I brought my car to Casey today for the first time, having just moved to Ohio a couple of months ago, not knowing a good mechanic. My car was stolen and recovered on Easter. I've been driving my car with a car charging cord since.Casey looked at it for a couple minutes and fixed it within those few minutes for FREE!!!He was amazing! So incredibly grateful for the excellent service!!! Thanks again

Very knowledgeable, diagnosis the problem the first time. Right on the money. Customer service excellent, personality outstanding. Highly recommend if your vehicle is not running properly, Casey and his few staff members are very knowledgeable on detecting the problem.Been living in Clintonville for a long time, this shop is excellent. I recently purchased a 10yr. old Toyota 4Runner with 110k miles. Took it to Casey's Village Auto for spark plugs change and throttle body cleaning along with a vehicle inspection. Answered all of my questions (very personable). I'm pleased with the service provided and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Thanks Casey's!

Casey and his team were a God send for us. They took care of replacing a PTU unit (part of AWD Transmission) in an emergency. They trusted me even though I was from out of State. They arranged to have the vehicle picked up on a day they are normally closed and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding experience. Casey and his team are extremely knowledgeable and very honest. I was paranoid I heard a slight tick in my 14 Grand Cherokee with the 3.6L Pentastar V6, original quote was for $1,300 (dealership wanted almost $6k) Talked to Casey for probably 20 minutes on the phone just about the lifters on this particular engine. He s a car guy at heart, and from what I can tell, knows what the heck he s doing. He could have easily charged me and did the work and I would have been a happy camper, but he said it wasn t necessary, the vehicle is healthy and I got out for less than $200. Honesty in the automotive industry?! Who woulda thunk.Separate experience: was quoted almost $3k to fix an exhaust leak on an 04 Lexus ES 330 (worth maybe $8k on a good day) from Firestone on Henderson & Reed Road in Upper Arlington. Casey and his team had it done for less than a fifth of that! A couple hundred bucks! Sounds as quiet as it did rolling off the lot in 04. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to this shop going forward.

I found out my car was in desperate need of new rotors and brake pads, and I was planning on driving home for the winter holidays. Even though Casey's was fully booked for about 2 weeks, they managed to fit me in so I could get home on time. They did an amazing job and were very kind and helpful. I am so grateful for them!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Casey s Village Auto Care. Casey was able to squeeze me into his schedule promptly. Casey went above and beyond to explain the repair. The work was completed same day! I highly recommend Casey s top-notch service and expertise. It s rare to find such a reliable auto service, and I ll definitely be returning for any future needs. 5 stars!

Great shop to take your vehicle to. Casey is friendly and knowledgeable. He's done repairs on my vehicles for several years now. I drive 2 hours to take my vehicle to Casey, who I trust to perform top-notch service. Hands down, best shop in the Columbus area with great service and reasonable prices.

They remember this car well. They repaired it perfectly and their service was excellent. Casey, Tim and all my friends. I miss them very much. Now the car is in Saudi Arabia and it is still working well.

Casey does great work. It's such a relief to have a mechanic that is reliable when your cars are not. You can expect a great explanation of the problem and what it will take to fix it, excellent workmanship and a fair price.

I came in after my car suddenly started making weird noises when I accelerated. I went into the office without an appointment and was met with nothing but kindness and a willingness to help. He kept my car and told me he would work on it that same afternoon. It was finished and in working order before the end of that business day. Casey really helped me out in a pinch. I realized two days before my move that my car didn t have the proper wiring to connect my uhaul trailers lights. Losing hope I asked him if it was possible to get that done and he assumed me with completed confidence he could. Dropped it off in the morning with my kit and he had it done by the end of the day. So I recently Just moved from Detroit to Columbus to open a shop in Clintonville. My car has never seen a mechanic, because I'm always worried if I take it to someone something might happen to it, I do all the work my self but didn't have the time to fix it this time. Then comes this guy named casey to my smoke shop and tells me he owns a Casey's village auto. What sold me is when he told me that he did a engine swap on his truck I knew he was the guy Im going to take my car too, and now my car drives like it's suppose to do and got all my power back definitely will be coming back for the future I highly recommend This shop, very very professional and respectful guy... To preface, I did not get any major repairs done on my car at this place, so I can t speak to their integrity in that respect. I had a check engine light with a code that suggested a bad MAF sensor or a vacuum leak; was going on a long road trip in a day so I didn t want to deal with it myself and decided to take it here. The guy looking at the car was very communicative and honest, wasn t trying to convince me to get unnecessary repairs -as a lady who barely knows how to change an oil filter, this is important to me. He ended up just cleaning the sensor and clearing the code- could ve done it myself but it gave me peace of mind that someone checked out my car before I went on the trip. Charged me a fair price for his time. I will definitely go here for any general maintenance I can t do myself.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Tim & the guys here are honest and do good work. They won't try to trick you into getting extra stuff done, and if you need your car to get to work they will make extra effort to get it back to you in a timely manner. Plus, their repairs are CHEAP (like, 40% less than other shops' quotes cheap). I don't trust my car to be repaired by anyone else!!

Very personable. Tim and Casey treated me great and got me in and out quickly. Was visiting my daughter and she needed brake work done. They took great care of it and very reasonable!! Highly recommend!!

Love this place and the employees, a good old fashioned mom and pop mechanic shop, I jabe had 3 cars worked on there, all jobs came in under estimate and all the work done was quality. Tim the owner is a great guy as well.

The people at Village Auto Care are wonderful. They are scrupulous, careful, and honest in all of my dealings with them. They have done "small" things for me on an emergency basis. They really seem to be both talented and wise when it comes to cars.

Terrible customer service.I called to see if they could fix a problem with my car. As I was 10 seconds in to explaining the problem, the person on the phone interrupted me with a extremely rude tone and said Are you asking or telling me? I was dumbfounded by his intense response. All I could say was what and then he responded again with okay so you re telling me and then started naming off days for me to come in.After that short and ridiculous interaction. I could never recommend working with this shop.

The best! The work ended up being $100 less than the original quote. Did not pressure me into having any unnecessary work done. Super friendly and quick service. I felt good spending my money there after I had left. Will be back!

Tim and Casey are solid auto mechanics and most importantly, they are honest mechanics. They do not sell you on unnecessary work. Plus, they care about their customers.

One of the few local shops left. Village is a place where every single job they have done for me has come under estimate.Tims a great guy, thier work is spot on and thier pricing is good. Honestly they are the only people who touch my cars

I was told I d have to wait a week for a part to be ordered and even asked if they needed to see it beforehand and was told no. My car had to sit the entire week due to the issue and I was unable to go anywhere. I then call the day it s supposed to be there and they tell me they d have to see it before ordering and that they don t know why they didn t call me. Then they call me back to say I d have to wait an hour for them to see it and they re booked out for an entire week so I have to go somewhere else. Which is completely ridiculous. If you promise someone something, fit them in. The communication is horrible and now I see why they are cheaper.
