It took an hour and a half to get a battery tested and replaced at the "Quick Lane". I was the first person in line when they opened at 7am, but the garage door was broken so I got pushed to the back of the line because they had to back my car out. Their back lot looks like a bombing range with all the craters in the old pavement. Would not recommend.

I came here without an appointment for new tires and a replacement spare after catching a pothole. They handled that and some routine maintenance for less than I expected. The people I encountered were professional and friendly. I'm sure I caused a slight headache since I had a deadline and a vehicle that nobody should reasonably keep tires in stock for, but they didn't let on. I recommend this location without hesitation. They will 100% get more of my business.

Grimey, didn't do the things I asked for, can't quote an estimate within 100 dollars, recceommemded unnecessary services, kept me waiting 3 hours more than should have, had to return to reset light, untrustworthy and not friendly. All the old guys that we trusted are gone. The newbies are rude, incompetent and grimey.

I was not going to post this and tried to resolve it by speaking to a Manager. The customer service there was very unpleasant and because I am a Woman and not a Mechanic or Man. I felt very uncomfortable to say the least. The only thing the manager did was make things more unpleasant for me. They dont ever have to worry about me ever doing business there ever again. My question is to the dealership is " How dare you treat a Woman of GOD this way. The Apology didnt even sound sincere. It is not acceptible to treat Woman that way. I needed to expose what the enemy is doing with these words " No Weapon formed against me shall prosper" In JESUS Name!I forgive everyone who was involved. After thinking about this to much. Its time to let it go!Thank You for giving me this experience to know who not to trust moving forward and how to proceed for any other of my vehicles/ friends and families vehicles. Your dealership has left a unpleasant memory for me.

All around miserable experience. Kept my vehicle much longer than quoted. Nobody ever called with updates. Picked my vehicle up filthy inside and out. Test drove through mud it appeared. Inside covered in dried mud on driver floor mat. White cloth interior also had black marks likely from greasy mechanic hands. Called to speak to manager about the all around miserable experience. Was told I would get a call back but never did of course. Avoid this place at all costs and go to another Ford dealer.

I have a service recall that I need performed on my truck. I called ahead trying to make an appointment. The attendant told me I did not need an appointment and just to bring it by. So I did, and was told that it would take about an hour. I wait on site for an hour and a half and then ask how much longer I can expect the weight to be so I can line things up with work. They then State it's going to be another hour. They hadn't even started yet. I had to take my vehicle and leave to get to work and so just wasted my time because of bad information they've given me and no updates so that the entire time I continue to think it would take as long as they told me it would take me. Frustrating waste of my time. They cannot expect people to wait in the lobby for 2 to 3 hours and spend their whole day waiting on something they were told was going to take an hour.

This Quick Lane is so hit or miss I can't even trust them to take my car there anymore. I get home after an oil change, pop the hood and the whole engine cover, cowl and bottom of the windshield is covered in oil. Apparently the "tech" that changed my oil got really messy and didn't clean anything up. It got blown all over the place on my drive home. The service manager sent him to my house to see it and all he did was make excuses. He didn't try to clean any of it up or anything and then he left. A total waste of my time and then I had to clean it all up.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Called on a Saturday for an urgent recall fix and got in Monday morning with no wait. Staff was very friendly and quick.

We didnt purchase anything but the guy we talked with was respectful and didnt try to sell us something that was over budget. For a one time visit, I recommend it.

Great place unlike Ricart Ford. I love the guys at service, Josh and Todd are the two guys that I remember speaking s to and they are always the best!
