Carstar did a PHENOMENAL job! I hit a deer a while back. I decided to go to them for repairs. They set up the rental, dealt with my insurance, and even dropped my vehicle off to me a day earlier than the estimated date of completion since I couldn't take off work. They did that free of charge. They even detailed my vehicle and gave me a 5 year warranty on parts that were repaired. They took fantastic care of me and were so professional and polite! Highly recommend to anyone in need of collision repairs! Will be returning to them for any work in the future.

CARSTAR was amazing from the initial phone call to when I picked up my car looking new again.They took care if all the rentals stuff too making sure when I dropped off my car, I would leave with the rental. They were extremely friendly and my car looks great. Doesn t even look like I was in an accident.Best experience ever and though I don t want to worry about collision repair in the future if it does happen I ll only be going here.

Great customer service. Bill Foley helped me tirelessly to make sure Progressive approved the repairs. The car was returned flawlessly and detailed inside and out. Hit a deer at 50mph and you can t even tell! Great body and paint job!

CARSTAR did a great job taking care of my car after a rear end collision. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They worked directly with the insurance company and took care of every detail. I ve very happy with the service I received and highly recommend their service.

My first experience was to get my car repair. Unfortunately, their cost was more than my insurance would allowed to pay. The customer service was very polite, friendly, respectful, etc. Carstar Collision Center made me feel good. They detailed my car. Great job

This place is really good when it comes to the services. We had a very small accident but none of the other places had an availability until 2 months from the time we met with the accident. David was very prompt with the call n also offered me the date within 5 days of our call. Bonus was they gave us a loaner without any charges n when we dropped the vehicle they helped us with in detail information about what needs to be done how long will it take. The staff extremely helpful and sweet and they take their job very seriously. They regularly called n updated us about where the process was and finished the work a day before the given date! Work on the car is so good that my car looks brand new and no sign of even a scratch on the car! Definitely recommend these guys in case u need genuine services! I took my Jeep Wrangler in to CARSTAR to repair some front end damage after a collision. The staff there were so friendly and kept me updated through the entire process. They even left me a cute little duck for Jeep! I'm definitely recommending this shop to anyone who needs their services.

This is the second time we ve had our Avalon repaired at Carstar. They are always friendly and courteous, and listen to all the issues we might have concerning the repair of our vehicle. Excellent customer service, excellent craftmanship and great people. I called on a Thursday, got my car in the following Tuesday and picked up the repaired car in less than two weeks. They understood that I was paying the car rental bill and met my request for a quick turn around. All the other places I called in my hometown area gave me repair dates that were 2 to 4 months out. The repair job is superb. The car looks showroom new. They worked with my insurance company and I paid only my deductible. If you need car body repair, call Dave and his crew. You will be happy that you did.

Excellent service. They were upfront about everything. Provided updates as they were able. Answered all my questions as best as they could. My car came out looking like new! Great company to get your car fixed (espically if the accident was not your fault!)

Although my vehicle was totaled, the communication between the staff and I was excellent. They kept me up to date with every move they made, and every time they communicated with my insurance company. When I went to remove my belongings from my SUV, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and they assisted me in making sure I had everything I needed.

The team is so nice and accommodating! And they fixed my vehicle twice within one month. They are very fast and they leave my car with that new-car smell! They are now my go-to for car repairs and I ll most definitely recommend them!

Hit some debris on the freeway and tore my whole bumper assembly off.Fortunately, my friend Rob is the Parts Manager at CARSTAR so at least I knew who to call. What I DIDN'T expect was the level service I received. They were just excellent! That's rare. Everyone from the receptionist, to the lady who did my inspection to the owner himself made me feel totally assured that my truck was in good hands. Front end lools brand new! And they made the entire process so smooth it was almost like the accident never happened. Thank you!

CARSTAR did a wonderful job on my vehicle repairs. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They made the process super easy! My vehicle was done before the expected finish date. They are fabulous! Fixed my husbands truck perfectly and the communication was great. They do RIGHT by the customer, no matter what and that s important when dealing with insurance claims. Also they even detailed the inside of the vehicle!!! Def recommend!!

