Editing to add that the owner Mike reached out to make things right and was extremely apologetic about how things have been lately and assures me things will be back to normal very soon! I m happy to continue doing business with Colvins Complete Auto Care!!!I ve been what you call a very loyal customer over the last year, spending nearly $4,000 with them to get my vehicle fixed after purchasing it August 2022. They, at first, provided 5+ star service. I loved them because they didn t treat me any different than they would a male customer. They were also very knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly and super reasonable with pricing as well as being very prompt and responsive about getting back to me with a quote while fixing and returning my vehicle back to me within a timely manner. Recently (the last few times I ve taken my vehicle in), my experience as a customer has consisted of me having to call near the end of the business day to check on my vehicle because I hadn t even received a quote when they always called me before noon before. The last time I went in, my vehicle was there for nearly a full 2 business days and wasn t even touched or looked at to diagnose. Although, the owner Mike still has the overall friendly and trustworthy vibe to him, his business is now what I d describe as over booked and understaffed to the point where they aren t even able to take care of their most loyal customers who have spent thousands of dollars with them. My boyfriend, who is also a pretty loyal customer, has also taken his vehicle in recently for a brake and rotor replacement (he has a lifetime warranty on them through this shop), for them to have his vehicle for an entire business day and by the end of the day when we went to check on it and his car hadn t even been moved from where we parked it at drop off when they opened. The explanation was that they hadn t had the time to look at it yet. As sad as it makes me to have to look for another mechanic, I feel like I am left with no other option.

So trustworthy, down to earth, outright helpful. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Mike is so nice and is always willing to squeeze us in when an urgent issue comes up. Best perk is the office doggo to visit with when you're stressed about car issues.

Owner replaced front and back brakes .$800 . 5 months later my back brakes were screeching!i called the owner to let him know my brakes were screeching loudly 5 months after work. He told me that I could have my car towed there 2 days later (Wednesday). On Wednesday morning, he told me he was sick and he didn t know when he could take my car. I asked for Thursday and he wasn t sure. He could not say when he could work on my car. Because I could not be without car for indefinite amount of time,I had it towed to Firestone. Firestone said the back brakes were NOT done! When I called him and said Firestone said there had not been work on back brakes, he told me that I should have brought it into him on Wednesday. Firestone also said there was no damage to my calipers. He refused to refund any part of my money. I reported the company to Better Business Bureau.I am rejecting this response because:

TRASH! DO NOT GO HERE!! My sister went here in July and paid almost $900 for brake repair (front and back) and he never did the back brakes!! She discovered it when her back brakes went out (a few months after the initial repair) and took it to Firestone. Then when she brought this matter to his attention he took NO accountability and REFUSED to give her a refund for work that was never done. This is ripe for a lawsuit!! DO NOT GO HERE!! TRASH!!

July 31 had front and back brakes done. December 3 having bad grinding. On Monday, owner said I could bring it on Wednesday. On Wednesday, he said he cannot do it and probably not Thursday either. Spent over $600....and 4 months later must take to someone else. Pissed!

I took my car in to have the water pump and thermostat replaced. The type of car I have is difficult for many auto mechanics to deal with, so they choose not to and I don't blame them. I got parts for another shop to do the repairs, but they said they couldn't after I showed up. But I went to Colvins with the parts, and they replaced them quickly and saved me money doing so. The kind service, the expertise to handle difficult vehicles, the timeliness and the great cost has earned them another customer. I see why so many trust them with their vehicles.

My fiancee dropped my truck off early in the day and was told they were backed up and it would be a while before they could get to it. Understandable. However close to the end of rhe next business day as I rode by I noticed my truck hadn't moved yet. When I pulled in to ask why it hadn't been looked at, a totally unprofessional mechanic asked me what I was going to do. So I took my business elsewhere.

I've been to Colvins several times, and Mike and the staff are always fast, trustworthy, and they take the time to explain what's wrong and what the repair process would be. I'm usually nervous about auto mechanics since I don't know much about cars, but I've brought my car twice and they did free inspection work and got my check engine light turned off without charging. I would recommend them to anyone and am always happy with their service!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Where do I even begin...idk what I would've done without Colvin and his techs. They're amazing! Got my car back up and running without breaking the bank. He gave me a fair price for all the work and stuck to his quote. I love the fact that he took the time out to inspect my car and pinpoint the problem. I'm so thankful for everyone at the shop. They did quality work and gave me peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. My family mechanic for life!!

My headlights went out and every place I called either wanted hundreds of dollars just to see what was up, or wouldn't be able to get me till a month later. I don't know if y'all know, but riding with headlights out is a ticket waiting to happen.I was getting frustrated and was stressed out, then I made a call to Calvins Complete Auto Care. I was told to bring the car by cause he wanted to see what was wrong with it. Found out I had one light had got jostled and caused both to go out.The lights were replaced and the cost was under 50$. Not only was it fast, but it was efficcient. Thank you Calvins Complete Auto Care!! I will definitely be back!!

