Been going to Edison's to get used parts since I was a teen in the late '80s. Still a great place to go and the prices are more than fair ! Recently picked up a upper and lower Ford V8 manifold that was an excellent deal even with paying the core charges. I'm thankful they still remain a self service yard. It's a big financial help to save money this way. Please people, don't steal and vandalize things here ! No one wants to have another one of those places that won't allow people in the yard. Consider it a privilege and don't abuse it !

So I'm not sure exactly why but it would be nice to know... Ive came down here 3 days in a row and not a short trip and the business is closed but yet the owner is posting updates to come on down and sell you scrap and unwanted car today

When a business isn't FAIR we need to sound off. Get any quotes from these people in writing, email, text something because they don't hold true to what they say.I was given a quote yesterday for a family members pickup truck that the engine compartment had caught fire. I had explained it to the representative at this business before getting the quote and offered to send pictures. I had to get the family member to find time of work to be with the truck for pickup.Family member called this company to set up time for vehicle to be picked up. They told family member they didn't know it was a burn vehicle and would only pay weight price.The problem is he didn't make a FAIR quote over the phone. He changed his quote when switched to family member.I called and spoke with him and he was staying with the weight quote. I let him know I was going to give this review. He said he doesn't take threats, not a threat, it is a fact. I give FAIR reviews.

Was there yesterday evening for the 1st time,found part i needed was a little hard to get off,but got it,and price wasnt bad found some extra tailights in the process,but did forget my socket wrench!Gentleman at front desk was very nice!

Overpriced. Rude people. Deceiving!!!I called before driving 1 hour there and I was told the car I'm looking for is at the yard. Spoke to the guy with bangs at the counter and he told me it was in the middle of the lot. Spent 1 hour looking for it but of no avail. i went back to the counter and asked another guy who said they don't have it and it's an old car so they don't have it. So I just spent 1 hour looking for a car they know they didn't even have. Am I a joke to them?While I'm already there, There was a car which is NOT I was looking for that I can use parts for. Just visor, small interior trim pieces and they charged me $26 dollars? It's like a roberry. I could have gotten it brand new for that price. Definitely will not be coming back. And if I could give zero star,I would.If I were you,. I would steer clear from this rip off of a place.

1st time there this morning. Seems like a great place to get parts. Prices were fair and affordable. Guy at the counter was nice and helpful.

They will tell you one price and then change it when the car is picked up. They were mean rude and refused to fix they're mistake. They told me it i got the tow closer it would be $60 more in which they lied and will not make it right. I do not suggest using them, they are crooked and will lie and not keep they're end of the deal. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. Please think twice before dealing with them. They stole $60 from me.

Used to go there all the time to get tires they have them on the rack you can usually get the tire you need on the rim and they will change it for ten bucks which is not bad at all if you take your old Tire with you with you last time I was there the usual guy was not working the counter when I went out to pay he charged me 2250 when it was only supposed to be ten bucks when I told him that Andrew in the tire shop said to tell him it was $10 cuz I'm taking my tire with me said no one told him did not care when I went to the management office to pay with my Visa card I told them they said they had nothing to do with the front they did not care I had to pay the 2250 and take the tire with me I will not go back again you would think that they would try to take care of their customers better they just don't care business must be really good for for them to treat people like that and I've been told I'm not the only person that's happened to have a great blessed day

Awesome friendly people .called today to sell my car that didn't run .showed up on time .great price for my car .pick up on the same day. Tow truck driver was Awesome.Don't go to anyone else when trying to get rid of you junk car .call them they will treat you right..... BTW the tow truck driver was Awesome

Offered a fair price for a very old junk Toyota. Picked up at the time I requested and were very professional. Paid cash for the vehicle and had absolutely no issues. Excellent and succinct service. Support this local business!

Spoke to the owner over the phone, he did not have what I was looking for. However, he was so nice and helpful that I felt obliged to leave a positive review. The owner gave me recommendations for local places and online websites to find the part I am looking for. Seems to have very fair pricing and service.

