Transmission I bought was bad. Not only was it bad, the torque converter was to a different Transmission and it didn't have a filter in it and had an inch on silicone holding the pan on. No way the part was tested before it was sold. Week and a half later and problem still not resolved and no answer when calling. $1000 down the drain.

The owner treats him very well and is lenient in dealing, but his Mexican workers are not good, especially Vanessa. They ask for very expensive amounts without supervision, and they forget that the materials sold are used, old and damaged. I ask the customers to go to buy the used materials because they think they are cheap. If they are expensive, then the customers go. To the Auto Zone to buy, I invite the owner to review this and inform his workers so that there will be more visits and more sales

Visit this place trying to find a engine was ready to buy it but the Spanish guy on the forklift was ignoring me the entire time he walked in and out the shop and was looking down on some paper ignoring me every time he passed by i asked the front clerk for help and even that he wasn't busy or with a customer he said he couldn't do anything thankful I went to Fenix parts btw i highly recommend the engine was clean in a warehouse not in the yard getting wet rusty like this place i wish I could give them 0 stars i wont recommend this place at all is a waste of time.

Speaked with a very rude man on the phone who then went on to tell me that my car is too old and that the only place that would have it. Is eBay. Even though there s 96 and earlier at some lots. Very unprofessional. I recommend further training with your staff and employees before you let them answer your phone.

Placed order for transmission for my 08 suburban, $800 with core. Installed trans, bad, 30 day warranty. Im over hour away gave me issues to swap finally get replacement install that and its another bad trans. Sure they didnt even have a good one to sell me to begin with. Figured no way the second one could be bad ran out of warranty before i got to install it. If i could give this place zero stars i would. Will never do business here again and recommend anyone reading this not to as well.

I rated it 5 stars. This is a very reputable business with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought an auto transmission about 10 years ago and a few weeks ago, I bought a manual transmission, both at the best price in town! After installation they all worked perfectly. Highly recommend it. 5 stars again.

Bill at the check out desk brings a lot to this junkyard. He is very respectful to customers and is just overall easy to talk to. I go here very often & I've dealt with others but I can't say the same for them. The new young lady is very pleasant and good with customers as well. That's what it's all about, even if the prices are a bit higher than what you expected, the way you talk to people will determine whether or not they come back.

WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! 0 STARS!!!Drove all the way there and they tried to sell me a stated Good engine that didn t have an oil cap on it and was stored outside in the rain!!!Details:Called in on 3/13/2020 to purchase an engine for a 2007 Honda Odyssey. Angel informed me they had several compatible good running engines for that specific vehicle trim. I asked for a VIN so we could check the mileage they stated that was on the engine we needed to purchase. The VIN checked out so I headed there to buy it.Arrived before 3pm that Friday and waited 2 hours before they had it ready to load up. I wanted to check it out first but I paid for it to hopefully speed up the process. Guy on forklift brings it out. Engine appeared to have twice the mileage I was quoted. The VIN didn t match what they provided over the phone and the OIL CAP WAS MISSING!!!!! Keep in mind this engine was stored OUTSIDE!The engine likely had at least a gallon of water in it.No way I m taking a chance on that junk engine. Obviously mad at this point. I spent my time and money to get there and now since I m already here I asked them to get the other good engine.So Vanessa tells me they were closing up so I would have to come back the next day to get the good engine. SO I just wasted a 3 hour round trip drive, on top of the 2.5 hours I was there and my fuel to get there with no engine! So I called up the next day to see if they would make it right, and go figure, They didn t. They said they no longer had any of the several stated engines available. No regard for our time, money or respect.

first off, they have a really nice selection or vehicles but 90% of them have been picked over pretty good. Big john is a pleasure to deal with. But when I had a warranty exchange engine, they went from nice and polite to rude and inconsiderate. Mainly Ira, he is not very nice when he doesn't get his way. According to Ira they don't sell bad parts, lol it's a junkyard, it's gonna happen once or twice, that's why they offer a 30 day warranty, but if it's a big price tag part good luck, they really don't wanna warranty it, instead they want you to pay more and wait 3 to 5 weeks, plus there interchange "books" suck. But the lady upfront and big john are a delight to deal with.

Has to be one of the best salvage yards to deal with! Very friendly very reasonable. They seem to appreciate my business and after several visits I can say they always give me a good deal right up front. Highly recommended! Thanks! Pleasant Corners auto.

