I took my car in after someone backed into the left front side of my car. Crash Champions was referred to me by the insurance company and the service was wonderful. They did everything in a timely manner, helping me with the insurance and rental car company. I had them do some additional work replacing a mirror as well. When I came in to get my car I thought it looked like a new car! They did a great job matching my habanero orange paint, and I swear it looked like they buffed out a lot of the little scratches that weren't related to the accident. Mike was very helpful and the office staff were great too. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Subpar experience. They re in the business of reading people, not meeting them at the level the customer s needs with anxiety and concerns. I was told we wouldn t see eye to eye and summarily dismissed. This was after I was called hostile. All for the better. They want to hang their shingle on 7 years experience for one representative versus listen to a customer s questions and concerns. Good riddance. I pray none of your staff have an accident that requires understanding.

TOOK MY 2006 JEEP WRANGLER THERE AND GOT A ESTIMATE, ONLY HAD MINOR DAMAGE, THEY WROTE UP THE ESTIMATE OF $1300 BUT THEN SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THE WORK BECAUSE IT HAD RUST ON THE TAILGATE, A NEW TAILGATE IS AROUND $120 .. THE RUST WAS JUST SERFACE RUST NOTHING MAJOR.. SMALL DENT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER

I was so pleased with both the work done on my car and how well Lance communicated with me throughout the process. He made it so much less stressful for me and kept me updated on the progress regularly! They answered all of my questions, helped me easily get my rental car and had my repairs done early. sent photos in of my vehicle for an estimate due to my insurance gave me a list of shops they work with. they then sent me an estimate of $1. The lady who spoke with me when i called stated that their was to much damage and it had to go in.She did not answer any questions clearly i only gave themmy information not the policy holders name or number which is my mother. i did not bring my vehicle in for an estimate due to the lack of communication i got from the woman and her rudeness. somehow they got ahold of my insurance policy and requested for them to receivethem money from the original estimate the insurance gave me without me ever even getting an estimate from them or even saying i was going to use them. i of course declined the request with my insurance however it s very shady to me how they even were able to do this when i gave them no permission and no info on my insurance. needless to say seems like they attempted to force me to use them when i will NEVER bring my vehicle to them after the interaction i had!

I had a fantastic experience with this specific Crash Champions. I had some pretty unique problems after my window got smashed and Mike and Mel were so patient and helpful with all of the issues. They were quick to get the appointment in, very transparent with what was going on, and super friendly throughout the entire process.Even though they couldn't find a supplier for the exact tint I had, they made me a deal where I can go wherever I want and just give them a call and they'll pay for the replacement tint. This was after they had already done their best to get a tint that would match it closely. I wouldn't have pressed if my car wasn't so new, but Mike was happy to try his best to find a match.To take it further, after my window had been replaced, I noticed the glass had nicked my rear middle seat and cause a slight rip in the fabric. I called Mike and let him know that I noticed this *after* he had already fixed things. I figured he would say there was nothing he could do, instead he told me to bring the car back in and he'll replace the entire rear cloth for me.Not only did they work tirelessly to ensure my car was in good shape and taken care of, they made sure that any questions were answered adequately. After my car had been broken into I was pretty worried that my brand new car would have battle scars so quickly, but Mike came through and removed all evidence of damage. I would highly recommend Crash Champions on Sylvan Road to anyone. They're friendly, transparent, and they do a great job. I'll be back if I have any car problems.

