Brian and the gang always help me out with my oil changes. I like to work on my own car, but live in an apartment. These guys are honest and know what they re doing. I d trust them with any other issues if I needed to. Reasonably priced for the quality of work. Support local businesses.

While travelling to Columbus to see the Blue Jackets play our brake warning light came on in the car. The next morning we found Complete Brake service on line and noticed the excellent reviews. Fortunately it was open til 2 pm. We arrived before noon and Brian (owner) determined it was the brake line. The car was repaired by 2pm and we were very pleased. Great service at a very affordable price and to top it off a hockey fan. Thanks again Brian!

Hi! This is Brian of Complete Brake Service, Inc. It is finally time to Retire! Just here to say Thank YOU to all the CBSInc. Customers over the past 38 years! I appreciate your loyalty, your word-of-mouth advertising, and referrals. I was often too busy to smile or tell you in person that I appreciate your patronage. It is a bit tiring working 6 days a week; which is why the time has come to rest a bit. I called in on a Monday describing a brake line failure issue, had the car towed to Brian at complete brake service after he gave me a quote, Got a call 10:50 am Tuesday from Brian confirming work and price, then another call at 2:30 pm that the car was done. Excellent service and experience beginning to finish. You get what you pay for, thanks Brian.

Honest mechanic!! He told me my jeep didn t need pads replaced, then put the wheels back in and didn t charge me. Cheaper than the competition by 25%. Get on down to complete brake service.

I trust these folks with literally every truck, car, and automotive repair repair I have had for the last 10 years and I have been treated exceptionally well! I have been taken advantage of by other heavy truck shops that will remain nameless here in the public forum (Mark @T.F. ).... #CompleteBrakeService has just taken on my most prized possession to help me restore what I started more than 17 years ago and has been sitting for the last 10 years show my kids will have something to look forward to for years to come! I highly recommend!!

Brian at Complete Brake Service was awesome. I called in-advance, discussed my repair issue. Brought-in my vehicle early the following morning, I was called to discuss items needed & pricing before work was done. All work was completed in just a couple of hours. Amazing!!!!! Best service I ve received with my truck. They said to come on in the day I called, test drove the vehicle before and after the service. They were quick and had good prices. 100% recommend and am so thankful for them!

Do not be put off by their straightforward and abrupt telephone mannerism. These are older gentleman who work on cars, not receptionists. They do not fool around. Once they call you to tell you what the problem is with your vehicle and the price they will immediately begin fixing your car. Expect a call in a matter of hours to pick up your car. Their prices are very reasonable, much better than any dealership. Great value for the professional experience and knowledge of these mechanics. They work on all types of car issues, not just brakes.

Great place I had my car towel there and they done a great Job on my wheel bearings and ball joints. I will be taking my vehicle there again if I have any problems. These Guys do explain to you every thing they have done to fix your vehicle. I give them two thumbs up and 4 stars

Was my first time coming here after a recommendation from a family friend and was not disappointed at all. I called ahead to make sure they could get my car in and took it there and had the oil change done in less than an hour. Needed my brakes and caliper repaired. Called this place because everyone else's prices were outrageous! Looked the guys up on google and seen some reviews, so I figured why not. Called in, was quoted a price. Took my car in and the price was the same with no pressure of them trying to get me to have something else fixed. Really appreciate the repairs! A LITERAL LIFE SAVER.I had to drive to Virginia the next day and my brakes were so horrible I was scared to go. I was able to get in that morning, get my work completed, and at a *super* reasonable price too. So so grateful - appreciate the honesty, the integrity, and the helpfulness so much. No aggressive sales, no pressuring me to get work done that I didn't need ... just honest, upfront work at a fair price. I'm a customer for life.

I have taken many vehicles there for years and have received excellent service, plus a ride to downtown to work. The pricing is very straightforward and the work is prompt. You'd be hard pressed to find a more honest mechanic than Brian! I highly recommend Complete Brake.

I went in thinking I needed both my front and rear brakes done - after inspection they said I only needed my front done, saving me $300! They will not try to scam you out of money, and are very timely with great service. Definitely recommend!!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

They care about your business & not your money.. they provide accurate estimated code before the repairs and will never charge for any unnecessary repairs that your vehicle does not need.. Job Done Right.. Honest people!!

The best place for auto service anywhere! I've been coming here for 30 plus years! Same owner! Honesty!They will never sell you something you don't need! And if you're budget is tight, The owner will help you map out a solution! Best prices on parts as well! SHHHH!! Dealers buy parts and service from here! (used cars).

I wasn't able to drop off my vehicle, so CBS offered me a future appointment. We both held up our ends of that bargain and the work was performed expeditiously while I waited. Quite satisfied!

We'd had a sudden need for a full brake job mid day and were worried we were going to be without a car. Thanks to Complete Brake Service that wasn't an issue!They completed a full brake job on my back brakes within 3 hours and the best part is it didn't cost me much of anything. The staff was understanding and I will be returning for any brake related issues to my vehicle!

Not usually one to write reviews but, my brothers and I were on our way home from visiting my dad at the Cleveland Clinic when we thought we were experiencing a brake issue on my F-150. We pulled into Complete and after about only a 20 minute wait they had the truck up on the lift. They inspected both front brakes and found nothing to be concerned with. They sent us on our way with a NO CHARGE. Just wanted to say thanks as we did make the final 3 hours of our journey home with no issues !!!! Thanks again

I've taken all my vehicles to Complete Brake Service for over 25 years for brake service as well as other numerous mechanical services. Their mechanical expertise and quality of workmanship are far better than I've ever received from any car dealership. Honest pricing, mechanical expertise and quality workmanship are the reasons that I continue to take my vehicles to Complete Brake Service.

Brian the owner is fantastic. Gave me a very fair price and even offered same day service when I told him I needed my brakes replaced ASAP. Will absolutely be returning and recommending friends.

Great professional place! Recommended by Skip's RV!I had RV brake line and pads replaced and they did excellent job!Then I had RV Brake issue and they gave me cheapest option to work around the issue and keep Brakes working fine!

I have a 02 Ford F-150 and so far ive gone to them for front brakes and new front hubs. Work has been great, pricing has been fair, and honestly some of the fastest ive ever encountered. Their quotes are straight forward and they put no pressure on you to buy more than you need. Ill keep coming back!

Brian was AMAZING!! We called him at noon on a Saturday needing brakes desperately on our RV so we could keep traveling. Brian accepted the work and had us back on the road in a few hours. We can t thank him enough!!

These team is fantastic! I spoke to Brian who got me in quickly, only took an hour and priced 30% less than the big franchises! Highly recommend them
