I had two of my vehicles repaired at COW and was happy with the experience both times. From getting the estimate to picking up my completed vehicle on time, there weren't any surprises and the cars looked great!! I like supporting a local business that provides a better experience than other repair shops I've used previously. It was a great experience both times.

I took my car in for an estimate for damages. They provided it for me on that visit within minutes. Another reputable company gave me an appointment scheduled in three weeks for one. COW followed that up with a work order within three weeks. COW completed the work and had my car looking brand new within the week. I would recommend COW to anyone.

When a distracted driver took his foot off the brake at a traffic light, and punched 2 holes in the bumper of my 4 month old new car, there was only 1 place I considered for the repair. COW is THE BEST. Friendly staff who are highly skilled. Thorough and timely repairs for a reasonable price. One note: When I told my dealer's service manager that I had taken my car to COW, he said, "that is where I would take my car." I cannot recommend COW more!Service: Body & Trim

They did a fantastic job repairing my back corner of my care from a rear end accident as well as damage to my driver side rear door. My car looks fantastic. I was concerned about quote differences between my insurance and their quote but worked everything out. Couldn't be happier!

I had COW repair my RAM truck broken headlight lamp and also did some body repair work for a dent on my passenger door. The people there were great do work with, communicating with me at every step, and they also dealt directly with my insurance for the claim adjustment.Customer service and quality of work were top notch, I will be recommending them in the future.Service: Body & Trim

COW Autobody provided an excellent service. I was looking for someone to help replace an old rusted out bumper on a 98 4Runner. I gave them a call and spoke with Jason. He was more than willing to help. He and his team took a quick look at my truck, prepared a fair estimate that day and got me on the schedule. They had my truck for about a week, which was longer than I had expected, but I wasn t in a hurry and the bumper looks great! COW was great to work with throughout the entire process of my repair. To quote my car damages, they agreed to meet me at a location near my work to accommodate my schedule. They also were very helpful in interfacing with my insurance company to ensure the work was done right. The quality of work was great, and they finished on time. Overall, the service was extremely friendly, and they took good care of me. I d recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair.

Had a broken door cable in Honda Odyssey, which is a complicated job involving taking the whole back interior apart based on my watching 7 YouTube videos about it. Was recommended by my mechanic, probably because he had no interest in 5 hours of replacing cables. COW did some paint work on my car. After they painted it, they accidentally chipped the paint and had to re-do it. Once they had redone it, they called me to pick up my vehicle. Some time between when they re-painted the vehicle and when I came to pick it up they accidentally chipped the paint again. I asked them to repair it, they were very apologetic, fixed it no problem, and gave me a discount. The car looks great now and I have no complaints about the quality. The work ultimately cost half as much as it was quoted at another body shop. My only complaint was the long time it took due to accidentally chipping the paint job twice. However, they made sure I received quality work and they gave me a great price. I would recommend due to their customer service, quality, and competitive rates.Service: Painting

We had a wonderful experience with COW. They did the estimate of the damage on the car in a timely manner and explained fully and completely what needed to be done, how they would do it and how long it would take. The car was done when they said it would be and the job was done perfectly. No one would know that it had been repaired. The employees were friendly and welcoming while still being professional. This i s the second time we have used COW and I will continue to use them if the need arises. I highly recommend using COW for any and all repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We had some minor damage to an almost brand new vehicle. Our insurance wanted to lowball us on the parts, but COW advocated for us to get everything covered. I had a bumper on a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee that needed to be painted due to a minor accident. I am EXTREMELY picky about how things look as it was a brand new vehicle and I wanted it to look perfect and like new. I had two close friends in the car business refer me to Bob at Collision On Wheels so I felt comfortable going there. They met and exceeded my expectations! My jeep looks amazing and the color matches perfectly. I tried to find a flaw and couldn't. They were very patient with me and wouldn't let me pay until they knew I was 100% satisfied, which I was. Prices are very fair and reasonable also. I have already referred two friends to them and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car. Thank you for the great experience!

These guys are terrific. They did good work on our Acura and had it done earlier than promised. They were honest enough to deduct a part that they had purchased for the repair but wasn t needed. Coupled with my $150 off $1000 coupon (even though the part credit took my cost down to $900), my total cost was $250 lower than the original quote!Nice people. Good quick work. Honest owner. What more could a customer ask for? Thanks, Bob, for a job well done.

I've just had the front bumper replaced due to a tire thread scrap hitting the fog light on the highway. COW did an awesome job in less than 48 hours. Not only was the not so common paint color matched to perfection, they addressed an old scratch on the passenger side for free. The shop has an agreement with a nearby Enterprise car rental so you can arrange to have a rental while your car is being fixed. Highest quality job with a friendly service and a great price. I would rate them at six stars if I could.

Getting into an accident, hitting a concrete berm as you struggle to control your car in ice, etc. These situations suck. However, I've been to COW twice for auto body damage, and both times have been flawless and smooth. The team is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and they get the job done at the best price possible. I got into an accident in a car that was new to me for only 3 days. They worked closely with me over the 3 weeks it took to get the job done, which included a trip to mechanic shop for electrical work in my drivers side door. I was worried about how this would work, but COW managed the entire process extremely well. Wrecking your car sucks, but COW has always made it a less than painful process.

The quality of work was good. But communication was terrible. I had to reach out each time for an update. I emailed no less than 4 times to get info on timing. The process took awhile, which was understandable given the circumstances. However, they should be more proactive in communication so I know when to expect my car back. I even had to ask twice to get a detailed invoice after I paid.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose Collision on Wheels because they were a local business. I am extremely satisfied with their excellent, thorough, professional service. Their work is very neat and complete. They took care of my car so that it works fine. Their charges were very reasonable. The time it took to repair my car was also very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them for any body work.

COW Autobody Reconditioners is possibly the best body shop I've had the pleasure of doing business with. And that's saying a lot considering nobody likes a trip to the body shop. Bob and his entire team are nice, kind people who are genuinely good at what they do. They also love what they do and it shows in the quality of their work and the quality of their customer service. If you need some body work done on your vehicle, don't hesitate--this is the place.

COW did a great job on our mini van, you'd never know it had been damaged! They smoothed out a crease from a parking fender-bender and matched the paint perfectly. Staff was helpful and stayed in touch during the repair. Will certainly use them again.Mark

A great team that fixed hail damage on my car. Brittany was incredibly helpful and understanding of my problem. Her and her team worked with the insurance company to provide a supplemental claim, quickly, conveniently and easily on my behalf. They exceeded expectations and provided incredible customer service, going above and beyond to rescue my vehicle.
