Jon is always a joy to help and handle everything! This is my second Mazda from Byers and I would not go anywhere else! They work with me and got me exactly what I wanted for the price I could afford! They are always honest and helpful. It s actually the only time I ve not dreaded car shopping. Thank you Byers!

I actually look forward to getting my oil changes here. They have a great lobby with an amazing coffee machine. Everyone was friendly and the lobby is very clean. I just sit and work on one of their work tables or read my kindle.

Amanda was terrific. She did absolutely all she could to help us meet our goals and help us drive away in our new car. She was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was patient with the process. If you go see Amanda I truly don t think you will be disappointed!

I have been a customer of byers mazda for years now. They have always treated me well. They have always executed their jobs well too. I highly recommend buying cars from them, and their service center is also highly recommended. They have always been able to get me an appointment made very easily, and have given my car back to me a tip top shape very quickly every time I needed something done.

I've been coming to Byers for regular maintenance on my CX-5 for years now and I always have a good experience. The new location has a very comfy waiting area with wifi and plenty of space to get some work done. Everyone is always very nice and speedy. Here's to many more years!

Purchased a CPO 2021 Mazda CX-5 from Beyers in late February 2024. Unfortunately within 2 weeks of taking procession of the vehicle, some major check engine lights came on including safety features related to the city brake forward camera intervention system. We took the car in for service and the car was returned roughly 10 days later after the problem was determined to be resolved, bad sensor that needed replaced. Within hours of taking the car back into my possession, all the same lights came back on. I returned the car to Beyers and insisted a more thorough diagnosis of the vehicle and all computer systems to identify the true cause of the system failures.The Beyers team did just that and got the issues fully resolved on the second attempt. Don t love that it took two tries, but I was thoroughly pleased with kind and apologetic response I received from the team at Beyers.

I ve been going to Byers Dublin service dept for 7 years after buying my CX9 there. My last visit was an awful experience and will be the last time bringing my car here for service. I brought my car in for an issue and was recommended $2k worth of repairs over text. I waited for my service rep to call me as indicated in the text for over 4 hours before calling in myself. Each question I asked was met with 1 word answers or because the tech recommends it . The recommendation was replacing brake pads that don t need replacing(per their own report and video) to fix low brake fluid that was setting off my cars safety brake features. No other options were given. I called back a 2nd time, left a voicemail, and never received a callback. 2 hours later I called for the 3rd time to schedule getting my car back. When picking my car up the invoice was incorrect, so we had to wait for that to be fixed. I ended up adding $3 of brake fluid and it fixed the issue.

Asked for my tire to be patched, along with a few other services. Instead of patching, they just filled my tire with air, went flat the next morning. Not thrilled with the level of service.

Always get great, prompt service at Byers. Generally tend to avoid dealership service bays, but not here. Friendly staff and affordable prices.

I started out my car shopping experience by picking four dealerships that I wanted to visit. Byers was the first dealership we went to, and we had no need to go anywhere else because we were totally satisfied with the service and selection.

Paid 150 for them to tell me to buy a new TCM and have is installed for 1500 bucks so they could check my transmission. Also, wouldn't program a different TCM if I brought from junkyard...would only use a new one from Mazda (that was a 9 month wait for the part!!!). I sent my own TCM to a repair shop in Florida who fixed it for 300 bucks. I put it back in and the car runs great! Stealership living up to the name!

The worst service department I have ever dealt with. One of the gentleman is super kind and friendly- the other is seriously unhappy with his job. Completely rude and unprofessional. Love my Mazda but will never buy from this dealer again because of the lousy service department. Check engine light came on (I ve had car for 18 months) so I call and get Mr Hate My Job On the phone and he advises me that it isn t his problem and he doesn t want to be unchristian like but my emergency was not a concern. Ended up having to leave car for part and had to essentially beg for a loaner. Have never dealt with anything like it in my life. Do Better Byers.To add- they never had record of my prepaid service plan so every time I have gone in for service I have to remind them that I have prepaid for the service. Also- took car in for oil change. I had a screw in my tire. I forgot to mention but thought while I was waiting- no need to tell them- surely they will see it. When I checked out, I asked if they handled the tire and if I owed anything for that. They claim to not have seen it. You could see it shining!!! Needless to say I took it elsewhere and they fixed it.The service manager has since called and left a voicemail as he wants to hear the opportunities to make things better. I have tried several times to reach him back with no return call back. This is just a repeat of the nightmare I have gone through repeatedly trying to call the service department.

I've been to several different service centers over the years with different makes of vehicles, and I'm glad I own a Mazda now. It's my favorite car I've ever owned, and this is hands down my favorite service center. Friendly people, reliable and prompt service. Nice waiting area.

Had multiple error lights which culminated in my car just stoping on 315N. After spending over $1,000 at Firestone just to have them not fix the problem, I went to Byers Mazda. My car is in perfect working condition with no issues to report. Should have started here and saved some money.

Overall, a good experience. Not friendly at all. I had to ask a lot of questions because there was no explanation on services. Love the videos they send showing the condition of your vehicle and the repairs that need to be made. The work is always done right the first time.
