My sons car was backed into by a box truck and needed a hood, grill, bumper, headlight, and fender. I shopped around different repair shops and was pleasantly surprised to have found Dent Solutions. Calling multiple shops that were reccomended by the insurance company and after being on hold for hours, or not getting a call back from other shops, I called Dent Solutions. Not only did Ed answer immediately, he offered to have me drive the car by the same day to take a look, talk about insurance processing and every thing. After stopping by I knew I was in the right place. Ed worked with my insurance company brilliantly, and made the whole process very easy. They had pictures off to the insurance company the next day, and by the time the insurance approved the repairs, Dent Solutions had the car turned around within a week. The car looks great, and I even got to return the rental car in a few days earlier than planned.

Ed and Kathy at Dent Solutions in New Albany were very courteous, professional and expedient! Dent Solutions did an excellent job repairing the hail damage to my Honda CRV.My SUV looks new. Thank you to you and your team!

I just picked up my car from here. The repair was done quickly and way under the cost that I expected. As a 9 year old vehicle, I didn't want to pay for the supreme repair job, they did an awesome repair of the mirror damage and now the window and remote mirror work properly. No sign of the damage. I Highly recommend this location for your auto repairs!

I have used Dent Solutions multiple times over the past several years. Ed and his staff are great! Communication, professionalism, quick service, and fixed perfectly every time. I have referred multiple people to Dent Solutions and they have all had similar experiences. They are a top notch business and do fantastic work! Had a fair sized dent in the passenger side door. Stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon, was given an estimate and schedule the service for the following morning. The repair was done in less than 3 hours and looked amazing. Could not have been more pleased with the service and the results. The price was more than fair too. I highly recommend Dent Solutions.

I've used Dent Solutions twice and have referred a couple of people to their services. Hands down the best collision repair shop in Ohio. Ed and his team are the best around, they are courtesy and the work they execute is stellar. They also take all the stress out of dealing with insurance companies, I've never had ANY issues using Dent Solutions as my shop of choice. Let this team help you when you have an accident and you will not be disappointed.

Ed and Shawn were so professional and knowledgable about getting my car fixed. After looking around, I felt they were the best option to get my car repainted after being keyed. They did an absolutely outstanding job and went above and beyond in their work. They even vacuumed out my car and cleaned it up! I truly appreciate Ed and Shawn for being so honest and passionate about what they do. You can tell they truly care about their customers! I recommend them to anyone who needs work done honestly, and at the best price possible! I will most definitely be telling others to go to them and be back if need be!

Ed and his wife are great! They took good care of me and my Mazda. It took about an hour, maybe less and the work is great! Not to mention the price beat any other place I found and I shopped around for an entire week. Although I only had the pleasure of working with Ed, I know the company takes great pride in their brand and each technician they hire. I highly recommend Dent Solutions!

Dent Solutions has restored our baby to its former pristine condition. We only had it 5 weeks when a gust of wind pulled the door out of the hand of the driver who parked next to me and dented the rear driver's side door.When paintless repair came up a little short, DS went the extra mile to restore the door. And we sincerely appreciate it!Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Awesome!!! I am so happy with the finished product. I had to get my fender replaced thanks to a run-a-way shopping cart on a windy day. They were able to get a new fender and match the paint perfectly!! You would never know it was a new fender. They were super easy to work with and quick! Dropped my car off on Friday and it was ready by Monday. I would 100% recommend them and will defiantly go back in the future (hopefully I won't have to)

If I could give Dent Solutions a 10 Star I would. My car is beautiful. The staff is beyond wonderful. I had a few things happen while my car was being fixed and made this hard for me to pay at the end. The Owner and Shawn were beyond helpful and understanding. I had never experienced such amazing customer service. I was updated at all times, and Shawn contacted my insurance anytime I had a question. I appreciate the work ethic and patiences of the staff. I love to support local and I know where I will be going if I have any dings or dents.

I stopped by the shop yesterday and had Ed take a look at a dent in my hood, to which he gave me an immediate appraisal. I then dropped my car off today and requested it be done by sometime tomorrow morning due to my hectic work schedule. Ed had my car fixed within an hour and I was able to pick it up this evening. I was fully aware of what they were going to do to fix my car and the pricing was more than reasonable. I am definitely visiting Dent Solutions for all of my future needs.

I had front end damage, from an accident I got into and I called Ed for a estimate had no problem with me stopping up to get just that . Contacted my insurance and got the ball rolling and the out come was AMAZING. My car looks good as new . And I m so excited they Evan took the time and vacuumed the inside and cleaned it all up befor pick up. Ed was great and kepted in touch with me about everything going on .

Great customer service here. Hit a raccoon two weeks after getting my new car. The guy who sold me my car recommended this place. The place before told me I'd need a new bumper, but these guys fixed it within an hour. Ed and his staff are great! Thank you so much.

Dent solutions will handle small and big work that many dealers don't want to bother with. I had a leak in my sunroof and it was fixed in less than a day and for an hour of labor. I got quoted three times as much by other body shops. I recommend you go here first.

This place was great! I had 3 door dings on my rear passenger door. One of which, I thought had chipped the paint. Dent Solutions repaired all three in around 30 minutes. They even worked some magic on the one I thought was chipped. My car looks great and the price was right. I highly recommend!

I took my Mercedes 400E this morning to repair a dent in the hood. I had gone to 2 other dent repair shops in Columbus last week, who began by telling me what things would be a problem. Dent Solutions fixed the dent while I waited (about 1 1/2 hours) and even buffed out a spot on my trunk at my request. The work was perfect, service great and I certainly would endorse them enthusiastically.

Pulled up for an estimate and pulled out less than 15 minutes later with my car completely fixed, and at a great price at that. Staff was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the best deal for the work that needed to be done. Definitely going to go here first to next time I need work done on my car!

I'm convinced "the dream team" just worked on my car! The combination of great communication, above and beyond assistance coordinating things with my insurance company/the rental car company and some absolutely stellar body work have made me one happy customer. The car is gleaming as if it just came off the showroom floor. And as an added bonus, you couldn't find nicer people to do business with! Thank you, Ed, Shawn and Jarren for all your extra effort! These guys do amazing work! And on top of it, they are very accommodating and kind. Not knowing any better, I used a scrubby sponge to quickly get something off my black car which resulted in a bunch of tiny white scratches. I brought my car to Dent Solutions to see what they could do. They took me right away and a half hour later I drove away with a car that looked better than before I ruined it. There was not trace of the scratches left, they were completely buffed out. Not to mention, they did all this within an hour or them closing. I will definitely be going back to Dent Solutions again, if I ever need more work done on my car.

They did an absolutely great job on my M3! They even stayed late on a Saturday so I could get it back with time to enjoy the weekend. Fantastic service, very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dent Solutions for quality work and service!

I was recommended by a fellow car club member who had excellent results.Just had my Mercedes SLK to Dent Solutions. I had a non-typical repair problem related to the tire catching the edge of the fender at an HPDE track day. Even though it wasn't typical dent repair, they were able to think outside the box and offer a paint-less solution. I am very pleased with the results, the work was reasonably priced and true Craftsmanship level of work.I think the tag line belongs to some other company but it is Like It Never Happened!
