I am 100% satisfied with Car Audio Solutions. I found them on Google Maps, and called them out of the blue to see if they could fix my Do-it-yourself hack job on my car stereo system.I met with Hakeem who was fast, courteous, professional and easy to talk to. He is extremely knowledgeable and got right to work troubleshooting and isolating the problems. The whole job was done in under 2 hours (including time for small talk/chit chat). VERY reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed or upset when the bill comes. I highly recommend Car Audio Solutions if you are needing a car stereo system done right, or even if you're like me and got yourself in over your head and just want it to be fixed! Fast. Friendly. Professional. Reasonable. Quality work. Sometimes in life you just get lucky and I did today. Thanks, Hakeem!

Very professional. Set up time to have installed and they performed the job as promised and over delivered by addressing a few other issues that we were having with other electronics. There was an issue after we left that was related to the way our van lights took an abnormal time to turn off and they had us come right back in and fixed it right away at no additional charge. This is a band van for "The Quasi Kings" and we feel like we are safer as a result of their excellent service. Highly recommend.

I just had a remote car starter put in and they did an excellent job at a good price! They finished it in less than an hour and a half, about an hour and 20 min. I called today and I was able to bring it in today, which was great, especially since it's getting cold outside. The owner also gave me a military discount, which was nice because most places won't do that. He showed me how to use it and it worked perfectly. He was very professional and cordial. I recommend going there! Chuck

Was very pleased with their expertise, front car speakers were not working and after troubleshooting the problem, my system was at best. The wiring from radio to front speakers were switch out. Honest workmanship to recommend. Thanks, Andre

I am new to town and had my car broken into late Friday night. In a panic, while trying to get my busted window repaired, I called around town (and stopped by Best Buy) looking for anyone that could do a same-day car alarm installation. I had no luck until I called here.He was in the middle of another job, so he told me he'd give me a call back within the hour. He did and fit me in! They were all extremely gracious and nice. He educated me about the different types of alarms and even added in a remote starter. I called at 2pm on a Saturday and was out by 6. I'm so grateful they were able to fit me in, because that night my car alarm went off and I could hear it in my apartment through my new key fob. Extremely grateful for the extra protection while I adjust to Columbus.

I had a remote start installed on my wife s car, the prices were fair and the quality was excellent. We had an issue a few months later, called and came in. The owner explained what had happened and it was our fault it was having problems. They reset it and everything works great. Highly recommend!

Truly great service! Very accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The owner is an upstanding guy who helped me figure out some of the quirks of my car stereo system. He got it working and it ended up not needing another part. He was really generous with his time and expertise. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your car audio needs!

Had a very strange issue with my truck and the TouchScreen radio as well as AC control panel would go out together for days at a time. The team at Car Audio Solutions methodically worked through all the possible issues and eventually found the fuse/wire that was causing the problem. I think most places would've tried to sell me on replacing the entire system and cost me around 2 grand but the guys at Car Audio Solutions didn't give up, they found the small issue and didn't charge me for the fix but just a small fee for the time spent looking into it. I would highly recommend these guys!

I am very pleased with the install of my two way remote car starter. This place installed the remote start in 1.5 hours, and it was $325. This is $100 cheaper than the cheapest remote option (a one-way remote, same Compustar brand) quoted to me at Columbus Car Audio. I'm very happy!

AWESOME place to get your car upgrades. After having my Chevy trailblazer broken into, i went to these guys to get an alarm. They made a suggestion on what to get and i went for it. I had a few problems with the alarm, but it wasnt their fault. the Alarm did not work right and they installed a different brand and it works great. I also had them install a new radio since mine got stolen. Overall price for everything was average to other competitors. HERE is the difference.. Their customer service is beyond everyone else. They treat u like family or a great friend and make sure you are completely satisfied.. They earned my business for life..

Nice employees. Excellent service. Had installation done the same day as the appointment, and paid after work was done, unlike GeekSquad. Couldn't get an appointment with them for a month later.going back to have more work done this weekend. 5 stars!

Hakeem was so accommodating and worked so hard on my car to make sure I had the exact system and back up cam that I wanted! My car is European so everything was complicated and hard to take apart (I was turned away from several other shops before I found this one) but he did a fantastic job and quoted me half of what competitors in the area demanded! I highly recommend Car Audio Solutions if you need any work done! Thank you so much Hakeem!!

Took my Truck here to get an aftermarket stereo, backup and dash cam installed. Columbus Car Audio quoted a much higher price and wanted me to buy something there, refusing to guarantee any of there work.The guys at Car Audio Solutions had me in and out in a couple hours, everything worked, and at a much more reasonable price. Definitely recommend and will be back!!

The guys that work here are super nice, they re honest with you, and they have amazing prices. I m so glad I found this shop, highly recommend this place to anyone trying to get their cars audio system fixed. I had MAJOR problems with mine from taking it to someone who didn t know what they were doing, but these guys figured out what was done wrong, made it right and got it fixed for me. Knowledgeable and kind people who make quick work. Installed a suboofer and a new receiver. The sub initially didn t fit in my trunk, so they used one of their own boxes and it fits just fine now. I was quoted $250 but was charged more after the installation was complete, but after the complications they had it was more than understandable. I will be going back for any more speaker needs.

Took my vehicle in for amp install and speakers. If the speakers didn t work to rewire the speakers only to come back to pick up the car . Finding only the amp was installed for them to tell me there was something going on with the wiring when I told them the wiring I wanted redone still charge me $160 and when I got in my car my antenna wasn t even hooked back up. Poor Customer service as in trying to oversell everything in the store and not getting things done as they stated when I drop the vehicle off and still charged me for speaker install and amp hook up.

Excellent service!Called to check thier openings.. told me " come on by we are available ".. Pulled me right in and got started. Had to jump a few hopes but thats cars. They made sure everything was right and that i was a happy customer. Great family atmosphere and treat you like family.. i recommend you use them, they do A+ work.

I called this local business a couple days ago on a whim and was able to walk in and get a subwoofer installed within 2 hours. Price is good as well. So far the sound quality is on point.

Got two 12s hooked up. Service was excellent and very fair priced. Owner was friendly and personable. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their car hooked up.

Went to get subs hooked up and the service was great system sounds really good. The prices for services there are lower than other places I called. The owner is very cool, I would definitely recommend others to go here
