Part 2I proceeded to the counter and explained to Karen that I needed to get to my truck. She told me I couldn't be in my vehicle while they were repairing my trailer for liability reasons. If I needed to access my truck, I would have to wait for a technician to escort me. I was surprised because I had been in my truck for half an hour and even walked through the yard to get some food without anyone mentioning this rule. If I had known earlier, I would have disconnected my trailer and left it there so I could stay in my truck. Karen's response was I couldn't roam freely around the yard without an escort."Nevertheless, I informed her that I would wait for an escort to retrieve my soda from the truck so that I could enjoy it with my meal. After 15 minutes of waiting, she finally informed me that she could escort me back to my truck. I couldn't help but feel annoyed and frustrated as I wondered why she hadn't taken me back earlier instead of telling me to wait for a technician. Nonetheless, I followed her to my truck, hungry and irritated."As I was getting into my truck, I remembered I needed to grab a few more things. In the process of gathering my items, Karen came up to my truck and started banging on the door. I rolled down my driver's side window to see what was going on and asked if there was a problem.She immediately told me I couldn't stay in the truck. I informed her that I wasn't planning on staying in the truck and just collecting a few more belongings. She then yelled at me, saying, "IT DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO GRAB A SODA!!""I told her she couldn't dictate how long it takes me to retrieve my stuff from my equipment. I also let her know that I could sense her irritation, and if I was not moving as fast as she would have liked, she could have just said it. She responded angrily, saying that she wasn't irritated, and said that if I stayed in my truck, they would cease repairs on my vehicle. I told her to do whatever she had to do!Then She goes off hollering and screaming like a dam fool as if someone put a finger on her, saying, " HE IS REFUSING TO GET OUT OF THE TRUCK! HE IS REFUSING TO GET OUT OF THE TRUCK! !" Drawing attention to her from all the mechanics from the yard making a scene. go to part 3

I Could Give Zero STARZ I WOULD FOLK & TRUCKERS BEWARE Part1Upon arriving at the establishment, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and respectful staff. I checked in with one of the employees, who happened to be a brother, at the front desk and was asked to wait for a few minutes. While waiting, another employee approached me and asked if I had been helped. For the sake of this review, her name will be Karen. I replied that I already had, but she double-checked with the employee that I had already checked in with if I had been helped, which I found unnecessary.Despite this, I proceeded with the process and had my semi-truck and trailer taken in for repairs at the back of the facility. After waiting an hour and a half inside my semi-truck, I ordered Uber Eats.When the delivery was ready, I got out of my truck and walked from the back of the shop through the yard to the gate to pick up my delivery. On my way back, I attempted to re-enter the gate from which I came and buzzed the intercom system to let them know I was trying to get back to my truck and trailer. A lady on the intercom told me to return to the lobby to get access to the yard. This is when I had my second encounter with Karen. go to part 2

Part 3A mechanic approached my truck with a serious expression as if I had committed a crime. He took the side of a woman and informed me that repairs would stop unless I got out of the truck.I explained to him that she was being unreasonable and that I never said I was staying in the truck. I only wanted to get a few things out before they resumed working on it. However, he ignored what I said and insisted that I get out of the truck as if I was trying to stay in it."I responded by saying, "Okay," and got my things out of the truck. I waited for an escort back to the lobby. When I got back to the lobby, one of my team members called me and told me they recieved a call, claiming that I had refused to get out of my truck during the repairs. I became furious and started causing a scene in the lobby while she was still on the phone. I told him she was lying and acting like a "Karen.""After I hung up the phone with one of my team members, I felt upset and didn't want to be around negative energy and deceitful people. I finished my meal and went outside to wait on the curb. Later, my team contacted me to inform me that the repairs were completed, and they asked me to come inside to sign the documents and make the payment."When I went inside, Karen was at the counter. She told me she needed my driver's license number and my signature on the form for EFS payment. I signed the form and called out my driver's license numbers. She replied that she couldn't understand me and asked me to repeat it. To avoid repeating myself, I Placed my ID IN HER HAND!! She retrieved the ID number and then placed my ID ON THE COUNTER!! #IYKYK.At this point, I am outraged. I collect myself and manage my anger. The technician escorts me back to my truck, and I leave the premises.After analyzing the events, I can only conclude that the woman in question is prejudiced and does not like black people. Her actions towards me left me with this impression, as she showed no remorse, compassion, or understanding when I took three minutes to retrieve my belongings from my truck. Moreover, no one communicated their liability policy to me, which could have helped avoid this situation altogether. If I had known about it beforehand, I would have left my trailer for repair and stayed with my truck instead, which would have been more comfortable for me and spared me the unpleasant interaction with this individual."In conclusion, I suggest that this business hold a team meeting to discuss the order of operations, customer service, and success training. Additionally, the lady at the front desk needs to be replaced by someone more diverse who can empathize with each customer and handle their needs.Although the work performed was great, the customer service was terrible."

Capital Towing was awesome. James showed up quick and was careful with my vehicle. Fantastic customer service. Super speedy and was a pleasure to deal with. I don't think I have ever had such a great experience with a tow. I will be using them anytime I need a tow. Highly highly recommend.

DJ showed up promptly and was super courteous and professional. My truck broke down in sub 20� weather on an extremely busy part of interstate 71. DJ handled all challenges with obvious skill and without complaint. I would not hesitate to use capital towing again in the future. Call# 23-88720

Needed a tow from S. end of Columbus to Circleville. Josh (call # 91486) showed up within 20 min. Got the car loaded up in maybe 10 min, and we were on the road. Dropped it right in front of my mechanics door! He was professional, and friendly. Could not have been better. A+

I needed a tow and sat in my semi truck for over 8 hours! So i was having a bad day my wait was not due to capital towing! but when capital towing arrived and i met TreverCall# 89515 he brightened up my day his attitude on his job and life was the best i ever seen in a long time he made all my worries disappear with how he did his job and how he made me feel great great job and company!!!!!

Idk who the trash they have conducting their business for them when it pertains to answering the phone! I called today Sunday February 18th 2024 and the trashy receptionist hung up in my face, I think bc she was incorrect she got pissed and hung up. Refused to provide me with a name, and hung up on me again!

Charlie picked my wifes car up from an accident, I asked him to take it to a preferred body shop and he said it would be a $400.00 charge. I replied and asked well if I don't do that then what.... well we just take your car back to our lot. At that time, Charlie should have explained there was going to be a $400.00 charge to take it to their lot and get it out. I would have just taken it to the Body Shop, what crookedness.