I am so glad my insurance company recommended Crash Champions. They were awesome. As I arrived to the shop the front desk lady was so accommodating. She was on the phone with my insurance company. She quickly politely and professionally loaded my claim and rental information into her system. And my rental car was delivered to me via Enterprise as I was waiting there at Crash Champions. My car was brought in on Tuesday and by Friday the same week my car was repaired like new. You can't even tell there was any damage from the crash. My car was clean on the outside and inside. I pray I never have another vehicle accident . But if I do or anyone I know does, I will DEFINATELY USE CRASH CHAMPIONS.Service: Body & Trim

Crash Champions are very good at what the do. I had to take my 2017 Jeep Compass back to the for the second time. On both times I was informed about repairs an timing. They are fast an very friendly staffed. Both time my car came back like new. I will keep them in mind at all times. Hopefully I don t have to go back but if I do I will be a happy customer. Mike is THE best! He made what could have been a very stressful experience so easy! He kept me informed through calls and text updates on my car. When I picked up my car it literally looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this location and Mike to anyone needing work done on their car.

Go here for your auto repair needs. Mike and the entire team were incredible throughout the entire process. They provided constant communication and updates about the vehicle's status, worked with us to coordinate a rental car, and above all had a very fast turnaround with 5 star results. We do not hope to see them again of course, but if we ever need car repair again, this is the first place we will call

Excellent customer service and workmanship. I m a repeat customer (unfortunately- getting in accidents sucks). But Crash Champions definitely makes the repair experience less painful. I recommend them to all of my friends and family if they ever need body work on their vehicles.

Crash champions have been absolutely wonderful I had two busted windows on my driver side and some paint repair and even with the high Kia theft they still were able to repair my quickly and mike keep me updated on everything and even if parts were on back order we did have this issue with my back window and mike was able to find one much faster . Repairs only took 5 days total but that was with some minor issues they had to address still received my car a day earlier. I definitely will be a permanent customer.

Very professional and attentive. Waiting area was busy but a person acknowledged me not long after I walked in. Mike and his team are organized and focused to get you in and out. Mike kept me posted either by texts or call to keep me updated throughout the entire repair process. I can't say enough good things about my experience there. They left a good impression on me. Definitely will recommend to other people.

This is the second car I have had repaired here and they do an excellent job with the quality of the repair, communication and customer service.They let you know EXACTLY where your vehicle is in the repair process and don't make scheduling promises they can't keep. I am a stickler for detail and have been a car show judge for years so when I say they get the repair right I mean really right. Would not go anywhere else regardless of price. If you care about your vehicle, just go here. By the way, Brittini is the best. Total pro and really knows her business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I could not have had a better experience if I asked for it. After having an unfortunate mishap with a completely inattentive driver causing me to need collision repair, I was nervous and skeptical. The entire process went incredibly smooth, staff kept me up-to-date every step of the way, was great with communication, and my car looks like it was never in an accident. I had an incredible experience with this location. Mike was fantastic! They finished my car a day before the expected finish day. I was updated frequently about the work being done. I stopped by Crash Champions back in August of 2021 for an estimate on my 2013 Lincoln MKZ. I received the estimate via email and spoke to Mike about the specifics of what was needed (Fog light repair). I was a bit worried that the details would be lost, as the appointment was set for 2/28/2022. However, I dropped my car off the night before using the drop box without notice or warning. To my delight, Crash Champions did everything we discussed and not a detail was missed! I was able to call and pay by phone and have my husband pick up the key - quick and easy! They also threw in a car wash, which I didn t expect but I m extremely pleased. I highly recommend this shop and I thank you for your help!!Service: Body & Trim

Crash champions provided exceptional customer service and repair work on my car. I had a 2022 suv that was struck by a utility pole that came off a truck. Crash champions did an amazing job on the repair and provided updates on the status of my car twice a week. My granddaughter had an accident and her car was totaled by the insurance. My insurance recommended Crash Champions. They were very professional from the very beginning of the process. We had already paid the deductible and they quickly cut the check. There was a small error but they were upfront about it and quick to fix it. Very satisfied.

As soon as I arrived, I was welcomed and taken care of right away by Mike. He was WONDERFUL, along with the other employees I spoke with in the office. My SUV looks brand new. I am VERY SATISFIED with the quality of work they did, it was done in a timely manner, and especially with the customer service I received.