I called Colvins Complete Auto Care in a panic. Mike was able to get me in to look at my car in a very timely manner. He didn't cheat me, he let me know what was wrong and helped me to prioritize the needs of my car. He was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. His prices were reasonable and he even called to let me know before changing anything in regards to what we had originally talked about. My car is riding smoothly and I'm back to feeling confident on the road. Thank you Colvins Complete Auto Care for a job well done! I definitely plan on coming here for all of my future car needs.

My name is Brian and I was referred to the shop by my parents. Not only did Mr. Colvin have my car ready within an amount of time that far exceeded my expectations, his prices were very reasonable. When he says your car will be ready at a specific time he truly is a man of his word. He can expect to see me in the future for any auto care needs. Thanks Again!!!! I can't remember it was Nov/Dec. Needed a oil change. Which Mike did. Was having problem with steering wheel shaking. I had been to other places. They said I needed tires, but no big deal. More annoying than anything.I had been to Pa and Cleveland several trips just annoying right...Mike checked my tires and told me to look at them. Little metal from tire showing, it was silver. Mike told me I was at risk of a blow out. I am grateful to him or I would have been driving along still thinking it was an annoying shake. Yet my life and others were on the line.Thanks Mike for checking, and for the work you've done on my car. And most of all your honesty. Not trying to beat people out of their money. I stood there and listened to some of your calls to customers. You are honest.A satisfied customer

He's the best l 've taken my car for service many times. There's never a big wait. he's very professional. I think mike is reasonable in prices.I strongly recommend everyone to experience colvins complete auto.

I ve been thinking about writing a review for some time. The thing that I love is that people here love working with cars. It s their job and their passion. It s also cheap too, lol. You can trust the mechanics and they re friendly. My dad and I come here for any problem nowadays. If he can t do something he ll refer you somewhere else that will do that. He s extremely helpful and I will be back for any issues with my car. I trust him with it.

My car needed a tune up and Mr colvin got my car in and out. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took good Care of my car. I would definitely recommend I sent my husband to him to get his breaks done five stars well deserved

I had to get my breaks bled and and oil change. Not only did the job get done quickly it was done right and I didn't have any further issues with my car. The price was fair, and competitive to other shops. The mechanic and owner also made sure to give me advice on necessary car maintenance specifically for my car. I always appreciate it when mechanics do this. It shows they know about cars and it shows they care that your vehicle stays healthy/working. I will be coming back for all my future car needs.

Had a great experience with Mike, Leon and the big guy (I never got his name) but they are very friendly and very helpful. Colvins Complete Auto helped me when no one else seemed to be willing to... They helped me with a DIY repair for my press-in wheel bearings and I will certainly be thinking of them for future projects, especially engine maintenance like timing belt, water pump, etc. Thanks for your help guys

My experience at Calvin s Body Shop was absolutely amazing! I came in with an electric issue but had no clue what was going on. He explained a few things that could have potentially been the issue. I left my car with him and he actually took the time to pinpoint out exactly what the problem was. He quoted me a fair price to fix the issue and he kept his word. Now a days it s hard to find a honest, fair, hardworking person. Needless to say at Calvin s Body Shop he carries himself with integrity. I WILL be referring everyone I know to Calvin s! Thank you soo much for getting my car back up and running! I am beyonddd grateful!

its been a long time since Ive met a mechanic that is as honest and trustworthy as Colvins. He worked diligently on my cousins car until he found the problem and it was a small problem that he didn't just guess and pull a problem out of the sky and charge for it. I'm glad we chose him!

Colvins Complete Auto Care, handles our Fleet at Metro Transportation. Mike is wonderful and handles our fleet in a timely manner and always takes cares of us . He never overcharges us and is very fair with his pricing . we have been very happy with his service and will continue to use Colvins Auto Care.

Mike worked on my Chevy pickup replacing a water pump and transfer case seals he did an awesome job and also did some welding on a tractor seat for me. He's a great mechanic and offers great prices come see him!!

I just moved to the area and was looking for a "Reasonable and Trustworthy" mechanic. Colvin's more than exceeded my expectations. Mike and his dad took the time to answer my questions and their rates were cheaper than anyone else nearby. PLus he didn't charge me to look at my car. Thanks Colvin's.

I knew that location from a good experience I had with another mechanic. I didn't know it changed owners. But, boy when I got there MIKE COLVIN was one of the best mechanics I've come in contact with! There was some scraping that I heard in my tire area & he just tried & tried to find it at ALL costs. He told me to come back in an hour & he would check it out & he was indeed a man of his word. That means a lot. He found the problem & it's HISTORY. I'll definitely be referring COLVIN's Complete to everyone I meet. I should do a jingle for them, I'm so extremely pleased... Thank you for your courtesy, I'll be back!!

Very honest!! Won't push you into buying anything..would recommend to anybody. This will be my go to car repair shop
