I had a very positive experience and look forward to working with them in the future.

This is a top quality repair shop. I have had my 2010 Cobalt serviced twice across 2 locations. I've had a great experience each time. Come for the quality work, stay for the quick turnaround time! They even called me a ride so that I could get back to work! Thank you all!

I went in to get the $25. oil change and they ended up trying to charge me about $15 more! When I confronted them about it they removed it and made excuses as to what it all was for I accepted the explanation of old oil disposal fee but that was all. My son had warned me to be careful of additional expenses.I had the oil changed once before but don t remember the charges from that time. Probably won t go back. I prefer going to family owned rather than companies but this was unacceptable!

VERY disappointed with my first (and last) experience at ER Autocare UA. I feel very much taken advantage of; sold an expensive repair ($1750) that ultimately was not the solution for the problem I came in with. Very different from the public image they are putting out.I would appreciate some follow up from the owner to resolve this.

I recently had my car worked on at the Riverside drive location of ER. I highly recommend ER for anyone needing work on their car not just the warranty, but the fact that if you really need to they will give you a loaner car. I have had great experience with this company.

I recently took my son's Dodge Ram truck to ER Auto and had over 10k worth of work done to his truck. Brakes, air ride suspension, and several other things. We we got the truck back, the air ride suspension was not fixed right, we took it back to ER, and they fixed it. Said it was a bad part. After that, my son noticed that the alignment was not done properly, and the abs brakes lights all came on while he was driving. Took it back again, and ER said the sensor was not tightened down properly. As of this post, the alignment issue is still not fixed. ER is making an effort to fix it. Still, I would not recommend this place. After spending over 10k for repairs, I expect everything to be done correctly the first time. I gave two stars because they are standing by their warranty and making an effort to fix it.Update as of 12/20- ER Auto has been great about working with us to complete this repair to our satisfaction. Especially Cole, he has been great a communicating and helping us getting our issues resolved. While I still wish the repairs had been done right the first time, ER has stood by their work to get all the issues resolved.

Easy to set up appointment. Provided a detailed estimate and followed through with estimated work. Did not attempt to sell additional work. Very convenient with providing a service loaner.

ER Auto Care continues to be great. I have used them a lot in the past few years and they just replaced my tires, brake pads, and some other 100K mile maintenance repairs. As always they are fast, effective, and communicate very well to make me sure my car is in the best care.

I picked up a screw in my right front tire and it was going flat. It was early rush hour and my house is 1/4 mile from ER Autocare. I got the car down there and turned in for repair, thinking this is probably going to take a couple of hours to fix. Within the hour ER called and let know the tire was fixed. Thanks ER Autocare.

We have been using ER Autocare for several years now and have had nothing but great service. They are very honest about your vehicle and are typically quick with the services. The warranty that comes with the repairs are almost unbeatable which is why we like to use this shop. Currently maintaining a 2006 Toyota and a 2006 Lexus.

Took in for blend door repair that requires the dash to be removed. Returned with a terrible rattle. They called to check on the repair, which is a great touch and I complained about the rattle. They said to bring it back in and they would look at it. Returned for them to look at and left for two days. It wasn t looked at in that time and I had offered truck to original owner for trip to KY so I needed to pick it up. Was brought to my attention by her that GPS and click longer work. Assumption is gps antenna was not plugged back in. This is my second time using ER. First time was wonderful and I highly recommended to others. This time for a lengthy job due to dash removal, they dropped the ball. Very disappointed.

This was my first time using ER Auto. They were quick, the service was excellent and I was shocked to learn the price was so low. Full synthetic oil change for $40! They said it was a holiday sale. I'll be using them for all 5 of our cars.

