When I brought my truck here to have new tires put on I found the service, professionalism and competence of the people working in the garage incredibly lacking.First, they quoted me the wrong price over the phone to install 4 new tires.Second, one of the tires was out of round and couldn't be balanced; which is not their fault except they didn't tell me one of the tires couldn't be balanced. I didn't find out until the work had been completed and had to bring my truck back because I had significant vibration at higher speeds. I was stuck driving around with an out of round tire for a week before a replacement could be shipped. Again, the out of round tire isn't their fault but they should have told me it couldn't be balanced instead of saying fk it and mounting it anyway without telling me.And third, when I brought my truck in I had no lights on on my dash. When I got it back the tpms light was on (and still is). When I brought this up to the manager or service writer they said the battery must have died and denied responsibility. Quite a coincidence it stopped working immediately after they had touched it . They were nice enough to offer to sell me a new one though, for $60.I wouldn't bring my truck back here, ever.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided. The employees were honest and you could tell they wanted what was in the best interest of the customer safety wise as well as being cost efficient. They checked to see if my flat could be repaired which it could not so they replaced the front two tires. I did not feel pressured into buying all 4 tires or even having to get the 2, I felt like I was in control of the decisions. I went in without an appointment and was out in about an hour. Also the music playlist was top tier.

Miguel Reyes-Vergara is literally top tier when it comes to customer service. I walked in and he greeted me immediately with a smile and great attitude! He asked me what brought me in and on top of taking care of the issue he even went out of his way to ask me about my day etc.I will 100% be returning to this location just solely off Miguel s interaction. Dude is a stellar employee and I hope this review reaches corporate because he deserves a raise or something great!

This is the best place I've been for my fleet needs. It's the best tire shops around since one of the old local vents shut down and retired. Customer service here is exceptional! I wouldn't consider any other place at this point. Thanks for showing folks that there are honest service companies left!

Great customer service and fair price. They explain everything upfront, leaving no confusion in your mind. Making appointment ahead of your visit is a great way to save your time because they take that seriously.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful as most the newer reviews have said. They even went out of their way to find an extra hub ring that was missing. However 1 of the 4 rims was scratched pretty badly getting off the old weights compared to the others. If your looking to make friends these guys are great. If your looking to get tires without messing up your wheels you might want to look elsewhere unfortunately.

I want to like this store - I really do - but I can't. The staff is personable but the service is just bad. I have been going here for years and up until recently it was a slam dunk - good service, great people. Now, I can't even get my tires properly balanced and rotated. I had to go to another Discount Tire for them to fix what they had done. Great people just not competent anymore.

Purchased tires on their website and scheduled my delivery at the store for free shipping . Scheduled my install online as well. These guys were lighting fast I was in and out in no time at all

We had a horrible experience yesterday at another company where we were left waiting for 4 hours to replace 4 tires JUST for the company to tell us they actually didn't have those tires in stock and put the old ones back on. I called Discount Tire at around 5pm telling them the kind of tires I needed and to see if they had an appointment available within the next few days. They said they had 2 of the 4 tires in stock and could get the other 2 sent from a nearby store by this morning. I went in at 8:00 am today and was out with 4 new tires perfectly aligned by 8:30 am. I have never been so pleased with service and timeliness.10/10 would recommend this place to everyone!!

I have had notoriously bad luck with tires, especially recently, and I have been using Discount Tire (not to be confused with Tire Discounters), after having frustrations with my dealership. Every single time I walk in the door or call DT on the phone, they are friendly and polite, and get right to the point of figuring out my trouble. They have explained things to me so that I can understand what's going on with my car, and make recommendations based on what I'm willing to do at the time. They are more than reasonably priced, give options that I can work with, and are no-pressure in selling me the things that I need. Thank you!!

Allen was extremely helpful and professional, and did an amazing job at getting my tire repaired. I would recommend this store in especially Allen to anyone in the Easton area.

The online schedule was perfect. In at 4pm and out in 40 minutes. The tire was a safety issue so it was replaced with all up front costs before the work was complete. The whole experience was professional and trustworthy. The best part was the service engineer Jamie. He was considerate, kind, forthright in the details and very professional . Even during the time I waited, his phone call etiquette to the customers was top notch. These are the things that make for an excellent place of business.

