I was involved in a minor accident with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and Davidson s Collision handled the repairs and did an outstanding job. I am very impressed and happy with Davidsons and I highly recommend them. Van the assistant shop manager kept me updated on the repairs and got the job done ahead of schedule!!

5+++ stars, highly recommend!Due to an unfortunate incident, my lift gate on my CR-V was smashed and needed replaced. My Honda dealership doesn't have an autobody shop and recommended Davidson's Collision Center. Davidson's was easy to book an appointment with and I had to wait a bit before I could drop my vehicle off for a quote. Though after seeing their quality of work, I see why they're busy and it was worth the wait! After sorting things out with insurance, JD was great with providing updates, even with a part delay that pushed out the pickup date. I picked my vehicle up this week and I have loads of gratitude for the folks at Davidson's. They did an absolutely incredible job and I'm supremely happy. My vehicle looks so beautiful and no one would know it isn't the original lift gate!! Keep doing what you're doing. I'll recommend everyone I know your way. THANK YOU!! <3

Although I m sure the quality of the vehicle is great. Communication was lacking. After a month of no car to no fault of Davidson (Amazon / Shelter Insurance) i was excited to receive my car on the Promise Date . I would have had no problems had Davidson called me earlier to let me know that it would not be finished by that date, but the day before the promise date i had to call them myself to ask if this date would be met which it wasn t. To save themselves from this happening again i would encourage them to call ahead of time to let customers know if this date will be met or not.

I've used this shop multiple times when I've needed body work done on my cars. Their employees are friendly, knowledgable & experienced. Larry has treated me particularly well. Their thoroughness & attention to detail means my cars are flawless when I get them back (the cars look better than before they were damaged). Others who I've referred to Davidson's have been equally impressed with their work & service. You won't go wrong entrusting your vehicle to them.

Davidsons did a great job with my car and the customer service was excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little bit and stops me from giving them a better rating is on my car the bumper ties into the grille, which then ties into the headlight assemblies. The brackets on both of my headlights were damaged but were not replaced so the bumper and grille could not be tied in properly. Because of this, my bumper sags sometimes and looks like it's going to fall and I have to try to reconnect it to the grille again, but it only lasts so long before a bump or something knocks it all out of place due to not being tied in properly.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I am very happy with the service I got here. They took awesome care of my car. They picked my car up from Hugh White Honda. And it did not take very long to have my car done. They also called me with updates, their communication was amazing. They also delivered my car back to Hugh White Honda in a very clean condition once it was finished. I love this place and will be coming back to Davidsons if I do need body repairs.

My highest recommendation (and if you read my reviews this is extremely rare). My Honda dealership doesn't have their own body shop so I called my trusted tech advisor at the shop and asked him where I should take my new car. I thought it would have been another Honda place - nope! He told me he took his own car to Davidson's Collision at that was good enough for me.My insurance tried pushing me to other collision places that had horrible reviews online, but I insisted on Davidson's Collision - so happy I did.Hit a metal mailbox going 55mph on a rural road after swerving to miss an animal. The mailbox hit the windshield and made a hole into the interior. Glass everywhere inside too. A gentleman named Van was our lead at Davidson's. What the insurance company estimated about $5k turned into $12k and I didn't have to worry about anything. Van made sure OEM parts were used. Even had the dashboard replaced due to some scratches from the broken glass. And when we picked it up you could not tell anything ever happened. Inside and out. Absolutely looked like it just rolled out of the factory. They even took it back to my dealership to have all the sensors recalibrated.A week later we noticed a small scratch on the backside of leather gear shift and Van replaced it right away - not a question or any hassle at all. The guarantee all their work for as long as you own the car too.I doubt I will go anywhere else in the future.Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in an accident that did damage to my right rear light, rear bumper, and part of the trunk and Davidsons made my baby look brand new again! I 1000% recommend their services, especially if you own a Honda or an Acura!

I was in an accident and Davidsons was the preferred shop of my insurance. I got my car back and it looked great but after driving it, my headlights had terrible visibility at night. I called and they were great and advised me to bring the car in. I did during the day and they checked it out and told me the headlights looked fine. I told them again that they were low and visibility was affected and they again insisted it was fine. The guy said I could drive it and if the problem was there to come back and they would absolutely look again. I get in the car and am driving home that night and there is no change. I took my car to the dealership for an oil change and asked them to check my headlights. They did, for a few, and informed me that they were off kilter and fixed them. I get in my car and there is an INSTANT difference at night. My daughter even noticed. I was very disappointed Davidsons did not address my concerns but the dealer could instantly tell the difference, even during the day. And I had to pay them after paying Davidsons my deductible, and them assuring me about their great warranty. What good is a warranty if you don't address my concern?

I had nothing but a positive experience here from everyone who I spoke with. I was in an accident over a month ago and they were diligent about getting me in, taking care of my car, and giving me updates. Special shout out to JD who helped us out with our claim! All parts also have a lifetime warranty which is so nice! I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Excellent service. Everyone is very nice. Fair and honest prices. They have worked on two of my cars and they look awesome. They take their time and dont rush.I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend them.

Have used Davidson's for over 20 years. My father used them before me so two generations. Both of us also worked in the auto industry. There is not a better place to have your vehicle repaired. Larry runs a tight ship and Brett communicates on progress weekly. My insurance claim adjuster stated was very happy to see I used Davidsons not in their network but stated they go to them as well. Here from out of town working and my truck was in an accident and I decided to take it to Davidson and I tell you it was the best decision, the front grill and right passenger side was all messed up. When I got my truck back it looked brand new, Thanks to JD and Terry very professional not to mention they had it back 2 weeks before the date they had originally told me. Definitely take you vehicle here for any repairs. ....

