The people that run this place are professional craftsmen and a representation of what all shops strive to be. I dropped off a drive shaft and was told it would be finished by the very next morning. I received the call, so upon delivery, it was much better than I expected. Clean and painted with new joints. It worked perfectly. Set as my new location to take everything because they were fair and honest.

I dropped the drive shaft out of our semi to be fixed. Told them to put a new slip joint and whatever else it needed. It cost $900 to fix. Picked it up and truck still had a vibration. Decided to take it to a place in Marietta to see what was wrong with it . Driveline1 did not put a new slip joint on it like they said they did . Put the driveshaft back in truck after picked up from place in Marietta , No vibrations! Driveline 1 did not out the parts in they charged us for! We have the proof and the parts they put on it , the parts are not new! We have brought driveshafts here in the past . But this time we were ripped off! We will not be back! They hang up when I call on the phone and have blocked me on Facebook. What do they have to hide! Not very professional!

Broke the slip yoke on my 78 C30 nobody could get ahold of one needed it ASAP. Not only did they have the part I needed. Customer service was a solid 10. Will continue to recommend this place!!

Great work fast, I dropped a drive shaft off to be shortened and balanced when they opened and they had it done by 2pm the same day. They did an amazing job and even painted it black again. Great price also. Easy to get to location l.

Driveline1 dose awsome work. We have used them multiple times for our drivetrain issues. They have the best prices for your repairs or new parts. Highly recommend them. They do steel, aluminum and carbon fiber drive shafts and in most cases cheaper than anyone else.

Called at end of the day on a Friday and they got us the clutch and resurfaced the flywheel before close... Great service great product

Took my driveshaft there a few years back. Got it balanced ahead of schedule and the price was very reasonable for their time and labor/shop materials. Actually going to be taking another one there to get the yoke and flange put on. Def recommend.

These guys do fast work. They do great work. And I thought they were very professional. On a holiday weekend these guys were still very customer friendly. I was there at 8am and in 5 min. there were 4 customers waiting. My driveshaft had a new end yoke welded on by 10am. I was out of town on a trip and had no tools. They let me borrow some to put it back on and get back on my way. The 1 in Driveline 1 should stand for #1 in service

Awesome place! Best price around! I shopped around from Zanesville to Columbus & was told no one could repair my driveshaft. Driveline 1 said they'd have it done in 2-3 hours! Free quote too! Amazing service & great employees! I highly recommend this place! It was a 1 1/2 hour drive but it was very worth it! Best place in Ohio! They build & repair driveline components with complete driveshaft service! Over 100+ years 8n driveline experience!

I brought my driveshafts here on friday and monday were ready. Good people to talk to. No lies, i ask him are they going to be ready same day and he was like idk and i took that as a no. All in all my truck is smooth now, reasonable price for what i was told from my mechanic how much they cost new the price i was shocked. Will come back for sure!

They did excellent work! They repaired the driveshaft as needed. They came in UNDER estimate. It went in like a champ and our customer is very happy as are we! These guys do superior work. We will be using F them again in the near future!!!

Good prices, professional staff and friendly.Nick and jack took a good care of me.They are not a regular machine shop, they have accurate tools to inspect any drive shaft thoroughly.I wished I knew about this place, I would've saved the run around.

They got me taken care of quickly. I was in and out in less then 30 minutes having them put in a new u joint and I was happy with the price.

Ignorant and rude.... Unprofessional..... Have never had someone act so childish as Eric did... Snorting and hanging up on a customer is standard there from what it seems... Talked to one guy Nick, and Jack as well told me they can get the part I needed with Axel numbers... Eric answers when I call back tells me they don't get those parts when I said that the other two said you did.. He snorted like a child and hung up.

FAST! I sent them an email in the morning, 30 minutes later got a call from Nick with a reasonable quote. Dropped the drive shaft off that morning 10am and it was ready for pick up by 2pm. They told me the drive shaft wasn't far off from balanced, which was great news. If the drive shaft was way out of whack, I would have been concerned about the rest of the car's drive train.

I took the drive shaft to the VanAir system for my work truck to have it repaired. Good quality work and got it done quickly. Great place!

Started out looking at reviews to have my driveshaft balanced. Looked at reviews and saw their reviews were good and chose the place of business based on that because many other places were closer to me. I got the drive shaft back the same day which was great and installed that night. This was a driveshaft for a 2010 F250 super duty XLT. While balancing my tires not a week later at Firstone the tire guy was checking out the underneath because I was having a vibration. He showed me a small rip on the backside of the carrier rubber bearing and recommended I have them look at it real quick to confirm because if it was a problem it could cause a lot of damage. Monday I brought the truck to Driveline and told them what happened, asked if he could look at it and tell me if it was a problem. He said that he had to answers phones and could not leave the front. Couple guys in the back were working but I guess that was not a option. He said for me to bring it in and he would look at it. I told him it was on the truck and just wanted to put an eyeball on it to make sure it was fine. It was not raining or the ground was not overly dirty. He said again I can not leave the phones and for me to bring it in. So I went out in the lot and removed it because I carry tools in my truck and could not loose my truck another day. MEANWHILE WHAT PISSED ME OFF was when the food truck came just after I had half of it out (about 7 mins later) everyone came out and got food. Took it in once it got it out and looked it over and there was a rip but in the back side that had no structural bearing so he said sorry those guys at Firestone do not know what they are talking about and have a nice day. I told him that is why I wanted you to simple look at if first and again he said I need to answer the phones. My truck was 10 feet from the door by the way. I said to him it was not a problem to not get the phone when the food truck came. Sorry about that is all I got. Poor customer service in my opinion when all you needed to take was less than 1 minute to inspect a possible issue. I can not recommend the company based on my after the sale customer service opinion. The service when I dropped off the driveshaft and picked it back up was fantastic but not the follow up.

Got the job done. They were able to find the axle shaft that nobody else could. Price was very reasonable as well.

This guys know what they are doing!! Extense knowledge, and professionals all the way. This is a real old school shop and none media flaunters!! If is fixable or it needs replaced or rebuilt this guys will get it done.

If you need a new driveshaft or need one fixed i highly recommend these guys outstanding customer service and super friendly.. I needed a driveshaft for a grain truck and they made one up for me in just a few hours.. Thanks a million driveline