ER Auto Care has been hands down my best experience with auto care. I came in for a check engine light come to find out my car needed much for attention than just that. Cole was such an amazing service adviser, answered all my questions, not to mention when I got my car back it was detailed beautifully as if I just rolled off the lot. Whoever cleaned my car got the McDonald s Hi-Ci stain out that my son spilled all over the floor. Although they had to keep my car I was provided with a lovely loaner car. I have and will continue to recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Super impressed by ER Auto. This was my first time in and it was a great experience. I used a coupon for a synthetic oil change. They completed the work quickly with no issues. The place is clean and stocked with snacks, pop, water and coffee. Even the bathroom was spotless. Thanks to Jason who knows about customer service.

Pretty straightforward experience of car repair. The estimate did include several options I didn't want to pursue since they would have doubled the cost for the repairs, but no one verbally pressured me to get them or explained why they thought they were necessary, so kind of a win, I guess (?)

This place is the real deal. I was in a pinch, on my way to work on the highway and loss functions in my powertrain systems. I work 25 miles outside of the city and they came out dropped me off a loaner and picked up my car. They gave me an honest and fast diagnosis of my issues. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to friends and family

They did what I asked them to do. The process to schedule and get a free loaner car was quick and easy. I have no opinion on the cost of repairs because I have made no comparison but my car runs great and I am very happy

The term ER is definitely representative of the services Jason and his team provides. I had a burning smell coming from my engine bay for months. I took my impala to wahlberg and Byers and told me everything was fine. ER identified valve gasket cover leaks and loose manifold gaskets and my car now drives great. I had a free loaner which was a game changer. I don t Have another vehicle. I work M-f varied hours and always on call. They didn t charge me for the quick inspection. The price they charged was fair. They let me keep the loaner over the weekend as well. Go here if you need immediate service. I will continue to bring my vehicle to ER for my service needs. They worked with my warranty company to get my claim taken care of. Thank you Jason and ColeService: General repairs & maintenance

I ve used ER Auto Care twice now and both times they have been attentive and communicate well the problem and solution. I live out of town and my young daughter has an older car, I have peace of mind knowing she can count on them with her car.

ER Autocare was able to fit me in same day when our car wouldn t start to complete a diagnostics. They were able to diagnose the issue and provide me a quote via text to replace the alternator and recharge a new battery I bought less than a week before. I called around to multiple shops to ensure they were charging a fair price and they were. They were willing to talk through the details of the quote when I called multiple times to ask questions I had before approving the work to go forward. I would definitely recommend taking your cars to ER for their digital experience, customer service and fair prices.Services: Auto battery maintenance, Battery

Highly recommend ER Autocare. Needed to have some work done on my car. One of the employees Cole Smith walked me though everything that needed done and was very knowledgeable. Great customer service and great pricing. My car has never ran better highly recommend this place.

I ve used ER Autocare in UA twice in the last year. Both visits have provided excellent service for my car. Like being able to book online and text updates/need for any additional work that I can approve or decline works for me. My go to repair shop for my '17 Volvo s90. Have had both routine maintenance done, oil, filters, breaks and even had both my front controll arms done here will no delays or issues. Would highly recommend if your looking for an alternative to OEM service center.

Cole and brain the manager, so far have been great to deall with .from my first phone call about my ford explorer, they made me welcomed to be there .they listened to my problems and when I was done explaining they told me to get the SUV there and they also had a free loaner car to use,seeing that Thursday I have a neurologist and cardiac appointments for my after stroke care . So as I say so far so good, let's see if they are not like all the other high prices car repair places in the city and try to over charge you for work performed .I will add more to the posting when I get the car back so far 5 stars...update ... Stay as far away as possible.. they tried to scare me into paying over $8000 dollars to fix my car when nothing But a fuse was the issue ...crooks I tell ya ..best of luck if u go there

I got an estimate that is higher than the dealer. Not sure what went wrong, however, the shop is cleaned, and the staff are nice.I'm still going to visit them in the future. It was probably something that they were not comfortable for this time.

Had coupon for oil change and heard good things about so I tried them. Was not disappointed! Excellent service and very timely with work.
