I was referred to Andy by a friend of the family. I have never used a personal shopper for cars before, but my car died and I needed a car quickly. Andy held my hand every step of the way, guiding me through the process, the types of models that I needed to consider based on my concerns and the budget. He was accessible, reliable and fast. I would recommend him ten times over and when my son will be of age to buy a new car, I ll use him again too.

I don t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from the place. They lie about the vehicles and don t disclose all of the info.I bought a truck from this place in September of 2023. I asked the normal questions when buying a vehicle. Found some minor issues and got some money off of the total price. However for some reason they couldn t provide me with a carfax but guaranteed me a clean report. Decided i would take their word on it, bad choice. After daily driving the truck for about 2 weeks I noticed oil, coolant, and transmission fluid leaking in my driveway. The next day I took the truck to a very reputable local shop to have them look it over and tell me what they find. Since I had bought an extended warranty I had them look over the whole truck since it was there. After about a week I found out there was a long list of issues. Had the shop submit the work to the warranty I had purchased. After a few days found out the warranty only covered a very small portion of the repairs. At that point I decided to run my own carfax on the truck.I found out that the truck had been sitting for over 2 years and only moved 5 miles at the dealership after they told me it was only there for a few months. Spent the next week trying to reach someone at the dealership. Left my name and number multiple times expecting a call back that never came. After being without my truck for almost a month I finally got ahold of the GM. I asked him about the lies I was told when buying the truck and issues I was having and the repair bill I was going to have to pay just to get my truck back. I asked for some help with the repair since I wasn t told about the truck sitting for so long ( I wouldn t have bought it if I knew it sat for 2 years.) He basically blew me off and told me that he won t help with anything and that is my problem and hung up on me.

4.5 years ago I purchased a minivan and when it was recently time to get a another vehicle I returned to Columbus Auto source. Andy, the owner, was great to work with. He didn't have what I wanted on his lot but went out of his way to earn my business again and found me what I was looking for within my budget and in just a few days. Excellent experience!

The guys at Columbus auto source went over and above to make sure not only the car I was buying was in great shape and accurate to the description, but also to contact me back and got me the best rate on my financing! Couldn t be happier with Ely and Mark! Plenty of places to buy a car, these guys have cars in good condition and are happy to point out issues so they don t sell you something you aren t expecting, and you don t buy something you don t want. Happy to recommend to others.

Andy has helped me with 2 repairs now, soon to be a third. The first time around my car was completely dead - I was working 7 nights out of the week as a student and he scheduled and handled the tow for me the very next morning while I slept from my ER shift the night before. My car was fixed within a day of dying on me for a price wayyyy better than any other shop could give me. Second time was a tire issue right before I needed to go out of town - got me in immediately and at a steal. I m moving out of state soon but will continue returning for all non emergent needs as I don t think anyone will beat the prices or customer service.

Bought my 2005 trailblazer today and was in and out within an hour. My salesman was great and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back when I'm ready to finance a car. Thank you Columbus Auto Source for a great experience!Edit: 5 days after I purchased the vehicle, the water pump went out on. Leaving me on the side of the freeway on my way to work. My ex husband comes to where I am he realizes that it was the water pump. Well needless to say I have replaced 3 water pumps and a fan clutch. Out countless amount of antifreeze. A few days of missing work unpaid, with no vehicle . I called the dealership and spoke to Doug and he stated that I bought the car as and he typically doesn't do anything in this case. He asked that I call him when I get it towed to a shop. I wasn't able to tow it anywhere right away due to finances. So a week later it finally made it home. I've had it for 2 months and literally have only driven it for 2.5 weeks total. I'm beyond upset because I have made every attempt to call the dealership and ask for Doug and I either get hung up on or they say he's busy on another call that he will call me back. I'm at a loss on what to do. I am never the one to put stuff like this on websites but I spent all of my savings on this car for it to do this angers me. I would like some help figuring this out.

Andy came in on his day off JUST to show us cars that we were interested in test driving due to a hectic work schedule. We bought a car that day and are ecstatic with our buying experience. 100% would recommend. Don't listen to the haters, they are just looking to cause trouble. Awesome experience from the moment we walked into the door, untill we drove away I'm out new car.

I purchased what I thought was a great suv in December. They said they would fix whatever had the check engine light on, after 3weeks I received it back, the light was off. But within another 3 weeks I had to pay to get repairs done, and take a loan out just to fix it. Here I am about to drop more money in to to fix what they claimed they had fixed when they kept my car back in December. If I would have known I would be dropping money like this I would have gone else where. I'm very disappointed and feel like they have taken advantage of me because I'm a woman, and my husband is disabled. Please if you buy from them take it to a shop and pay someone to check the entire vehicle out.