Note: I was in an accident cause by another person. I had to use this body shop in order for their insurance to cover all repairs.I did not enjoy my experience overall.1. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my car after dropping it off. In my eyes, they should be reaching out with updates on a regular basis and customers should not have to wait weeks to hear when their car will be ready for pickup, etc.2. They ordered all the parts, said it would be ready a few weeks after repair parts arrived, ended up totaling my car after they started on the repair. I feel like this is an operations flaw. If you know there is potential for damage where you can t see, why wouldn t you do the disassembly before ordering all the parts and telling the customer their car can be repaired when you really haven t assessed all the potential damage.3. I was never notified my car was totaled. I learned of this 2+ weeks after the car was deemed totaled by this repair shop. And it was only because I called them given it was the week after they told me the car would be ready for pick up and I hadn t heard anything. I had to call twice to get someone on the phone as I never received a call back after leaving my first voicemail. I will say they (Carstar) inform me that the insurance company they were working with (Founders) prefer to let their customers know their car was totaled. Again, neither company notified me the car was totaled. This is just bad business to throw work over the wall and hope the other company reaches out without follow up.

Fixed my car up in less time than quoted. Looks better than before. Speedy work and great, friendly service. They also detailed the inside of my car and it looks better than when i bought it! Would recommend without a doubt. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but I definitely will if I need to.

I ve had body work and my car detailed at this location and they do excellent work. I would not trust my mustang with any body shop except Car Star Collision. They are reasonable, seamlessly work with your insurance to be able to provide you with the best service for your vehicle. They made the stressful process of needing my car repaired easy. They treated my car like it was their own, and after my recent detailing, they took excellent care of my car and she looked brand new again. Thank you Car Star! I would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a car repair shop that is owned and operated by people who care this is the place. The staff and team that took my brand new 2023 Kia in after I scratched her on my garage (ouch) was so professional, understanding and very timely it was like working with family they made it as painless as possible even working with my insurance. My car believe it or not looks even better than when I drove it off the lot. They also kindly cleaned the interior before I picked it up. I HIGHLY recommend working with Gary, Bill and the entire team at CARSTAR Collision center.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Not only did Carstar do a beautiful job on the body repairs of my Jeep, they were the nicest people in the world! They answered all of my questions and kept me informed while my car was there. My work was done under and insurance claim and Carstar even handled the car rental drop off and pick up! Top tier service and amazing staff! Thank you!

I was in an accident caused by another person. I had to use this body shop because my dealership referred me to CarStar.I did not have a good experience with CarStar.David, the person I was working with did not stand by his work on my van. I brought the van in as my back panel was not clipped correctly. In addition, I have an automatic liftgate, and CarStar replaced a broken taillight. When I opened the liftgate, it broke off a piece of the light. I asked David to replace the light, and he told me I would have to buy a new one.CarStar is a bunch of crooks and does not stand by their work. CarStar is unprofessional, and I am warning folks to avoid them like the plague.

I haven t been in that many accidents in my adult life. But the few that I have, have been awful. Mostly because of the auto body shops I have been to. They either are hard to get ahold of, don t communicate at all, or are rude. Carstar was none of these things. They were responsive, they communicated MORE than I needed (not a complaint) and they were upfront if they fell behind. I am hoping to never be in a fender bender again. But IF I ever were again, I d chose CarStar! :)

They did a great job! My window was smashed and they even put tint on the replacement to match the rest of the windows. Cleaned my car inside and out and also gave me a little ducky to add to my duck-filled dash :)

My car was vandalized at my home. The culprit slit my tire, broke my window and bent the frame, and left blood all over the place. Carstar was able to get me in quickly and finished the job beautifully and in a week! My car was cleaned and in excellent shape when I picked it up. Additionally, they had great communication and worked with my insurance company without any issue. Would recommend Carstar 100%!
