I took my truck in for a PM and within a couple of hrs my truck was ready to go , the guy that did my oil change did an awesome job , he greased my truck really good. He advised me on some issues that need my attention right away, both of my belts had crack on them and the right steer wheel seal had a leak so that right there save me from sitting on the side of the road later and spending lot of money. The price is very reasonable. They did working on my truck few times , every time they did fix something on my truck I never go back for the same problem . I think they got new mechanics that knows exactly what they doing. I do my DOT inspections there too . The lady that work in the front is very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable, she is awesome. I will definitely recommend eastern truck and trailer.

The service here was stellar! They took care of my every need in a timely manner. Brandi at the front desk was very friendly and professional. She truly went out of her way to make sure I got the best price and quickest service possible.

This place has very friendly staff and is very helpful for the whole process and getting your vehicle fixed. They get me to laugh at least once every time I drop in. My work uses this company for maintenance on our fleet. I wouldn t recommend anyone else

Awesome experience! I saw new faces from previous visits. So looks like they may have moved on from some of the bad apples. They got me back on the road quickly. I was very pleased with my experience!

We here at Time Dispatch Services Agent Group have been using this location for 3 or 4 years now. They help us take on the larger jobs we ourselves cannot handle and are incredibly versed with Freightliner/Detroit engines of which the majority of our fleet is comprised of. Air compressors on Detroit DD motors are one such example and they always have us ready to go within 1 or 2 days.

I always use Eastern Obetz for when I need need vehicles worked on. Brandi takes great care of me and makes sure that jobs are competed on a timely manner. I would highly recommend them!

I had a service in 2309 Williams rd. Columbus OH 43207 location.Came in for rear wheel seal replacement on my 2003 w900L.Mechanic finish the job and they charge me 469.67$.After two weeks my wheel seal on the same wheel they they fixed starts leaking again. At this point I was home, back in TX so I took everything apart by my self. When I took apart I was speechless when I saw damage.That mechanic did not put properly back any components on my axel.My whole hub was destroyed from bearings that were lose, he didn't torque on specs any of two nuts on axel and on top of that didn't put back axel spacer at ALL. I was lucky my axel didn't got damage. Just mind blowing how bad they were.After That I ask for my money back and of course they need bird sight view pics and all sort of bull.. I had all receipts and they know about that job cos happened just two weeks prior.THINK TWICE before U use any of this shops. very poor mechanics, service, costumer service and prices.Good luck and stay safe out there.

I had broken hinges on my trailer door and Brandon went out of the way to find hinges for my trailer and worked in the evening to install them, I was served very well!!

The receptionist is very rude and get mad if you ask any questions about truck or price and they will add on labor to fix stuff that doesn t need fix and say that you ask them to look at it ,what a joke this place have become stay away they will rip you off and make is seems like you the one with a issue,and they make up labor hours by guessing without talking to the mechanic who doing the job,this place need a overhaul with employees,only about two know how to talk to you and conduct business right!!!!!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Save time for yourself this shop is a joke and total ripoff nate is absolutely not honest guy watch him out ask them how much is gonna cost you before they but your truck in their shop or otherwise you ll be surprised and end up paying a hefty price I went there for a coolant leak which i already new where it was leaking and abs light after three hours they took the truck out and the only thing they fixed was the coolant and end up charging me $710 with no parts only labour and it was a maximum one hour job that is a highway robbery I ll report them to BBB this is not right and when i tell told him this is too much the shop supervisor nate said to me go sell your truck and become a company driver what a joke and unprofessional my advice to the owners is make it right with your customers this is the second time i got ripped off with one of your shops the first shop was hebron, OH and now is obtez shop i was discriminated both of your shop by your employees and I ll surely report you to the authorities