Was told about 1/2 price U-PULL-IT Saturday Sale first Saturday every month loved it you haft to pull the parts but what a great deal found a lot of the parts i needed at a great price! very pleased.Had a good selection of cars and truckssame parts would of cost $200-$300 cost me under $100i will shop here again

Dude at front desk was rude AF. They have a sign about masks required, as I read the sign and turn around to go grab mine he starts yelling at me that I must have a mask to come in. Come back and ask him about a rim and he just points and says "that way." I pay for the rim and he has me sign the receipt, with the same pen he was holding throughout the checkout process. Meanwhile sitting behind a barrier. You're going to require masks but have community pen that every customer uses? I return 2 hours later to turn in core charge and he demands receipt. I asked if the office people's copy would work. Cuts me off and says no have to have original. He didn't act professional with any interaction I had with him.

My experience with Edison was beyond impressive. They offered the best price in town for my scrap vehicle, and the customer service was excellent. Linda in the home office was especially helpful, they towed my car next day and paid cash on the spot. The gentleman who towed the car was on-time and very friendly. If you find yourself needing to junk a vehicle, I highly recommend Edison!

This place SAVED me. I hit a curb yesterday and bent the rim on my car. I absolutely needed to have it replaced by the next day. I drive far for work and a donut just wouldn t work. After checking at least 20 other yards, part stores, tire shops, and even Walmart no one had the rim I needed or even carried them in general. Finally I found Edison s and their tire center and they had what I needed for an extremely fair price.

Don t quote a price if the boss is not going to stand behind you! 95 dodge is worth $335( per the front desk ) when I get there the catilitic converter is missing ok so a deduction is due. 305 is the new price. The boss noticed the bed was full of scrap metal approximately additional 800lbs of extra weight, I told them to give me the best price. The tow truck had to drop the car to get the weight 6240 lbs $234 once the car was dropped and the tow truck on the scale then my only option was to take the total scrap weight at $234, what happened to running an honest business???

Greattttt Service! Fatman at the front desk is a cool nice dude thumbs up and Carl the tire guy is amazing. Very friendly, reasonable and patient. Went here for 4 tires and a new rim and he got me taken care of. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Staff is knowledgeable and prices seem fair,you pick your own parts not sure if they offer the service to pick your part. I have purchased from them a couple times and will return if needed.

The only nice person in this whole place is the guy at the calendar the guy running the equipment out in the yard is so rude I've never been talked to in such a manner I talked to the owner he just looks at me and says thanks so apparently he don't care how his customers are being treated stay away go down the street get your parts..

Attempted to call 4 times. Have two options - 1 for selling a vehicle or scrap, or dont press anything for yard questions. I press 1 and wait 3-4 minutes on hold then call disconnects. I assume this is my phone so I try again, same thing. I try another time and call from a different phone, same thing. Last time, I dont press option 1 and it says it is transferring me, but it "transfers" me directly back to the call menu and repeats it after a brief hold. They obviously dont want my business.Note: Website says they are open till 2 on Saturdays and it was just before then when I tried.

Only because I can't do ZERO stars. Bought a door yesterday....internal parts didn't work.....which even according to their policy of mechanical or electrical exchange only, "Fatman" name on his shirt said they couldn't exchange it.....I nor anyone I know will be going there again.

Fat man is very rude and have no business Serving customers. I showed up at 427 pm just to see if part was on the car the car so I can come back next day and pull it. He said junk yard closes at 430 and wouldn't let me back there. When I showed him that his computer says 427, he said the clock is wrong. What a fat useless liar. I strongly suspect his parents being related, quite possibly brother and sister.

Hey I have been to Edison on repeated occasions and every time I go there I get the help I need and most time find what looking for. Yea its a junkyard so if afraid of dirt and grease put your panties on and go somewhere else and that's coming from a woman. Now I don't know why some people have a problem with Fatman. Fatman is about the only one besides Karl the tire guy that keeps me coming back. These two guys are so helpful when I am looking for parts....plus if they don't have it they try to help me find it somewhere else. Plus on the weekends when Fatman and Roger work together they make you smile and laugh and feel at home. Now I can understand why some people think Fatman may be a rude person, but honestly for some of the people he deals with when I am there I am surprised that he has not hurt or snapped off on people. I work in customer service so I know what these guys deal with so Fatman and Karl keep up the good work guys.