These people sold my daughter a vehicle and the engine blew up in less than 5 months. They told us outside it was a great running car and he was driving it around before selling. I m contacting the attorney generals office, bbb and a lemon law lawyer to get this settled! They try to tell me to come trade it in and wouldn t even offer to help!

Our entire warranty is now wiped out to repair the faulty mess of a vehicle that we bought from them.All of the things we ve paid to have fixed are things we were told were good to go on the vehicle. We need a resolution.

I used to have a really really nice review on here. But I m so furious at this dealership, and with Matt and Ely that I dealt with. Matt seemed very nice but I m questioning that now. And when I called back a few days later to speak with Ely, an owner, he couldn t have been more awkward and short with me, as if he knew the problems I was probably already experiencing and he wanted to avoid me.I got a great price on the car I bought, but I m pretty sure it s b/c they knew what was actually wrong with it and lied when I asked. I even put more research in to this car than normal in hopes this wouldn t happen.If you buy a car from here, do yourself the favor or getting the extended warranty. Luckily I did b/c a new engine 3 weeks later was just the beginning of what happened with my purchase.Unless you are in desperate need of a car, keep looking before you go here!!!

So far, everything has been excellent. I purchased a truck off Matt, but I also worked with Ely on the deal and compared to some of the other dealers I had to deal with - these guys were straight forward and could not have been more helpful - no high pressure, no underhanded anything (and I have read some of the negative reviews even prior to purchasing, and can only say in my case I had absolutely no problems). I don't know these guys from Adam, but they seem pretty straight up to me from my dealings with them and I could not be more happy with the vehicle I purchased through them. They were willing to work with me on an acceptable price and were helpful after the sale with any questions I had. Trust me, if anything changes, I will will let you know, but so far, I am very pleased with everyone there and I would not hesitate to buy a vehicle from them. Go check out other dealers, as you should, but from my experience in doing so, and for my price range, this was the right place for me!

Andy and his staff were so helpful with the purchase of my car. He was so personable and he was quick to get back to me and answer questions I had about transferring the title of another vehicle into my name.Also, I hear they have the best prices for mechanical repairs!I would recommend Columbus Auto Source to my friends!

My car recently broke down and i needed a new car quick. I was referred by a friend to Columbus Auto Source and was not disappointed. They have a wide selection of vehicles for various budgets, and were very reasonably priced compared to other dealerships around. Our sales rep, Gregg, took great care of us, and was very honest and upfront about different vehicles we were looking at. At the end of the day, we were able to drive off the lot in a new car.The only reason i gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the interior of the car could have been detailed much better, but it didn't affect my car shopping experience in any way. My wife and I will definitely be returning in the future.

*******UPDATE****** 8/7/15 I just found out I need a new engine. It is burning oil somewhere according to my mechanic.I like the Mazda 3 that I bought for $6000 with tax & title. I bought it knowing it had a bad airbag which they said they would fix & they did. Less than 48 hrs after I bought it the check engine light came on & the AT light came on. I went to Auto Zone & they said it was one of several parts for the transmission. I called & talked to Luke & he said they would fix it but I had to pay for parts. I agreed thinking it is better than than nothing. I picked it up 2 weeks later for $565 & I was 1 mile down the road & they all came back on. I ended up getting it back again 2 weeks later. The sales guy was very rude & told me that I could get my car fixed somewhere else if I don't like the time frame & price. The manager Eli was very nice & understood why I was upset. I had it back 1 week & my A/C clutch went out & it was another $1000. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! They got there money & won't return my calls. I will be filing complaints with BBB & attorney general if they don't at least return my calls.

We bought an 2009 Honda Accord that was in great shape. We test drove it and bought it the same day. Ely, the owner, was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure the car was detailed and looking great. Financing was seemless and worked out very well. They also have a service shop that did oil changes at a reasonable price and was done when it was promised. Finally, any time I needed the car looked at, Ely had me to just bring it in and never charged to look it over. Thanks again, will be back to buy another car when we are in need.

While searching online I discovered a nice Honda listed at Columbus Auto Source. I sent an email to inquire about the vehicle. A salesman named Matt quickly responded to my questions and provided details about the vehicle. He provided me his contact information if I had additional questions, and even responded to several text messages during off hours.Coming from the north eastern Ohio area, I arranged a time for a test drive. Upon arrival, I found the vehicle to be as described. Matt worked with me over his lunch hour on a deal to trade in my existing vehicle and purchase the Honda at a fair price. I think I was there less than an hour total and drove off the lot in a much nicer vehicle. It is always a pleasure dealing with people with integrity who value your business. Thanks Matt!

Would highly recommend buying a car from here.Have bought two vehicles for my teen age daughters, both of which have been reliable starter cars.Did need a couple small things repaired but, hey it's a used car and things happen ! It's a comfort knowing I can call Andy and he has always been there to help, even after we drive the car off the lot ! Will plan to buy our next automobile from these guys in the near future !