Much better inventory than their competition. Ron will clearly do you right and help you find what you're looking for. Best of all, their website has a list of vehicles that have arrived in the last few weeks, extremely helpful. I've been a customer for the last 20 years.

Nice clean yard very knowledgeable people mostly late model you are allowed to go in the yard and pull your own parts which is great usually yards it's got the newer model cars and the higher end cars they won't let you back there but they do they pull the engines and transmissions out make sure they're running correctly and the transmission works and they give you a 30-day guarantee not just one for knocking and smoking

I called to check if they had the part I needed.1. Took forever to answer.2. The guy was rude and condescendent.3. He hung up on me after I asked him for another part, saying he was not in front of the computer. Why then answer the phone? What's the point of having a phone number if u cant check the inventory? Aren't 99% of the calls about this anyway? He also said he didnt understand me, I think he couldn't hear me because of all the machinery in the background, he was very rude.They need basic soft skills and customer service training. This is always the last place I check for my car needs just because of their unfriendliness. I will not do businees with a company that does not care for their customers.

Worst service ever !! Called ahead to see if they had the part I needed,they said they had the part,drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there to only find out they didn't have it.The guy i talked to acted like he didn't have the time to even talk to me. Good luck if you decide to do business with them.

Best customer service I ve ever expected! I bought the wrong bumper for a Benz and received a store credit for over a hundred dollars and forgot about it in my wallet. 3 years later I had the misfortune of being involved in a hit-and-run, so I needed a few spare parts. Keep in mind the store credit receipt had been in my wallet for 3 years so it was very tattered and worn. Ron the pleasant gentleman who works the front made my day by honor the entire credit!They also have a vast variety of cars to pull from and get new cars in every week. I will always refer anyone who needs parts to Cantley s!

Process was simple quick and easy. I looked up if they had what I needed, called to double check. Gentleman at the front office was super helpful and found the transmission I was looking for quickly. He let me pull my car back and loaded up the trans and I'm on the way back home.And in all fairness, they do advise grabbing you VIN to make sure pars are correct for your application. Just looking around the office there were plenty of helpful signs posted around advising to triple check parts and methods to be as sure as possible on vehicle fitment

Depends which staff you get to help you whether you have a good experience or not. Usually I have a good experience here and get what I need at a decent price. This last trip though did not go as well.

Awesome place to get used parts from and best deals ever got. This is my first place to go get my parts and if they don t have it, they write it down and find it ASAP. I would highly recommend this place.Armon it s an awesome guy too.

They always tell me on the phone "yeah buddy we got that" " yeah buddy got one on the shelf" "oh yeah buddy, come on down, we got that" " yeah buddy got one in the yard, dont know if it still has the part but come on down buddy"...lol.and then its a hit or miss but so are most other places..have been given the wrong part a couple of times but i suppose that i should have double checked...I will say that the engines and trans that i have purchased have had no problems with and the guys have always been very helpful and friendly

Nice clean salvage yard they're pretty busy especially there in the office kind of a slight attitude but they're very knowledgeable prices are good but they will tell you they have something and you can walk the whole yard and never find it and mostly what they have is late model they do strip the engines and transmissions out set them off to the side check I'll make sure they're good and most of the other parts go in storage and tell someone comes in and wants it

A self service used auto parts yard with all vehicles low to the ground. Friendly staff. All engines are pulled out of the vehicles. Need to bring your own wheelbarrow.

I am a Lady meaning one that don't know much about cars and I was told after specifying what the exact vehicle that Ione I still was lied to about the part that I needed when I got there I took off the wrong part and even when I try to take it back and got a credit for it the next time I try to call in for that particular part they race the part higher than normal it was just very unfair and rude and every time that I tried to ask any particular questions someone that works there that takes Parts out of the vehicles is insanely rude it's just insane to be answering the phone and just being that nasty to people and it's every single time is why I had to mention

Some of the people that work there are rude and did not care to help any one. We asked to borrow a pair of pliers while the man was standing there and he absolutely refused! So we left with out getting what we wanted. Another man left saying the same as we was, that they were rude and not helpful at all!

My part was ready when I got there and the service is friendly and professional. I thought the gentleman that assisted me was very kind as he carried the transfer case to my vehicle for me. They earned their 5 Star Rating!

Poor customer service brought engine from them lasted 2 weeks went back to get an exchange they entered the wrong information in the system didn't save my number had to buy another one if you want poor service go there it was better when selven was there at least it was organized id prefer to pay more and get better service
