Tony was awesome! He helped me pick out an awesome set of wheels and tires for my Jeep Gladiator. The entire process was smooth and quick. The install team did a wonderful job as well! Highly recommend Columbus Car Audio for all your upgrade desires!

This was the third time we've dealt with the Morse Road location. We called to make an appointment for window tinting and spoke with James. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Luckily, we were able to make an appointment for the very next day and wouldn't have to leave the car overnight. When we dropped the car off, we dealt with Nathan (since James had the day off). Again, we received the same level of service. Ashley did the tint installation and did a great job!I highly recommend this business and this location. They always provide great products and excellent customer service.

Absolutely stellar experience at Columbus Car Audio, thanks to James Marvin! From start to finish, James went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did he help me select the perfect audio system for my car, but he also took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable insights. One word... FANTASTIC! My Bluetooth in my vehicle after 3 years stopped working. When I arrived at this place I was greeted by Nathan who was very professional and courteous. Nathan took information from me and made me feel comfortable. Nathan went outside with me to observe what was happening. Throughout the process, Nathan kept me informed. When the vehicle was ready to be picked up, Nathan walked out with me to my vehicle to ensure all was working as expected. What a wonderful experience. Thank you Nathan and Austin, who serviced the vehicle.

Amazing experience at Columbus Car and Audio. Recently purchased a new car and the sound system left a lot to be desired.. Ryan designed the perfect sound system for my car and I couldn't be happier. Shout out to Terry for the installation everything looks OEM and extremely professional. Also, had my car windows tinted; Ashley did a fantastic job matching the front windows with the back privacy glass. Would recommend Columbus Car and Audio for any future work, thank you for the great experience!

Both Jessica (front) and Tyler (installer) were awesome! I had a two channel dashcam installed. I waited in-store, and they were done at 2h on the dot (less time than quoted).Awesome job, highly recommend and will be back if I need any other of their services in the future.

Great experience! Had been a long time since I had upgraded a car stereo. Took my bronco in and Nathan was very helpful in deciding what to do with it. I believe he said it was Tyler who did the install. Very impressive job! 100% would recommend!

I love working with the folks at CCA (& Accessories)! Last fall I worked with James Marvin to improve the sound in my new Golf R and he was outstanding at explaining how the technology works and being prescriptive as to what would work best for me. More recently, I worked with Tony Barker (aka The Wheel God of Columbus) who helped me find a the perfect set of wheels for my Golf and they look fantastic! I was a little hesitant to use a car audio place for wheels but Tony truly upholds the '& Accessories' in the firm's name. Both gentlemen are highly recommended.

I had my truck tinted 5 percent all the way around and 50 on the windshield. Brian explained all the benefits of going ceramic and it s significantly cooler when parked in the sun! Ashley did the install and it turned out perfect. The install was done same day and the price was fair. Columbus Car Audio is the spot to go for tint.

I had the Thinkware U300 front and rear dash cam installed on my wife's SUV at the Reynoldsburg store and the experience was great. We were by helped by Jay Cook throughout the entire process, and Todd Godwin was installer. I thought that the hardware would be large and limit visibility, but it is almost unnoticeable.Jay was informative, and patient (because he had to repeat some of the instructions to me several times) and professional. He gave my wife and me a great personal walk-through tutorial, and it was extremely helpful.

I stopped in to Columbus Car and Audio to look for new wheels. I was met by Tony Barker who was clearly an expert on car wheels and accessories. After consulting with Tony he suggested that instead of purchasing new wheels, that I have the originals powdercoated, and that job was completed through CCA&A and looks fantastic. I also had the roof wrapped with gloss black vinyl. Nate McMahon was meticulous and did an outstanding job. He clearly takes pride in his craft and treated my car as if it were his own. I love the new look of my car and have Tony and Nate to thank for it. I would recommend that anyone visit Tony at CCA&A for your vehicle needs.

Just a pleasant experience! Had a Kenwood receiver with Apple Car Play installed for my grandson s first car, mainly for safety reasons so everything is hands free. Nathan s experience with all the different brands was comforting and the install was very professional. Thanks all!

I moved here about a month ago and was in the market for a remote start and alarm system. Columbus Car Audio & Accessories came highly recommended.Nathan took the time to explain the features and prices of their many options. He got me scheduled with Mike in a very timely manner that fit into my schedule. The install was on time and done right the first time.With the level of service and quality upgrades, I will be returning soon. My next purchase may be tint or vinyl wrap.

We got ducked at The Ohio Jeep Fest from Columbus Car Audio & Accessories. We also had a Stinger Heigh10 installed. We greatly appreciated the excellent service from Jessica. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She is very professional and wasn't trying to push us into buying anything. After it was installed, she showed us how to operate the unit. We would also like to recognize Brandon who did the installation. He did an excellent job and had it done in no time. Thank you both, we are very happy with the Stinger!

Worked with Ryan to get my front windows tinted, called on a Thursday he was able to get me in the next day. Tinting was very affordable, after a couple days of the tint settling I can definitely say he did a great job. I am extremely happy!!

Nathan was great he explained everything, best customer service and Austin did a great job installing the new stereo. I dropped my car off Thursday night and it was done just after they opened at 9 :30 am I received the call. I would definitely recommend

Had Katzkin leather installed , only installers somewhat local 1.5 hours round trip !Dropped my truck off Thursday evening, they had it read right at closing Friday.Did a quick look over a function check of power seats, well didn't have a chance to check the heated seats or think about ,And left a bracket off the rear seat !Place is only open Monday -FridayOver the weekend realized the heated seats didn't work , did a quick look under the seats and found a few empty connections and one wire tangled up under the seat , couldn't find or see the passenger side wire connection at all !I called first thing Monday, got scheduled for that next Friday to bring it in , another 1.5 hour round trip , was first told a fuse was bad , then told nothing was wrong, Don't appreciate being lied to , people make mistakes and it probably was a rush to finish up on a Friday, Own your mistake and don't lie to customers !Manager did try to somewhat apologize , did offer me a discount on future accessories! I wanted to give less rating but the manager did try to apologize.Katzkin leather is pretty nice

I stopped by the East Main Store a few back to ask a few preliminary questions about a potential project. I am thankful for Ryan for his patience in listening to my questions and helping us plan out the work. Ryan was able to get us what we wanted, schedule us around a very tight deadline and get the job done- The tech Dan Wilson, did an amazing job, the system looks amazing. We cannot the team enough helping us on this surprise gift.

Tony and James for the Morse road location, along with the team in the back were awesome! Had my husband's truck blacked out for Christmas and they helped me every step of the way in choosing options and explaining things to me. The Tint, smoked tail lights, wheels, and racing stripes look awesome! I would highly recommend them and will be going back with our other vehicle needs!

Very nice place & lots to offer, including car stereos, glass tint, paint covering, security systems, lighting and wheels. Jayson helped me out in person, it took 3 weeks to schedule an appointment & a full day to install the new stereo in my truck.They are very busy - which could be why the responsiveness on email or phone calls lags, but they try and make up for it in customer service.

Hands down the only place I will take my car for window tint and rims! Very professional and prompt service! Anthony and Tony were great about helping me figure out what I wanted and worked with my schedule to get it done ASAP! Love this place!