This place is AMAZING! They were very fast with fixing my car. They gave me a full detail as well. My car looks brand new like when I purchased it 2 years ago. The entire staffing was wonderful. They fixed my car and it looks like new. But I had to come back twice due to one of the parts being out on wrongly. Good honest work, but the person I was working with didn t provide very good customer service.

When it comes to Body Shop establishments, in my sincere humble opinion, they don't come any better than Davidson's Collision Center, Inc. On a report card, I would give them a grade above an A+. I'm sad to indicate since being of driving age, I was involved in a lot of auto accidents, not all my fault but many were. I moved back to Columbus seven years ago. After my first accident, Nationwide sent me to Davidson's due to their expertise in dealing with Acura's / Honda's.� Since moving back I'm on my third Acura RDX and absolutely love this fine SUV. I've had the opportunity to work closely with Van Konkler and his extraordinarily fine staff on numerous occasions. They have never let me down and it's such a great feeling to know you're truly dealing with highly honest and ethical folks whose #1 goal is to return my SUV so it's the same if not better, prior to the accident. Something we all need, after being in an accident, is reassurance that all will be fine with both myself and SUV. They offer this in a form of empathy and compassion. Then when doing the estimate they are extremely competitive and be assured they use the same quality parts that were previously in my RDX. They are quite efficient and effective based on getting my SUV back by the promised date if not sooner. There's nothing fun about being in an accident although due to Davidson's professionalism it makes the experience easier to handle. FYI, when it became obvious I was one of Davidson's best clients I turned over a new leaf, to clean up my disgusting driving habits. It worked so I haven't seen them for a while however, I highly recommend this fine organization to anyone looking for the best of the best body shop, at very competitive prices with service second to none.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Battery, Oil change

They did an excellent job with my car. JD was wonderful and made sure everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. I appreciated the contact from him to keep me updated on the progress of my car. I think it was great that I didn't have to take the rental car back that they did it for me. Thanks guys!!!

Not sure what happened? I've used Davidson's since 2005 and had always been treated with respect. Things change, I suppose. I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism during my most recent visit, so had to find another trusted autobody repair shop. While I try not to take things personally it's hard not to given the division that's occurring in this country; this one hurt! I am very pleased with the new shop I found.Service: Body & Trim

I have had the opportunity for repairs to both my wife's Honda CRV and my Pilot. Davidson's was recommended by both the Honda dealer and State Farm, our insurance agency. I was extremely pleased by the friendly nature of the office staff and the pride that the body shop staff took in making the repairs. They definitely wanted us to be satisfied with the quality of their repair work. The Davidson's staff was helpful working with the various leasing agencies for loaner vehicles while the repairs were being made. I did not have to do anything other than pickup and return the loaner vehicles to the shop. Despite having insurance coverage for the repairs, I found the costs for repairs to be extremely fair and reasonable.I have been back for additional repairs that were not insurance related and again the staff have been extremely helpful with the quality, time of repair, and cost. On one occasion a repair was made quickly without an appointment or charge. I believe that this level of customer care exemplifies their integrity and willingness to exceed client expectations.I have recommended others to Davidson's for collision repairs and will continue to do so in the future.David

I asked around and got 3 separate, independent recommendations for Davidson's Collision center from folks I trusted. I was happy Davison's followed Covid-19 safety protocols. The car was repaired in a more timely manner than I had experienced in the past with another body shop because apparently, it didn't sit unworked on while weeks of arguments over my insurance company's reasonable estimates ensued. Davidson's did need to request some supplemental work but they were quickly approved. I received regular updates and when I got my car back, she looked and drove like new! I was impressed with their professionalism and candor at every step. I want to say I'd go back to them in a second but I really hope I don't have to.

Someone rear ended me in my 2020 suv around Halloween. I was so upset for a while, but they had my car back to me in 2 months! Way quicker than I expected! and they did a beyond amazing job. We were referred to Davidson from our dealership for some body and paint work after an hit and run on my van that was 5 months old. The van looks brand new. The paint job is excellent and quality of work was done very well. Friendly staff and they even came to our house to pick up the vehicle and returned it back to us one the job was completed. Hopefully we never need their services again, but if we do...we will definitely use Davidson's Collision. Thank you!

Mr. Davidson has been very easy to deal with as he has painted mine and my husband's civics. The work is top-notch and we have been very pleased with the quality of the work. The cars were always completed within the promised time frame and he has been very fair in the price that was charged for the type of work that was cone. I highly recommend Davidson's Collision for any body work or painting that you need on your car.

I have been going to Davidson's Collision for years and have never left being anything but completely satisfied! They accomplish your repairs quickly and your vehicle comes out looking brand new. Larry always keeps me up to date with the progress of my car, which is great. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend that if your car needs a repair, large or small, Davidson's is the way to go!!

If anyone ever needs body work done. Davidson does a fantastic job. After hitting black ice and doing damage to my front end. They did the estimate quickly, and got the repairs done fast. They were friendly, professional and kept us in the loop at all times!

Davidson's Collision Center was great. Very friendly people and great service. They were able to repair my truck a few days ahead of schedule and for a great price, which was fantastic and it looks brand new! I will definitely use them as my preferred auto shop and tell all of my friends about the great experience that I had while doing business with them. Thanks guys!
