I went here after a friend said she had good luck with them fixing her car. I left it there with them because I had a leak and my car was grinding. The first time they looked at it I was told it was a wheel bearing, possibly both sides but they couldn't verify that without tearing it apart. I agreed to an overpriced amount because I just wanted it done and set a date. I dropped my car off on the agreed date and went to pick it up and they didn't even perform the service because they said it wouldn't stop the grinding because it wasn't actually a wheel bearing it was the tie rod ends. Long story short I took my car elsewhere, they fixed it at half the cost I was quoted there and a wheel bearing was all that was needed. Beware of you're a women trying to get your car fixed there because they will take advantage of you.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Lame they wouldn t even help me and I live down the street. Person was rude probably I m not his nationality but it s cool will never do service here

Been taking my car here for several years. Always get good service at an excellent price. They are honest and will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car and what needs to be done to fix it. They never try to cheat you by telling you something is wrong when it's not like other places do. I highly recommend this place. Two thumbs up

I recommend Cassady Auto Repair to everyone. I had a car that I thought needed new brakes, after I had it looked at in this shop, they found a faulty sensor was responsible. I knew they were being honest because the fix was much cheaper than the new brakes, and once the sensor was replaced the car was perfect. This is the most honest car repair I have ever been to, and I will always take my car here.

This place has worked on all my cars for almost 5 years. They are a small little mom and pop place but the best prices around and service has always been good.

The owner helped me out with my Ford fusion, had some more issues the following week and brought it back in, owner went on a test drive with me, diagnosed the problem then fixed it free of charge, very good service and prices

Worst experience I had at mechanic shop. They replaced the alternator in my car and ever since my car had more and more problems. The last one being the tension pully they screwed on too tight when they put the belt back its been making noise and a week later it pulled away and dropped the belt. I spoke to two other mechanics and each said you should take it back to whoever fixed the alternator, I took it back to him and he wanted me to give him another $300 for what they screwed up. Take you business else where and save yourself the money and time.

I'm from another state and got recommended. They have the best price and service took his time with a malfunction sensor. Wrong part twice and still he worked it out. Best keep secret..opps. great shop thank you.

the mexican guy hung up the phone on me in the middle of me asking a question. i think that is very disrespectful he didnt even care to say he didnt know the answer. i asked why cant you guys replace my 2012 chevy cruize ? is it something towards the car i couldnt even completely finish my sentence to him. he hung up on me and when i called back i asked for a manager and he said there are NONE on shift. where is the professionalism and TERRIBLE customer service.

This place is Columbus' best kept secret if you ask me. I'd like to keep it that way so I can keep enjoying their underpriced services, but I've never been good at keeping secrets. It's easy to find a cheap mechanic, but Cassady Auto Repair is also reliable and honest. I buy high mileage Hondas and Toyotas and drive them until they croak, so I get to know my mechanics pretty well. These guys are top notch.

They were so kind to me -- My coolant light was on and they stayed open late to fix it. My car is a huge pain to work on because it's a hybrid but they had no trouble and no complaints.

I recommend for anyone in Columbus, it's a great place for a repair. With in a short time, Mr. Yared fix my car in a friendly atmosphere with humble services. Its a 5 service. This place is my choice.
