I was lucky to meet Mr. Christopher Diefendorf and Mr. Christopher Brown.They were very professional repairing my 2015 Toyota Sienna.The paint is perfect and matching to the limit you can't say I hade an accident.Furthermore, they cleared my headlights without me even ask for that.My van was professionally repaired and washed.They kept my car running while I was on my way to pick up my van to have it warm in this cold weather Thanks for all the people working in this store they were more than professional.Please check the pictures of my van before and after the professional repair

I just want to say that I recently visited caliber collision for some repairs that needed to be done. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top-notch condition. I highly recommend this location for all your automotive needs!

Very friendly professional service from start to finish. The customer service was top notch from everyone I encountered, from the front desk, to my adjuster all the way to the gentleman that pulled my car around for me upon pick up. Our process was seamless, my vehicle was complete ahead of schedule and the work completed was top notch. Extremely pleased!

Super nice people super nice place they do quality work and they re fast. The last shop took three months to do almost the same work. These guys took a week I highly recommend trust me you ll never find a better collision place.

I was in a car accident Christmas eve, lol the front of my car needed a TON of work done. Caliber was able to get it in and look at it so fast. Neil was the one who worked on my car and he did SO amazing! He kept me updated for the whole process and made sure I knew and understood what was going on! He reminded me of my dad, a super hard working, honest, all around awesome guy! Couldn't recommend them enough! And the lady working the front desk was SO nice too!! I don't remember her name She was really pretty and maybe late 30s MAYBE early 40s! Thank you so much you guys!!

The frustration of having to have a vehicle repaired after an accident was non existent while dealing with Caliber Collision! The customer service was exceptional, the repairs were completed in a timely manner and with updates. I highly recommend Caliber for all your body work needs!!

Caliber Collision & the team at the Boltonfield St location took a professional approach .. yet they were approachable and friendly & delivered - as promised.. Their Customer Service was perfect - from the "walk in the door" greeting, to explaining their process, the� notifications, the schedule, and providing the copies of the documentation. Also, they even completed the work in less than half expected timeline. Their repair work was thorough & even discovered car needed an alignment. My rep became ill and the GM even stepped in to keep the job moving along.� Also, the text�communication on the work progress of schedule was such a great tool! The end result was a quality job.� And, I am very pleased with the repairs & body work on my Nissan Maxima.� So thankful Nationwide & a friend suggested them as an option.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Going into a body shop that the insurance company suggests (especially when it s the at faults insurance) is always a scary thought. But Caliber in Columbus off of hall rd and bolten field st is TOP NOTCH. Neil and Liza were a delight to interact with. And not only did the repair happen in the given time frame, but I left the car with what appeared to be a targeted bird crap attack and the detail work/car wash that Caliber did was completely unexpected and gorgeous. Thank you!!!!

Caliber Collision took care of my vehicle and got my car fixed at the end of the week when I dropped it off on Monday! I recently got rear ended and decided to try out Caliber Collision. Upon inquiring for an estimate all the way to picking up my vehicle, the staff were awesome all throughout! My car looks brand new again inside and out.

Big thanks to Neil and Eliza for the tremendous service to my vehicle, not once, but twice. I'm grateful to have a dependable repair shop to support, and while *knock on wood* I hope to not see Neil again anytime soon, I know that if/when the time comes I'll be in good hands. He and his team are professional, timely, great communicators, and simply the best at what they do. Thanks again & keep it up!

This place is awesome! The work is top notch, along with the personnel. Liz, Brandon and Chris were very welcoming and definitely helpful! They totally explained the process and kept me updated and what to expect. I left there knowing my car was in great hands! Fantastic work and very habitable. My car was finished 2 weeks early! Neal communicated with me every week to inform me of status and was a fantastic support. Highly recommend the company and Neal. My car looks like it was never in an accident.

We worked with Anthony, and he communicated with us constantly to let us know what was going on with our car. These guys did a great job on my car, the paint matches up perfectly. Not only was these guys very professional, they have a great heart as well, in the middle of my fiance working with these guys, I had to call him and let him know about a very serious matter. These guys took the time to say a quick prayer for us and also reach out and send their condolences. Thank you guys we really appreciate it. 100% recommend these guys.

My vehicle was struck on a Saturday, and by Monday, Caliber Collision's amazing front office contacted me to set up an appointment. However, that is not the best part; Christopher Brown's (General Manager) customer-centric focus is what made this experience truly exceptional. He rode with me in my vehicle to help identify where a noise was coming from due to the accident. From start to finish, the process was easy, and Caliber Collision worked seamlessly with my insurance. This business is where I will take my vehicles from now on. We have been going to another repair shop for years now. When they couldn't get us in for two months we went to Caliber Collision because they could get us in within a week. I loved how they kept me informed at where my van was in the repair process. The got it repaired an back to us looking as good or better then before.

Great team! The hood latch failed on my Land Rover. The body work looks great! We had electrical issues with the doors and Chris went above and beyond to fix the issues! I will definitely be referring to their shop. Great job!

Caliber gave A+ service and had amazing response times. All of the staff were great, especially Christopher Brown who followed my repairs from start to finish. The entire process was so easy, they took care of everything from the insurance to the final inspection. The communication was top notch and done very quickly. I needed my car repaired due to an accident. Caliber was recommended by the insurance company. It was showing great reviews and ratings so contacted them. So happy I did. From my initial call, meeting repair manager, discussion about the insurance estimate, to final pickup, I was notified of any issues or changes and what to expect. My car was ready on date I was told. I was treated respectfully and found the managers were very friendly and happy people. This made my experience great and we will definitely use them for any future repairs, if needed. Definitely superior service.

Caliber Collision did an amazing job when I brought my Subaru to them for repair. I was updated every step of the way from phone calls, to text, to emails. They did an amazing job with making sure I knew all the details being worked with on my vehicle. I never had one issue with Caliber Collision in the couple weeks they had my vehicle. I truly believe this is the place to go to get your vehicle repaired in the most efficient way possible.
