Super friendly and knowledgeable crew. Came here to fix my car breaks, filters and oil change, they were upfront and patient about everything. Told me everything that needed done and had even done a complete rundown of everything else my car needed as complementary. Definitely coming back in the future. Mostly they are very economical and ready to discuss.

Didn't realize when I was told to bring the car in for an oil change that it would be a 45-60 minute wait. Car was cold by the time it got an oil change so when I checked it after I got home (two minute drive) the oil was slightly overfilled and already a dark amber having mixed with the old oil in the engine.I had a coupon so I figured only $8 more for them to do it and I can get some other things done, I was wrong on both accounts. Coupon made the oil change come out to $52 after tax, not $43.Service manager was nice, helpful and they have a clean facility. Maybe I should have communicated a bit better.

Went in to find out about 30,000 mile service. They were so nice. Got an oil change etc. but told me after checking my cars website, did not really need it this time, but to do it next time. The place is super clean and people were very knowledgeable.

Went in for an oil change. When I arrived for appointment they got me right in and had car up within 5 min. Now I knew that the back breaks need to be changed. I got up front pricing from them and after checking around they were the lowest price. Staff was wonderful to work with. Will definitely be going back to ER Autocare.

Needed a new exhaust system. Also needed my car for personal obligations. ER Polaris did it all. Pre-ordered the parts, gave me a loaner, got the work done promptly, and had my car back to me in 4 hours!!! Friendly, honest, and accommodating people. Highly recommended!!!!

This was my first visit and I am planning another. Customer service was outstanding. Courteous, prompt and a comfy place to relax for 30 minutes or so. Did I mention clean. Very highly recommend

My Service advisor was welcoming and accommodating on Friday when I walked into the Park Rd location. 90 minutes later my Dodger Journey 60000 maintenance was done. They honored my mailer coupon and I saved $25 off the total service. I will be using ER auto care because of their level of service. Highly recommended this complete auto care. I called this location at 8:30am requesting an oil change before I head out of town. They had me in by 8:45 with the inspection and oil change done by about 9:30. Super professional and super helpful. I will definitely use them when I am in the area.

My wife's cars waterpump went out and my car was smoking and I live close by so I brought my car here because of the location butane they definitely are much more than just conveniently located. They crushed it. Told me what was wrong in a very timely manner and then I was able to get it to the dealership to do warranty replacement. I then brought it back to them to get an oil change because they had all the parts in stock for a Volkswagen and I needed it done by 3 and it was done by 230. That along with how kind and friendly they all are makes this a top notch place for a mechanic. Everyone knows there's a stigma behind mechanical work and with these people you don't have anything to worry about. 10 out of 10.

Sent my car for leaking steering pump and water pump. $2200 and the car was leaking coolant the next day. They say lessi than the dealership but $2200 is not. They're thieves. Do not trust them to do quality work. They charged me $500 for a rebuilt water pump which I could buy at NAPA for a fraction of that. Dishonest scammers. Do not do business with them.

Very fast and efficient. Game me a very detailed explanation of what my car needed with prices and items used. Use the website to set an appointment only took 3 mins to drop off got a call and text with all the information. 10/10

This is by FAR the cleanest auto shop I ve ever seen!! Not only that, great customer service, my issue was diagnosed within a couple of hours and they had their driver drop me off at home AND pick me up when needed. Five stars!!

They re were very helpful and even gave me a ride home while they looked at my car. Although I didn t end up getting the work done due to deciding to get rid of the vehicle, I ll definitely use them in the future if need be.

Could not possibly say worse things about the mechanics here. I noticed my truck was leaking a small amount of oil and coolant so I took it in for some routine tests. They did a compression check and told me cylinder 4 was a few PSI low. Not good but also not engine failure bad. I picked it up after hours and the minute I got into my truck it was rattling with cylinder misfires. Truck shaking, check engine light now on. The next day I asked them to please figure out what happened and they took a look and said that cylinder 1 was misfiring how??? You told me cylinder 4 was the one that was a little low. They inspected their work and said it was nothing they did and I was out of luck. A few days later I sold the truck at a huge discount because of a suspected head gasket leak and the guy that came to buy it was finding loose bolts all over the top of the engine where ER Auto care had to have removed them to perform the compression check. Long story short these guys are unbelievably lazy under the hood, have no regard for customers vehicles, but quote you like you re driving a 2024 Rolls Royce. ($5k+ to fix my cylinder misfires that didn t exist before I trusted them with my truck). DO NOT GO HEREService: General repairs & maintenance

Wife needed a LOT of work.done on her car. They were patient and very friendly/professional. She got a free loaner car. She got her car back and it functions good as new. Recommended.

I won't even use them for an oil change! They put 5 qts oil in my V-8 that requires 7.5. Careless. I paid $4K for them to replace oil pan and transmission pan gaskets. The (then)store mgr/owner went above and beyond to do it right with integrity and concern. However, their COO intervened..fired the mgr/owner and mechanics. They refunded my money and returned my vehicle in total disarray, said they had no desire to warrant the job and refused to even put remaining parts on. I've spent over $1K replacing parts they lost. Still fixing things as discovered (broken oil pan with 3 bolts missing, 2 bolts hanging out, missing motor mount bolts, flywheel housing cover missing, welded exhaust had to be redone(leaking), numerous sensors unplugged, and more. Unbelievable!

I had a great experience here in the past but unfortunately they are under new management and it's not great, or even good. Got a run around for a simple quote. Plenty of hassle but no quote. There's lots of better options around the area.
