a few emergencies and traffic caused miscommunication but once we were on the same page, things started rollin! Great service! My serpentine belt kept breaking and he was able to fix the issue in a timely manner, in cold temperatures, at an affordable price. I d definitely use their services again and recommend to others. Thank you again!!

Bo was an absolute life saver! My alternator died the day I was supposed to drive 3 hours for my first day of work and unfortunately it was a Sunday (when basically zero auto shops are open) so I was in a bit of a pickle.Bo answered the phone on the first call and agreed to meet same day! He did a great job of keeping me updated in his arrival status and then quickly completed the job in below freezing weather.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE!! **HIS REPLY BELOW IS PROOF- 0 ACCOUNTABILITY, INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL**Reading these reviews I would have never guessed that I would have such a NEGATIVE experience..plus his RESPONSE to the situation just added insult to injury..I called on a Tues & was told he could come out next day in the afternoon (no specific time given but that was fine). Wednesday comes; haven't heard anything so by 3:30p I called & left a voicemail asking for an ETA. Shortly after he texts saying he'll be here in about 45 mins. Cool thank you! Exactly an hour later (4:45p) he texts saying he's "running a lil behind" but I'm his "next stop". Perfectly fine & I thanked him again. Another hour goes by & at 6p I text him asking if he will still be able to make it out to me that evening. He promptly assured me that he would. 2 HOURS LATER I text asking for an ETA. It was almost another hour later (8:45p) when he responded saying it would be 45 mins -1 hour. I needed the work done badly & though it was getting late; I told him I was still willing to wait & to let me know when he's on the way. He said he would.. but after not hearing anything from him, I ended up sending a message at 12 MIDNIGHT that at that point I knew I wasn't going to be serviced. Thursday morning, I sent a text greeting him & saying I was hoping he could rectify everything by coming out asap that morning. At 9:23 AM, he replied "Yes ma'am I have you for my first I'll text when I'm otw to you"...DIDN'T HEAR FROM HIM AT ALL! I text him at 6:37 PM to respectfully tell him I'm disappointed on his lack of communication that day & being left without help 2 DAYS in a row, to delete my messages & that I will now have to seek service elsewhere. I received ZERO APOLOGY for that day OR the night before. In fact his response was "That's totally fine I've been waiting for you to reply which you never have until now". WHAT?! So when he said he'll text when he's on the way it was based on whether or not I said "ok" in order to be serviced!? Even though I already been let down the previous day, & it was because of that that it was discussed I needed serviced asap Thurs. morning & he said he was coming??? Like what else did I need to do for him to know I needed him to come finally help me with my vehicle? Basically implying it was my fault he didn't come. I wasn't buying it; he didn't attempt to reconfirm anything with me even if he really was waiting on a reply from me Thurs & I understand jobs can run over & things come up but nothing like that was communicated nor was I updated if any of those situations did occur or that we may even need to reschedule at any point Wednesday. On & off I was told I was "next" or he's"45 mins away" for over 8 HOURS & flat-out disregarded for another 24. Two days of my time wasted, my vehicle was not fixed. UNRELIABLE, INCONSIDERATE of my time, POOR COMMUNICATION, UNAPOLOGETIC & NO ACCOUNTABILITY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.** His reply is proof INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Literally saying he felt it was okay to waste my time & not show that day OR THE NEXT because since I was off work those 2 days, I could wait or be inconvenienced...not updated at all either. A simple "sorry but can we reschedule?" would have been better! BTW he's wrong!; I was never "careless with my keys" & what does how the cylinder broke matter anyway? Even if I broke it myself; its IRRELEVANT. What is is that I called him for a service that he agreed to provide & he did not nor did he try to rectify things the 2nd day like he said he would, period. Tryna place blame on the customers for being in a position to need the services he agreed to provide when he falls through & posting laughing emojis like its funny is crazy! AGAIN, INCONSIDERATE & UNPROFESSIONAL. That sob story would have been good to hear the day I was supposed to receive service but instead of explaining the delay & possibly making other arrangements, he chose to bullshit me saying he'll be "there in 45 mins" knowing he wasn't gonna bother for 2 whole days. Do better.

Bo is an excellent mechanic and very responsive as well as reasonable with pricing. Being a mechanic myself it was refreshing to meet someone who is down to earth and passionate about what they do! Bo saved the day for me! Thank you Bo!

For starters5 stars because they are open on Sunday!Secondly, the woman who answered the phone was so kind and had great mannerism.When i called to ask for pricing I received an answer quick and when I went to book it was very easy and quick. Mr. Bo was there within the hour! (Booked for a battery change) he was also very kind, quick and efficient.Will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend to others!Thank y all again so much!!!

Bo s a great mechanic booked an appt at 6pm and he was there in 30 mins for service, and an all around good person, even after he was done with my service he checked all my fluids to make sure everything was set and ready to go even when my engine WASN T the problem. Bo is an incredible mechanic. He swapped my dead, rusted, and fused battery in an instant. He s conscientious and knows what he s doing. And he knows how to prioritize customer needs. Excellent service. I was struck in the middle of road with my 7month old baby at 3pm because of battery alternator . every auto service said my car will get ready by next day and I found him.8 pm he came and checked my car then went to auto parts shop bought new alternator fixed my car by 11 pm I was in unknown state that time he came and helped.Service: Battery

Bo absolutely saved my day! The service was wonderful and I am back on the road! The comfort of being serviced at home and not hassled for additional services was such a relief. Highly recommend!

They said they were going to order a piece for my car a week ago. My husband has called and left messages no one will respond to him. They seemed great at 1st. But it's like they diagnosed the car for the money and that's it. A little communication goes a long way.. . So now you wanna play games. You didn't contact my husband until I made this review. We good. And running and not thinking about you. Take care of your business better and. My husband told me you finally said you were in the hospital. But it was too late. So I said it right the 1st time A LITTLE COMMUNICATION GOES A LONG WAY. You should really be ashamed of your response back. Shows me I don't want to deal with yall unprofessionalism. AND BY THE WAY YOUR DIAGNOSIS WAS WRONG

Bo was do professional and was the only mechanic willing to come to me to replace my drum breaks when no other mechanic wanted to even touch drum breaks . I won't call another mechanic to touch my vehicle thanks again Bo!!!

Very awful experience yesterday when I called for work order the mechanic said I got your information and today or tomorrow we will arrive he said but no one showed up do not trust this people guys they don t have responsibility 100 percent, you just get wait and waist your time.