The sales man Jaime, was very helpful. He inspected my Suv and gave me 2 options. He showed them to me on the screen and let me choose which one I perferred. Now I and my son will feel safe with me driving. Thanks Jaime.

I must admit, I have a lot of reviews for someone that does not like to post. Anyway, I think you can tell alot about a place when things do not go the way everyone anticipated. Without going into specifics today, Robert and Jaime went out of their way to make sure the best possible outcome was achieved. I from my experience, I highly recommend Robert and Jaime, great customer service.

Discount Tire has done me well since I bought a set of wheels and winter tires last year. Was considering just the tires and talked through options with the sales associate and with their advice went with wheels as well because it's cheaper in the long run. I wanted to get Nokian Hakkapeliitta winter tires however they weren't in stock for one of many reasons so I instead went with Bridgestone Blizzaks as they're a popular option. The staff have been friendly every time I've gone and I've had no issues with the work they do in any way.

Just got new tires here and had the best experience buying tires ever. Jaime was my sales consultant and was very knowledgeable and patient. Then when you schedule your installation the company uses a text message system to keep you organized and aware of where you are in the process. Jaime told me to expect approx 30 minutes for removal of the old and installation of the new--I took a book along and was pleasantly surprised that he was spot on. I enjoyed a good read and was onto to where I needed to be shortly thereafter. AND, I have free tire rotation.

The guys were personable when I first came into the place. I had an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. The work was completed in about an hour. I was confused when I got a text saying my appointment was for layaway. The person checking me in said this always happens. Hmm. I would think the text alert would reflect the service I was getting. Overall good experience.

I had an issue with a recent purchase and returned the next day to discuss it with Bill. Not only did Bill listen, he took full ownership of the issue and made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. Bill is an asset to this company! I hope that he is valued as such by Senior Management. Completely restored my faith in Customer Service!

Whenever I come for the free air check its always over 10 to 15 minute wait. EVEN when I m the only one in line! There will be so many workers around but not one person will stop to help. Even if I try to call to get someone to answer NO ONE will answer the phone. I was able to get the attention of one worker to see if he knew what was going on. He checked and told me the front desk said they re in the middle of something and when they re done they will come take care of it. You might as well take down the air check if no one s ever available to assist. I shouldn t have to sit here over 15 minutes for air!One worker finally approached and filled the tires of a car that was in front of me and then disappeared AGAIN! They knew they saw me right behind waiting! So incompetent and unprofessional! It s as if they only do 1 car every 20 minutes!

Friday morning tire blowout at 7am.. put the donut on, got to this location which opened at 8am.I was second in line, and the employee helping me was pleasant and worked quickly to examine my van.I knew about a slow leak in another tire, so I was going to replace 2.. but during inspection, we found screws in another tire! I had apparently hit a debris field on 670e just before Gahanna.I didn't have funds to get the same tires, but he recommended a good alternate tire for 40k miles that was in my range.45 minutes later, and I'm back on my way to work.Shop was clean and bright, parking lot clean, and they seemed to work quickly through the swath of customers that came through in the time I was there.

The service was quick. The reason it is only 4 stars is two of the four new tires were way over inflated.My car gave a tire warning, I stopped, all tires were inflated,I got home and checked the tire pressures and two of the tires were over 70psi. The other two were close to what I normally run, about 40psi. The tires are only rated for 50psi maximum.I am guessing somebody missed reducing the tire pressure from the bead setting pressure used when the tires were originally inflated on the rims and sealed. The lug nuts were all torqued properly and the counter person was very pleasant and efficient.Recommended with the caution to bring a tire pressure gauge and check your tire pressures before leaving the lot.

I liked how easy it is to compare prices and schedule an appointment online. I was also done at the estimated time so it made it easy to plan my day around it. The customer service is excellent. So far I haven't experienced any issues with my tire installation. I have not had any experience with their warranty or repair services so I am not sure how that would go if I needed it.

Been going to discount tire in Colorado for about 15 years now and exceptional service. Moved back here to Ohio and these guys at Morse crossing are just as impressive. Had a small crack in the inner rim, just by luck they had one in stock there at the store. In and out in 1 hour (with appointment}. They know their tires here.
